I called in two family sized pizzas at this location, 7820 Enchanted Hills Boulevard NE, Suite C, at 3 PM, on Halloween, 2022. One was a chicken, bacon, artichoke with a thin crust ($17) and the other a meat lover's traditional crust ($18). The man taking my order had me repeat it twice. I told him I would be picking it up at 5 PM. These pizzas were for a Halloween party I would be throwing later that night. I arrived at the store at 5:15 PM and asked for my order. They looked at the rack and didn't have any orders for John. They had a few receipts for orders not yet made, but none for me. A tall, larger man, who I assumed was the manager, told me they were closing in fifteen minutes, and I was out of luck. He said no one could make my pizza. I took a deep breath and stared at this manager. Before I said anything, a young man named David offered to make both pizzas. He quickly rang me up and started making the pizzas. Another employee locked the front door. Only two employees were left making pizzas, the other four split. About five minutes later another customer arrived at the door, they let him in, and he told them his name. They said they hadn't made his pizzas yet and started making his too. At 5:34 PM, David handed me my pizzas and I gave him a tip. I told him he saved my night and that the tip was ONLY for him. I also told him the manager was horrible and he should have that job. He said he appreciated the compliment, and the other employee unlocked the front door for me. I've seen other bad reviews for the service at this location, but trust me, there is at least one caring employee here. Thank you David! read more

Better than pizzeria pizza. We've been getting Papa Murphy's pizzas for years and we have never been disappointed. The pizza is always fresh, because they assemble all the ingredients right there. Then they wrap it in cling film, and you take it home and pop it into the oven. While the pizza is the best, Papa Murphy's website ordering leaves much to be desired. The process is redundant, for example, making you select the location after you have already selected the location. and and poorly thought out. So, world's best pizza. Ok, so we didn't know what to do for dinner. It was 15 til 8. I told my husband Papa Murphy's is getting ready to close, but let's go. There was a nice lady who helped us and she made our pizza no problem. I will tell you what it was the best pizza we had in a while. Thank you! Tell you what people say it's the hand that makes it! Stopped by here to get a take and bake. An employee( female) took my order and then had to make another customers order, she changed her gloves from the register to the pizza. Ruben (assistant manger) came from the back to help, he was wearing latex gloves (not disposable), he squirted hand sanitizer on the gloves and commenced unwrapping the pizzas. After unwrapping the pizzas, he then threw the wrap behind himself attempting to hit the trash can, he missed. When he started to make my pizza, I politely asked for him to use new gloves. He smiled at me, turned around and squirted more hand sanitizer on them, then said this is "state regulations". I said again, I'd like new gloves just like the other employee did. He picked my pizza crust up and threw it aside (about a foot or two) he said, then she can make it for you and laughed. I looked at him and said, "wow, you're a real professional". He seemed more flustered and leaned forward aggressively toward me and said, "you should see what we do when we make the dough". This guy is an embarrassment to Papa Murphy's, and reflects poorly to this franchise. Worst service I've ever encountered. read more

I give no stars if it was an option. The kid behind the counter is very unprofessional and was high as a kite. When I came in to pick up my order he was making one of the calzones I ordered and didn't make it right. All 3 were customized. I asked for chicken, cheese and garlic sauce and bacon. The kid added tomatoes and green peppers right in front of me and kept hesitating about what ingredient he was gonna pick up. This location has gone down hill. It was mine and my sister's first time going to a Papa Murphy's (05/24/2024). When we walked in, the employees did not welcome us and when I asked John an employee at the Enchanted Hills location, a question he ignored and gave us a dirty look. His service was horrible, rude and unwelcoming. John then exchanged looks to another employee because we were looking at the menu and choosing our toppings. His demeanor was beyond unacceptable and did not create a positive experience to us. If John can't be patient with customers and uphold Papa Murphy's values, then he should not be at the front taking orders. read more

Normally, I love Papa Murphy's and have bought their pizza for years. However, I won't be going to this particular store (7820 Enchanted Hills Blvd NE Rio Rancho, New Mexico) again because of how the employee Rueben behaved. Today, I ordered my pizza online and customized it-no black olives. There were no other customers in the store when I went to pick it up. The young men working ("Rueben"-he made sure to tell me his name) didn't care that it was wrong. I even showed him on my phone the pic that I'd taken showing I had customized it. It was obvious I was unhappy with the mistake. This is the second time this has happened with the online ordering. Rueben insisted it wasn't his problem. He didn't offer to remake it correctly. What he did do was offer to "pick off the black olives". Really? Like I wanted him to pick on my uncooked deep dish pizza? At this point, his nastiness was such I didn't want him touching my food. When I said I wasn't going to come back to this store but I'd rather drive into Albuquerque, he told me, "Hey, a drop in the bucket". He made sure to tell my his name was Rueben even though I didn't ask. I think he was proud of acting like a tough and was showing off for the other employee. I can't image the owner of this store (they're a franchise) being happy that his employees are so rude to customers. Rueben was one nasty character with a super bad attitude. read more

Great value and easy to order online. The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond. The management always makes sure to get everything right. If they say it will take 15 minutes, it usually only takes about 10. Fast, friendly and affordable. Thanks for making it easy to order great tasting pizza online. Make sure to tip in cash. Super slow service and dirty dirty store! Employee seems like he has no clue what's going on! Second time at this location was not a Charm! Ordered online for pickup on Saturday 9/23 Said it would be ready at 6:00 well decided to give extra time because of our first trip fiasco! 6:45 and still not ready! I ordered a pizza by phone. The guy who took the call was rushed taking the order and was very unprofessional. When I went to pick up the pizza the guy whose name is Dave asked what kind of pizza I ordered. I told him then in a rude manner he asked my name. I told him he didnt ask my name when I ordered it. He then asked what kind of crust in a very rude manner. I told him that he didnt ask what kind of crust when I called in the order. He then rudely asked again well what kind of crust do you want? I then told him he had zero customer service and I did not want the pizza. He then walked away with his final words to me to Fck off! I told him I was going to report him and make sure he was fired. I have been going to. Papa Murphys for over 6 years and have never had a problem. This guy Dave must be new because this was the first time I have seen him and I was there a few days ago. Very disappointed. This was my first visit. I got olives instead of green peppers and the "extra cheese" was a small pile in the middle. After spreading it out there wasnt enough to reach the edges and I still had bare spots. The directions and coupons covered the toppings and cheese so I was unaware of the errors until I got home and unwrapped it. I will stick with Domino's from now on. read more

I ordered online and of course it goes to a totally different store. Instead of the girls working there telling me to plow myself they went above and beyond to contact the store it did go to and get it squared away with them so they could make my order here.
