The taste was good, crust was good, service was okay, but when did YOU ever have a TACO pizza with NO chips or lettuce (in little bags) like you USED to? Might as well ordered a crumbled seasoned hamburger and gotten the same results!! Come on, Larry, we've been buying your pizzas for almost 30 years. . . .how many do you think that amounts to?? If times are so tough that you can't include a few crumpled chips and a some lettuce for a TACO pizza, then your idea of a TACO pizza is VERY different than that of the general public. I have been to several of the chain stores all around the state, I can say this one is the winner if you want no one to smile or greet you, wait there's more: Seven chick's behind the counter doing nothing and not even trying to look busy after you wait in a huge line to place your order you will get to stand and watch as one out of the seven girls as slow as possible makes your pizzas for you with a stoic look upon her face. The whole time we waited not one person was greeted, thanked or smiled at. It was super. Enjoy your pizza. :) read more

I wish zero stars was an option after tonight's experience. But 1 star will have to do. I have always loved Murphys no matter the town I'm in. Good food, decent price and friendly faces. Well until tonight!!! I call and a young guy tells Me about the specials and how it's $12 Tuesday any large just $12 so I was glad to do that but asked if I could still family size it for $2 more. He said yes yes no problem $14 hr said. Ok so I order my pizza over the phone for the agreed price of $14. But a much different story unfolds upon my unwelcome arrival. So the young man is nowhere to found. Apparently his shift ended and even though he made a mistake I'm not upset with him. I'm upset with the rude snotty prissy little witch that could care less if I wad lied too. Forget the $3 at this point I just wanted an apology? Nope. She says ok $17 WHAT? I Told her the price quoted was $14 and I said wad I lied too then? And with a smirk and bitchy reply she says yep you were lied too. We dont upgrade the special for $2 more. WTF!!! No sorry, no we will try to fix this, no coupons. Not even acknowledge the fact that I am a customer more like hey dumbass you should know better! Is how I felt. I said well not going to be lied too and walked out. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family how terrible your business is now. I have never been to a Papa Murphy's I didn't like until my LAST visit. The ads said chicken was on one of their Pizza specials. They said they had no chicken. There was a special in the ad that had bacon. They said they had no bacon. I wanted cookie dough. They said they didn't have any. So I ordered a Calzon. When I baked it according to their directions, the crust was too hard on the top, and it was soggy on the bottom. It tasted awful! I couldn't eat it. What a waste of money and time! I will NEVER go back to THAT Papa Murphy's again. read more

They prepare the pizza, you take it home and bake it in your oven. Pretty simple and the pizzas always taste great. They have many different varieties to choose from and they don't come out all greasy like some other local pizza places. read more

Ordered their daily special. After waiting 10 saw that of the last staff (and no other customers), one was labeling containers, one was portioning out pizza dough, and the 3rd waited on one customer with a pre-order ready. I asked if there was someone in the back making pizzas too, since it was clear in my view no one was even starting my pizza. The gal just told me it would be ready soon. With that the guy finally decided to go over and make my pizza, which didn't take long at all. There was already flat pizza dough ready to go. The lack of customer service for somebody there waiting was amazing. No one seemed to care. All in all, it took 15 minutes to get my pizza. read more
