Usually get good pizzas at the Papa Murphys but the ones we received tonight were definitely substandard. Pizza sauce was spread unevenly with some of pizza having non at all. Toppings were sparse and were piled up in the middle of pizza with large sections of outer pizza with nothing. Pizzas were obviously made in a rush without care. We are regular customers but if we receive such poor product again, we end our patronage of this location. read more

Just had a Combo from Papa Murphy and am really disappointed. Couldn't find one piece of sausage. Called and was told they now they are using small bits. Couldn't even find that. Also the cheese seemed to be greatly reduced as well as other ingredients. Not at all happy with this pizza. Is there a tariff on pizza ingredients now? I walked in said hi to 3 employees not one of them opened their mouths to say anything. I ordered my pizza for 6:30 pick up but machine was down to pay its 6:48! When my grandkids were in school we would buy 3 Papa Murphy's pizzas a week, and then it started, every time we went to pick up our pizzas the orders would be wrong, I, myself would have them make them right, but when the kids would pick them up they were bullied into taking the pizzas even though they were not the right order, they were told they were already paid for, they had to take them. Well we quit going to Papa Murphy's for about 8 years. Last week we had company, and they were in the mood for a Papa Murphy's pizza, so we ordered one. When I picked it up, it was the wrong order, I told them I didn't want it, just give me a refund. I am disabled, but told I had to go into the store to get a refund, and it would tale a while. So I told them just redo the pizza, they said it would take 5 minuets and would bring it out to my car. While 35 minuets later the pizza came out. I really loved Papa Murphys, but this last experience really hurt me; the young african american lady; was very rude and wasn't doing her job properly, and had also messed up my order, the pizza was over sauced and had CHEESE, i am lactose intolerant...so i ended up with a horrible allergic reaction (mind you i ordered no cheese), along with the service the employees that were "working" were not doing there job. I had to wait 10 minutes until somebody had noticed i walked in; i heard them all in the back; and i had overheard gossip about a girl, that she was a "snitch", i honestly would snitch to because NO ONE WAS DOING THERE JOB!!!!! i keep giving them chances hoping they would change, but they don't; they are still the same LAZY PEOPLE. The employees are always goofing around and don't seem to take this job seriously. I always see two employees outside to take out 1BOX?!?!???!!! I find that very unprofessional and very unethical. I also see when i walk in, they're always messing around throwing equipment and appliances at each other; VERY UNSANITARY!!!!! I hope the owner takes my experience into consideration and takes action on this issue, maybe next time Papa Murphy's. We ordered a pizza with vegan cheese and we were told that we couldn't have vegan cheese on the create your own so the options left were not vegan. So we just left the cheese off since we have some, but what's the point of having vegan cheese and not being able to have a vegan pizza. read more

I would give this review 0 stars if I could. On Saturday afternoon 7/13, I was approaching the restaurant as I overheard an employee in uniform arguing with a man outside. Very nasty words were coming out of both of their mouths, however I tried to step in as I was leaving because the entire scene was disruptive and seemingly unprofessional. To my surprise , the lady (employee) whom I tried to defend, immediately started yelling and cursing at me while using race related slurs toward me. Then started encouraging the man she was arguing with to come after me while they both told me to "watch my back." I left the restaurant feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed in the store because I come here very often and have never had any issues with another employee. The next day I decided to come back and ask for that workers name because I was distraught to say the least, I was told by another employee that their name is Savana. I demand action to be taken against this immediately, this should not be acceptable whatsoever. read more

Best pizza in the world. I definitely recommend this place. The cookie dough is great it's also egg free so you can eat the cookie dough. I recommend any of the new pizza's that they come up with. They made my pizza fast and had the right amount of toppings. Little Cesars and Pizza Hut put way too much sauce but Papa Murphy's has the perfect amount. The inside is really clean. They wear gloves in there and are very sanitary. read more

1.5 hour wait time for a non cooked pizza??? Is this happening to anyone else? I find that a bit weird. It's not the first time either. I gave four stars, the reason is they do tend to not make my order right on occasion. My order is kinda complex though. Overall the store is clean, the staff are pleasant. I love this pizza. It's cheap and when you bake something at home you never have to worry about it not being hot enough or baked well enough. The last couple times we got a pizza here we went with the Cowboy pizza which has all of my favs - sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives. There are tons of toppings....it is delicious. Came here because I heard they have to-go salads. Which in these parts, salads are a rarity. So I went in, they have pre made ones by the counter, or you can custom make one to go. 2 large salads for $10 FLAT. Steal..ordered on caesar and one chicken and bacon. If you have food allergies be prepared for a fight. We have never been treated this way and we have been buying Papa Murphy's for years. My husband has an allergy to marinara sauce so we called and asked for the XL-New Yorker with white sauce. Something that we buy all the time and have never had any problems with. The first person who answered the phone told us that their policy is that they don't change toppings. We said "Yes, we know, under normal circumstances, but this is a food allergy. Food allergies have always been accommodated in the past." She referred us to the supervisor on shift tonight. Not only was the supervisor extremely rude and condescending to us on the phone, he confirmed twice that he did not believe we deserved the same deal on the XL-New Yorker even though there is a food allergy and said that we would have to buy a more expensive pizza that didn't have marinara. My husband asked to talk to the manager. The supervisor became even more rude, if that's possible, and said the he already knew that the manager would tell us we wouldn't be accommodated. Then he told us that the manager was not in the store. We asked if he could call and ask the manager. He said "You really want me to call and ask? If I do, you can't be on the phone. You would have to call back." At this point, very upset over his behavior, we said "Yes, we will call back. Please call and ask the manager." He said, "Fine. You'll have to wait a few minutes." And got off the phone. We waited about 10 minutes for good measure, then called back. The same girl answered the phone, we told her that we were calling back to talk to the supervisor about my husband's food allergy. She said she would go get him. He wouldn't even get back on the phone with us. The girl got back on instead and said the manager had instructed them to adjust our order to accommodate my husbands allergy and then took our order. The ONLY reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food is usually good quality and the girl who originally answered the phone and finished our order was very sweet and polite even though she was placed in an awkward situation. read more
