Posting update to my review for other Yelpers. I was here this weekend, not today 7-13-26. I only waited to give the business a review until today when I had more time. Bob L never comped my bill and he couldn't care less about how bad the customer service was this weekend, or making it right then, so . As for the loudness- Bob L. your underhanded digs are unprofessional. You are rude and it's not necessary over simple feedback that you could use to grow. You should also know better than to have music so loud to a point where patrons can't have a conversation. We were shouting at each other and had a hard time hearing. Think about working on your attitude when it comes to those that ennable your business to stay open- because I can see where the main problems here started. Maturity and respect is a must if you want to be taken seriously in the real world.

Breading was heavy oil. I had the same meal a little over a year ago here and it was very good. Not sure what changed here but we won't be back for a while. Our service was very good, server was very good. There are many other places with cheaper walleye dinners a lot better. I feel not so good after this meal. For a higher priced walleye fillet I expect a lot better than this. Hoping they can fix things here.

$9.99 "tenderloin" special...didn't expect much…read more BUT, I did kinda did expect tenderloin. They say it was, I don't believe it. It was a baseball cut sirloin. Or maybe tenderloin chain meat...but advertise it as sirloin. It was an OK $10 steak-- And, we were offered a twice baked potato for a "slight up charge", and garlic butter for a "slight up charge". Didn't expect $5 for the potato and $2 for a tablespoon of butter...lol. Its not the $, its the principle of it. And zero help from server other than a "well, its a cheap steak". Whatever. He's right. But, I won't be back because of the misleading...‍

Average fast food that's overpriced and overrated…read more Pros: * Beef is tasty. * Shakes are good. Cons: * The lettuce is iceberg, not green leaf. * The caramelized onions are diced, not rings. * The buns are hard and flat, not light and fluffy. * Fries are brown, limp, and taste like peanuts. They should be crunchy and golden crispy. * Overpriced, spent $35 and it wasn't even a full dinner for two. * Slow service, took 15 minutes for our order, and we were the only ones there. * Less tasty than McD's pricy menu items, which is sad. * Nowhere in the same league as some tasty burger chains like Culver's or Hardee's. * Any bar or restaurant in town has much tastier burgers and you'll pay less and get better service.

It all shattered, the plate the glass, spraying glass and liquid everywhere. We had alcohol all over us. My son started crying and we had to wait while everything was cleaned up. We were gracious about it, accidents happen, but then nothing was comped. At all. We basically got a sorry and checking on my young son to make sure he wasn't injured and that was it. We had barely started our meals and after this happened, everyone in the restaurant watching us and the anxiety of everything I wasn't even hungry anymore. Disappointing customer service to say the least...

I ordered the 11oz sirloin with a Caesar salad and chili for my sides while my wife ordered a bowl of chili. The sirloin was medium rare though I asked for medium though it was still tasty and a good cut. The chili on the other hand was just beyond words awful. Every bite of meat was gristle and the consistency of rubber. I took the high road when the waitress came back and told her it was just simply not edible, as opposed to complaining about it being complete garbage; it wasn't her fault and as I was with family chose not to send it back.
