The Paper Source carries a ton of fine and unique wrapping papers, stationary, gifts and more. I was enamored by the beautiful artistry put into their products. They carried high end craft kits, games, toys and other gifts that would amuse young people. The shop is located on the second floor of the Keystone Fashion Mall. Shoppers were intently picking out Valentines and gifts during my visit. A clerk welcomed me and offered to help. They carry art supplies including watercolors and watercolor paper. If you wanted special scissors, they had those as well. Prices seemed reasonable to high, but what you'd expect for quality papers. I'd go back. read more

Shops like Paper Source are my ultimate happy place. There's something so satisfying about wandering through the store and admiring all the beautiful stationery--it's pure contentment! I bought a couple of things that were definitely not stationary, but super cute and not terribly priced. Another plus, no one bothered me during my trip. Too expensive for my tastes anymore, and I couldn't find any notebooks or notepaper or planners or pens or anything. That said, they have a TON of fancy wrapping paper that I suppose you could hang in the wall as a poster/decoration, or even use (the back) as writing paper. And their candles smell soooo nice (but $38?! Who's buying this stuff??) And they had some nice rubber stamps. It seems like the only brick and mortar place to go to for sending really fancy invitations or thank you cards for a wedding or shower or other party. They have a whole area with just that kind of stuff. read more

Second review. Still five stars two years on. Today, Alicia at the register assisted with a toddler crisis. My daughter's balloon had fallen to the ground and dirt and bits clung by static charge. She almost started to cry when Alicia offered to vacuum off the balloon with.... a dust buster!! Laugh all you want but it WORKED. Made my daughter's day to have a clean balloon. In addition to five star customer service for adults and for toddlers, the cards here are hilarious and the wrapping paper is beautiful. I always stop in during the month of January for discounted holiday bags and bows. read more

We took a greeting-card-making class here and it was fun! We had a party for my mom's birthday that consisted of my sisters and a few friends. She loves to be crafty and loves this store, so it was the perfect birthday activity. Our teacher brought over some of their cool toys for us to try and enjoy. They have cool stencils, hole punches, and tools that embellish cards with a sheen that was awesome. This store has great gifts, wrapping paper, cards, and trinkets galore. If you love being crafty or appreciate fun items like planners, mugs, calendars, etc, you'll like this spot. They have Rifle Paper Co items (love that brand) as well. Your average slightly pretentious paper store with charming holiday decor and stationary necessities like name cards, envelopes, greeting cards, wrapping paper and so on. It seems odd that they have both a Papyrus and Paper Source located in the Fashion Mall? The staff was helpful in finding what I needed. I probably won't return any time soon due to the prices but its nice to know its available. read more

This store always has amazing cards for all occasions. Birthday, Christmas, New Years, Father's/Mother's Day - you can find all sorts of beautiful and funny cards both in bulk or single pieces. Make sure to shop early for better selection and sometimes they'd also run "buy 5 get 20% off" promo (also check your Chase card for deals). Last but not least their cards are made from responsibly sourced (recycled) materials and their staff is always friendly and helpful! read more

Was visiting from out of state and found this lovely staff by incident. Had a memorial service and last minute didn't have a registry book. Looked high and low all over the west side of Indianapolis with no luck until we entered Keystone Crossing. Staff is super helpful! The prices are crazy high. I view this store as a place to go for something unique or special. I had seen a cute gift wrapping on Pinterest and came to see if they could recreate it for an Anniversary gift. They did a fabulous job and the cost for wrapping is inexpensive. What will kill your pockets is that you have to buy the entire rolls of paper or ribbon needed. I was very satisfied despite the cost! read more

I love this store. The color and fun I get from this store makes me happy. I have bought MANY calendars from this store -- every year! Some wall calendars are so graphically beautiful that you can make framed posters out of them later, and some have dotted lines on the back showing you where to cut to make notecards and folders out of the calendar's pictures. Resourceful! I even have drinking glasses from here. There is a great discounted area on the back right wall too -- check it out. Must do: take a class with a family member or friend .. it's so fun and you'll learn really cool things. At the end of class they'll give you a coupon to use for items in the store, and you'll want some things after taking the class. I've taken Calligraphy-type classes a few times ... there are many different kinds of beautiful contemporary styles to learn (the styles you see in wedding pictures on Pinterest. This place is awesome! I know it's probably kind of nerdy to get excited about paper, but I do. I'm getting ready to make my own wedding invitations and Andee was soooo helpful! I absolutely love her. She showed me all the different kinds of paper, their texture, what they are generally used for, and so much more great info I hadn't even thought about. I signed up for their emails and got a 10% off coupon, I spent just over $100 on paper and envelopes. You really can print your own wedding invites, don't listen to the critics. If you can make your own design or buy one online, find a local place to print and cut, you'll spend less than $200 total. Compared to $500 minimum for most invites. Thanks Paper Source! *Edit I just mailed out my invites, I bought custom stamps for the envelopes and the RSVP cards. That was the most expensive part, but I still spent less than custom invites and we got to do exactly what WE wanted, which is rare in the wedding industry. read more

I needed a sympathy card for a friend that passed and wanted to ensure that I chose an appropriate card. Some cards are wrapped in plastic so I attempted to open the card to see the inside and ensure that the card was what I wanted and a male sales associate rudely approached me and said that the cards cannot be opened. I left the store and went to Papyrus on the first floor of the mall and the sales person cheerily greeted me and pointed me in the direction of the sympathy cards. I asked if their would be any issues if I wanted to see the inside of the card before I purchased it and he said it would absolutely not be an issue and to feel free to open any of the cards. I bought a card at Papyrus and feel great about shopping somewhere that understands the customer experience and treated me with respect. read more
