Starting from the booking of my bridal appointment to the team sending me a text to confirm my appointment for the next day! When I entered the store masks were being worn by the entire staff and they seemingly followed COVID-19 protocols. I thought I knew the material I wanted my bridesmaids to wear but very quickly my stylist Trinity came to the rescue! She educated me about fabric and the importance in making sure dresses for your maid-of-honor and bridesmaids have continuity with fabric type and the same designer even if you want them to have varying styles. Trinity was a team player in that when my maid-of-honor and I wanted to see dress options compared against one another, she volunteered to model these gowns so I could visibly compare and contrast the two gowns against one another. This made the decision making process much easier! This is A+ customer service and I am now considering purchasing dresses for my flower girls and my groom may possibly purchase his tux from this shop as well! Awesome job Anya Bridal! 10 stars to having all-stars on your staff like Trinity!

She worked diligently to help my daughter get fitted and accessorize my daughter's dresses. It was so easy to make an appointment and Tiffany called the day before to get an idea of what my daughter was looking for. The dresses were beautiful, elegant, and made with such high quality materials. The fabrics were beautiful and luxurious. Tiffany spent 90 minutes allowing my daughter to enjoy the dresses and accessories to get the full picture. I really thought my daughter was going to purchase her dress from there. We ended up selecting a dress from a different boutique. But I would still highly recommend this experience.

Kyra, our consultant, was so lovely. She made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She brought my mom and I each a glass of champagne that had a pretty little rosebud in it. Such a nice touch! The store itself was so clean, elegant, and spacious. Finding the shop and parking was a little confusing... we passed it a few times until turning in and seeing it down the lot. We parked up the parking garage and walked the stairs back down. A bit inconvenient, but we made it! Kyra had called me the evening before my appointment, and I'm glad she did because somehow, I had my times mixed up in my notes. She was still able to accommodate me and pulled the dresses I was interested in as well as a "wildcard." She was very professional and kind! She measured me in a slip, asked if I would rather have her in my changing room with me or waiting outside to zip me up (I ended up having her help me in my room since she made me feel so at ease), and was just all around a beautiful person. We had such a nice appointment. Prices can range a little depending, but nothing I tried was out of our budget. Each of the dresses were beautiful and I even narrowed down a top contender option for my wedding.

Ruby at Bridal Couture saved my sister's wedding…read more And no, that's not an overstatement. When my sister began looking for her wedding dress, we knew it would be a difficult search. Anytime we went into a bridal salon, as soon as she said she didn't want strapless the saleswoman would sigh and bring out the 3 or 4 non-strapless dresses they had. It was really frustrating. So when my sister heard about Ruby and went to visit her, she was so excited to learn she could have the dress of her dreams. The dresses that Ruby had available in her shop were beautiful and helpful so my sister could point out what she did and didn't like. Ruby kept my sister informed all along the way and would fit her in for additional fittings. My sister ended up with the (non-strapless!) dress of her dreams: it fit perfectly and suited her personality. After all, it was made for her! My mom's search for a dress was even more difficult. When she finally found one she liked, she was so upset to see that it had been ordered in the wrong size (she needed a petite). She brought the dress in to Ruby and she was able to work her magic and make it look perfect. The dress was very detailed with lots of ruching and Ruby managed to pull it all together in very little time. She also did some small alterations on my maid of honor dress and created a sash for me to wear. All of her work was beautiful and she couldn't have been nicer. I know that I'll have an equally difficult time finding the dress of my dreams, so it's nice to know that Ruby is there if and when I need her!
