We found her through the Bridal Bazaar and decided to use her services. It also helped that she offered a discount as we attended the BB. Her work is amazing and I recommend her for any invites, whether wedding, birthdays, special events, etc. She created our wedding invites. Although, we canceled our wedding and enjoyed looking at our proofs, she was with us through the entire process. Sandra was also kind enough to refund us half of our deposit (good faith) even though her terms on her contract state that the deposit was non-refundable. Now, that is great business! You have a loyal customer here! When we have any special occasions that need professional invites, I am definitely going back to Sandra and Inviting Invites! :)

The reason I started yelping "hard" was a way to acknowledge those who helped us along the wedding process. Not all received 5 stars and I've built a better foundation on criteria so I'm not loose with them. Sandra's work was intricate, detailed, and wonderfully handcrafted. From the envelopes, the color schemes and designs, and the presentation-- we could not have been happier. The icing on the cake was when I went to pick them up. She had them organized wonderfully and I saw all the other projects she was working on. Her heart is truly in her work. She had an example invitation for me to review which was unexpected. That was very kind of her. Prices I would say range from $3.75-$5.00 per invite (with tax included). I don't know what to compare it to but the quality of the work is top TOP notch. Wish we could've received a military discount but you can't hold that against someone. Ultimately- our incredible invitations set the precedent for how the rest of the wedding was going to go. We were able to add these half hour after making the candle. So there is a bit of a wait to let the candle settle after making it but we just walked around a bit and still were able to take out candles home same day. There is a two day wait after making it until you can use it. It's totally worth it. So much fun!

I have been meaning to update my review after a truly horrendous experience. I am mixed on how I…read morefeel because it could have been only coming from the woman working the counter and not the owner or the jeweler. I had been going to Famulare for a decade, and had many pieces worked on or created here. I had dropped off two watches my husband inherited from his late brother, they were sentimental, and I had also dropped off a ring that I needed a stone reset in. I commute and would have needed to pickup in one trip on a weekend. A woman working called because the watches were done, and she wanted them picked up immediately during the week even though my ring wasn't ready. I called to tell her I commute, and can't come during their business hours. She was very agitated and said they can't hold the watches in their safe until the ring was completed and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable with not being able to pickup like they wouldn't hold my watches safely. I asked over two or three calls to pickup my order on the weekend which she pressured me to come during the week despite not even being able to get there in time. It's almost like she wanted me to take time off work which was outlandish. When I made it there a couple of days later, thank god my ring was done and I could leave and never return. Although the other staff was apologetic, I told them what damage her behavior did and that I don't think I would return knowing they don't value the customer's time or even make the customer feel like our valuables were being kept safe. Not sure if I will return, they comped my fee which I didn't ask for but I am not sure I would bring anything else in. It's a shame. Ten years and I'd referred people and one person soured my experience.
