All for the same pizza using the same Tuesday special 13.99 for a large. All the locations charge 14.99 Instead because I get dairy free cheese. This location owner insists in charging full price. I am a big Papa Murphy's fan but this place has let me down time and time again. Went in on a Thursday and ordered a New York extra large pizza. Immediately you could tell that the crust was super thin. It looked like it was intentionally made to be as thin as possible but we took it home thinking it would rise in the oven. The instructions said to place it in the oven and check it every 1-2 minutes and pull it out when the crust has browned. This pizza was SO thin in spots that part of it baked and the other parts were still raw. So we pulled it out and cut the pieces that were baked and placed the rest of it back in the oven. The baked pieces we ate were so thin that they literally crunched like a potato chip. We lifted the pizza and you could see the sauce through the bottom! We called the place and because the Oder was placed online we didn't get a receipt. So the guy in the phone asked us to bring the pizza back if we wanted a refund. Terrible customer service. Don't come here, go somewhere else. If you love Papa Murphy's try it at a different location. read more

Honestly, I've had good experiences here in the past, however for a second time in a row my order was wrong. Noticing the error at the location I explained what I had ordered, and the young clerk assured me they'd redo it right (1/2 vegetarian delight, 1/2 chicken and onions). A polite young lady gave me my order, and assured me that it was exactly as I requested. When we unwrapped the pizza at home we noticed the sauces were mixed up, under the wrong toppings! With finiky eaters at this homestead, it was doom and gloom and I ended up with a whole pie for myself. Which is not good if you're on a good roll losing weight. Also, you NEED to use the dozens of coupons mailed to you weekly since they really make them very affordable. This location on Freeport serves the local Land & Hollywood Park neighborhoods. Food - Their pizza is very good. They now have four crusts - regular, thin, stuffed, and pan. The dough is a better commercial style recipe, not as chewy as a true pizzeria, but much better than the other guys. I prefer the thin crust, but you need to finish the pizza on a stone to really crisp up the dough. All pizzas come in a baking tray. Cookie dough and cheese bread is also available. Their red sauce is a little sweet, but full of flavor and a perfect amount for the type of pizza. Toppings are varied, fresh, and tasty including many meats and vegetables. Specialty pizzas usually have coupons to bring down the cost. The stuffed pizza is massive with lots of dough and fillings. Family size pizzas may have trouble in smaller ovens, but will truly feed a lot of hungry people. My recommendations: All Meat DeLite Pizza Regular Cowboy Pizza Sausage Pan Pizza Building & Service - Simple, no frills counter designed for pizza. There is no dine-in option. I recommend calling in your order, but they will make your pizza in front of you if desired anytime. There's a bench for those of you that have to wait. (You should've called the order in). I let him know my bf was picking it up on his way home from work so I would text him the coupon. He was somewhat rude, said ok and I made sure to give him my bf's cell phone as well for verification if further needed. When my bf picked up the pizza, he made no mention of the coupon discount and did not ask to see the coupon so my bf believed it was handled. You are in and out within a matter of minutes. Baking time is about 15 minutes not that long either. They had one job, put together a Pizza for takeout based on an online order, shouldn't be too difficult (all the ingredients there on the printout) but it seems that it was beyond their ability. I had ordered a Mozzarella cheese pizza with extra red sauce and topped with Roma tomatoes and Artichoke hearts. I didn't examine it too closely before popping it into the oven. Not seeing any cheese seemed odd, but I've had pizza where cheese has been under the toppings rather than on top so I thought that must be how it was. Since we'd not gotten pizza from here before we were not familiar with their product. Drive there, drive back, preheat oven, bake, start to eat, and realize we did not get what we ordered, no cheese. A cheese pizza without cheese was not appealing to us. Roger didn't want to eat it after taking a couple bites and saying he didn't like it. The rest of his became dog treats. As for me, I was willing, but then I found that besides missing what I consider the main ingredient, that what was supposed to be artichoke hearts really was just stiff unchewable leaves that I ended up spitting out. After several bites like that, my portion went into the garbage. Such a waste of time, energy, gas, and money it cost, plus being a big let-down when we were looking forward to eating pizza but ended-up needed to eat something else instead. P.S. After what happened when I complained, I feel that "Eek! Methinks not." is too kind and I wish I could give negative stars and an "Oh hell no!"
