Papa John in Ocoee deserves no stars - I live 4 miles in a straight line from them and after waiting over an hour for a 35 minute delivery, I called again and was told they put in the wrong address but were sending another ...this time I gave her the simple directions and was told they would deliver shortly...that 25 minutes came and went and I called again - now was told the driver couldn't find my house and had called me - no missed calls in my phone - then I was told they don't deliver to me - but they do...except they didn't ...now expecting a pizza delivery from Dominos for 2 kids whose pizza was promised 2 hours ago!! read more

I ordered Pizza's on line. Ordered double cheese and double pepperoni with mushrooms. There were no mushrooms, 4 pieces of pepperoni on each burned pizza. There was more sauce than anything. $50 dollars for crap pizza. I should get a refund. Got no response when I complained. Really disappointed. read more

We used to go to this Papa John's, but they've messed up the order at least 85% of the time. Most of the time, we got it for delivery, so we had to wait for the delivery driver to drive BACK to the store, wait for the pizza to be remade, and then delivered again. It's not like we weren't specific enough with the easy online ordering on the Papa John's website. A few times, the pizza came with the cheese and toppings stuck to the box top. It was clear our pizza had been mishandled in transport. You'd think they would teach their drivers no to pile heavy things on top of pizza boxes. The only glimmer of hope was when I went in to pick pizza, double-checked it, and found out that it hadn't been made properly. I asked them if they wouldn't mind remaking it. The lady working the counter agreed to remake the pizza and tossed in a 2 liter of Pepsi for free for our inconvenience. It seems like we've just been unlucky, but with the other local pizza places in the area, we just haven't been back. read more

Papa Johns pizza tastes like Papa Johns pizza, but... the service I have received at this location has far exceeded the service I have received from any other pizzeria in Orlando area. Most often, my interaction when 'carrying out' is a brief interaction with regular smiling faces of local youth. It appears this Windermere pizzeria supports hiring high school aged teens, and the manager at this location clearly instills a high level of customer service within these future adults. Despite this location being mostly a delivery franchise, I make certain to stop by on my way home from work in order to continue the job security for the employees here. Thank you to everyone at this Papa Johns for ensuring consistently quick and professional service, and always offering paper plates! Small things like this go a long way! One person in particular deserves special recognition (and I apologize for not knowing his name), but he is a young man with glasses and is possibly of Asian or Hispanic origin: you remind me of myself when I was working and going to school. Papa John is not a nice man. He did not give me a free pizza when the employees learned of my recently broken leg. They had no empathy or understanding at all and I was very disappointed. I kept asking for Papa John to come out and have a talk with me about the issue, but the employees kept insisting that there was no "Papa John" at the establishment. Eventually someone who claimed to be the manager came out, but I expressed aggressively that I wanted to speak only with Papa John. The "manager" then informed me that Papa John is only the name of the restaurant and that the real Papa John is the CEO of the company. I was livid. Everything I knew had fallen apart. Fortunately I was still able to buy a mustard and olive pizza and it was delicious. So even though I didn't get to meet Papa John, the food was still good and that's what counts. read more

Not generally a fan of chain pizza but I have to mention the outstanding service at this location. I called in an order and ran some errands thinking it would only take me a minute. Well, you know how that goes. . . An hour later I pick up the pizza and the workers offered to make another one since so much time had passed! You can expect a good experience here. The food is consistent and customer service is good. I love when they offer napkins and plates sometimes. My only suggestion for this restaurant would be to keep the drink refrigerator at a cooler temperature. I would enjoy a nice cold drink with my carry out order. This is Papa Johns, so you kinda know what you are going to get. The issue I have is that this location doesn't participate in many of the same deals I found at my past Papa Johns location in Jacksonville. Usually online you can go to the deals section and find a lot of specials and offers going on, but at this location they just seem to have the one big national offer that is going on. At their other stores I am used to pages of offers. I just can't come to pay full price for a Papa Johns pizza which is pretty expensive when there are so many other places I think offer a better Pizza. read more

When I tried to order a pizza here I was told to call their other location in Ocoee. Once I called the other location, I was told to call this location. I did call back and I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then once I was able to start my order I was hung up on. I proceeded to call back and then when I asked to speak with the manager I was instantly hung up on. I was hung up on 3 times before being able to speak with him. The last call Corey Guthrie the manager finally answered, but did not help. He actually told me to call the Ocoee location...once again. The evening staff is full on young workers that obviously don't value customer service. I walked in and two young kids look at each other and point to see who would help me. Really? Funny thing is I ordered online and ready to get home. Luckily another worker passes them both from the back and asks how can I be helped. His excuse was they had a hectic night. You're paid to work and customer service builds a foundation for the store. To want to go back. It's just pizza!!! I order take out & delivery from here from time to time. Always pleasing service, fast & hot. Sometimes the normal pie has a bit too much sauce for my lady & I so we go for light sauce typically. Open very late too. Staff is always helpful. read more

We have ordered from this Papa Johns (in Windermere) for the past few years almost every other week. But a few months ago they began getting our orders wrong on a regular basis. So we thought we would start trying other places for a while. Today we were thinking Papa Johns sounded good and decided to try again. I guess we should have not been surprised when not one, but both of our pizzas were wrong. So I called them to let them know. I began my call by telling the manager that I was not looking for a refund or any thing free, but I thought that they should know that our pizzas were wrong. Rather than apologize , she became defensive and stated that she had made them herself and that I was wrong. I told her that one of the pizzas which had pepperoni and vegetables did not have any pepperoni. She ARGUED back that it did. I responded that I had just had two pieces, and my wife another two and neither one of us had a single piece of pepperoni (making it essentially a vegetarian pizza for her). I also looked and didn't see a single piece on the other half. Again, I don't care about getting anything out of this (we already ate the pizza). But I do know from my experience in customer service that you NEVER argue with a customer! This is why I do not recommend this particular Papa John's location. read more
