The food is deplorable. It's sub dominoes which I thought was impossible. They make it in the store, right there, too. Service is incredible. Fast, efficient and inexpensive. This is technically not an eat in place. If you pick it up, there is a line at mealtimes but any other time the place is usually empty so no issues there. Normally, a pretty good place. Tonight they were busy. 45 minute wait time and they botched my order on one half, giving me a pie with the spicy fennel on one half instead of the angus garlic. After being disappointed and over cheated three times I will never order from papa Murphy's again. The first time I picked up a order it was incomplete. The next time I ordered 2 hours ahead of time. I love Papa Murphy Pizza! The Chicken Bacon Artichoke Delight is my fav, but I also love the Rancher. Pretty much any pizza you get here is going to be good. They do get pretty busy for dinner rush so sometimes you do have to wait or they forget your order once in a while but are fast to correct and make sure you leave happy. For those who didn't know....the pizza is NOT COOKED. It's like the subway of pizza so you choose what you want then you go home and cook it...simple. My family has been getting pizza from Papa murphys for years when we lived in Texas and I have found the same quality still exists In This location as well. Besides orders that are not always correct, service in the past has been OK. But recently I dealt with an employee that took my order wrong and, when I came in and told them, kept saying "you never told me pan pizza." Figuring she wasn't going to stop, I walked out. Contacted Papa Murphy's corporate office, which said franchise owner would want to know. Still haven't heard from anyone at the store. I'm assuming that means they really don't want my business. There are three other pizza places within a mile which serve pizza - Hometown, Westside and Pizza Hut (though the first two are better) - and the service is excellent. read more

I have been eating their pizza since they opened here, I am thinking around 1996 ? They have the best pie in town. HomeTown is a good close second if your looking to dine, but this is take n bake. Their prices are very good, I always have the 3 dollar off coupon handy, 17 bucks for a family size 5 meat stuffed is hard to beat. Their generous with their toppings, I have ordered at least 200 pies from here in the years they have been in business. I have had zero bad experiences. I did have one pie sprout boobs in the oven one time LOL no kidding 2 large bubbles right next to eachother, I was 17 or so at the time, it was like 1997 or so and I looked at my mom and said, maw the pie's got tits! .... it was hilarious, anywho great pizza. Well I guess I'm used to Papa Murphy's pizza and professionalism in larger towns. People will put up with what they have come to expect...in a small town like this. But there's no excuse for it. First time there waited 40 minutes. Watched people come and go ...when I had my order in before theres. So the second time we called it in. Another 30 minutes waiting.....pizza was substandard. 3rd try...called and got busy signal for 15 minutes...finally got a answer and was put on hold..for another 15 minutes....so I drove there...long line to the door. Went in to pick up a pizza on a Sunday evening. The girl behind the cash register was friendly and pleasant. That was as far as the customer service went however. There was only one person already waiting when we went in, and two that came after us. Every one had gotten their pizza and left and we were still waiting. The young employees who were working were much more interested in chatting and gossiping with each other than making pizza or letting the customers know who's pizza was being made and was ready to go. read more

Staff has consistently been good over a number of years. Some people have a bad day, but generally very good. Food is always freshly prepared of course and haven't gotten a "bad" take and bake pizza yet. read more
