    Normally they load the toppings!!

I normally would rave about their pizzas but tonight, I'm pretty peeved. The goodyear location on van Buren and estrella was totally off tonight. It cooked nicely but geeze, could you put more then 6 pieces of spinach on the Mediterranean!!! Not impressed at all!!! Should have returned it but we were in a hurry because it's been a long week of work!

I have to admit on a cold rainy afternoon I was not planning on cooking at all. It was game night and all I wanted was to chill. But hubby has a craving for the pepperoni sausage pizza from This place. Full disclosure, IVE NEVER HAD PAPA MURPHYS!! For no reason other than why cook it myself. I have pizza delivered fresh exactly how I want it all the time without having to touch the oven. Or leave my comfy couch or my pjs. But he always spoils me so I agreed to try it. I had to go in person to see what this was about. Walked in and I read through the menu. Sadly, the menu we read online was NOT available at that location, so I was instantly disappointed. I had a vision for what I wanted and was already starting out wrong. I let go of that idea and jusT customized a medium pizza with extra cheese, sun dried tomato, green onions and mushrooms. I have to say it was better than I expected. We stopped at the wing store next door just in case I didn't like my pizza creation. Overall, great flavor, it did get burn at the bottom because oven variations are so crazy I couldn't eat every slice. And I will not give it a full five stars due to that. I followed the instructions and my husbands large pizza was under cook in some areas and mine was way burnt on the bottom crust. If he wants to buy it again and make it, I'll join him. I'm not baking it LoL

I LOVE that they have a keto option. That made dinner a good experience for me. The place wreaked of Fabuloso cleaning products and caused me to have an asthma attack and I had to wait outside for my pizza to be created. My husband hated their crust. No one else complained but he wasnt happy. I will say that they paper on the pizza starting on fire in our oven was a bit scary. I even had the oven a bit lower then recommended. Keep an eye on that my friends. Again, I was so happy about the keto option but the pizza starting on fire and burning one of the pizzas to the point of having to be tossed was bad and the cleaning products overwhelming me was the reason for the low rating

I have order the Herb Chicken Mediterranean pizza several times before from this location, but I have never received a pizza with so little toppings before. Really love this particular pizza, but I am so disappointed in what I received. To think I was charged $18.49 for this.

Decided to pick up some pizzas from here and as always they never disappoint. I definitely suggest finding some coupons for a couple bucks off or if you receive there emails or texts they have some good deals come through . This time it was 50% off your pizza order so definitely a good time to take advantage of that special . Definitely a good pizza other than the normal pizza delivery.

OMG! I ordered the new keto pizza with the toppings I like and it was $15.99 which I thought was a bit excessive since there was no crust involved, but thought I will wait to see the finished product. Well I can't believe this place is charging that kind of money for a crustless pizza! It was no bigger than the size of their salads...really? Come on Papa Murphy's talk about price gouging! I had the cowboy but asked to add onions, which they forgot to put onions on it so I had to add them before I baked it. The flavor was still good, but geez I will not pay that kind of money again for 4 small square pieces! I added a knife along side the picture so you can get an idea of the small amount.

Both pizzas were interesting. The Lichfield Park pizza has pesto sauce and corn on it, as well as cheese, so you might get a slice of that after your "guests" scarf their first helping. You better grab a slice of the Brooklyn pizza right away, though, because it's a traditional-looking pizza with pepperoni and sausage. You won't get a second shot at a slice. You'll get to finish the rest of the "adult" strawberry & bacon salad, though, with spinach instead of lettuce, walnuts, strawberries, and bacon bits. It doesn't come with ranch or even ranch-colored dressing, so they might not risk trying a pinkish salad dressing as a dip for their pizza crust. It's a very good salad and helped my vacation digestion, since I'm not used to the 110° August heat. Papa Paul's Pizza is less than a mile away from my room at the Wigwam. Going there would even be walkable in the summer heat if the fences around the Wigwam had pedestrian gates. As it is, both driveway gates on that corner of the Wigwam are slotted through the perimeter fence far from the place where Papa Pauls and the resort are just across the street from each other. I'm too delicate for a 0.9-mile walk in that much sun. I enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar to rehydrate, though, while I waited for the pizzas to come out of the oven.

Limited wine list for an Italian restaurant. We started with a caesar salad to split - SO much cheese, it was too much. I understand some people like that, but I wish they would have lightened up the amount and just have people ask for more if they want that. I ordered the chicken & broccoli alfredo. Sauce was clearly made in house, but the pasta itself was generic and did not taste like it was homemade. Good amount of protein though. We also ordered the mango and classic cannolis, and these stole the show. Flaky to perfection! If we come back, we might try the pizzas to see how it compares to the pasta.

The dim lighting works perfectly with the décor, and the metal entrance door gives the place a cool, slightly old-school vibe. There's plenty of parking, plus street parking, so no need to circle the block 15 times questioning your life choices. Now, the important part: the food. They have a really good variety of lunch specials at very reasonable prices. The food overall is tasty, but the pizza is definitely the star of the show. Artisan-style, full of flavor, and with a great balance between portion size and quality. The drinks are good too, with plenty of options. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms--which, yes, absolutely matters! And whatever you do, save room for dessert. Seriously. It's a great way to finish the meal... even if five minutes earlier you swore you were completely full. Definitely a nice find, and a place I'd visit again.

The Bruschetta is really light with amazing flavor, small tomatoes drizzled with balsamic, the bread is soft but sturdy enough to hold the tomato. Wings! We opted for the lemon pepper wings; perfectly crispy delicious flavor. The main course we shared the Margherita pizza! OMG, the crust is so light & buttery with fresh mozzarella, not too much sauce. Andrea's service is great, the decor & restaurant is cozy with a warm feeling. If it wasn't for the 13 school staff wanting to split each check & arguing who got what, we could've paid. I felt badly for Andrea.

Our waiter, Joshua, was hilarious and so personable! He cracked so many jokes and kept us laughing all night. Especially with our super friendly and attentive server. I ordered the Alfredo the Dark with an Italian sausage on the side. My friends got the Hakuna Piccata and the El Diablo Shrimp Pasta. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We all ended up taking leftovers. If I was feeling critical, I'd say the sauce on my pasta leaned watery - but the flavors were still good. While not the most romantic or high caliber option - I do find Oreganos to be one of the most reliably good chains in Goodyear. Well worth a visit if you're craving reasonably priced pizza and pasta!
