Excellent service never been disappointed unlike the Golden Corral in Anderson what a $h!t hole !!!!!

I have been ordering from here for a while now and never really have problems but lately.. it takes forever to get my pizza and it's always obvious it was rushed. Today was the worst so far. I've never had to heat up a pizza that was just delivered to me but today that was exactly the case. Which is understandable every now and then but then it was gross. Idk what it was about it but I didn't even eat it. So I call up there to see if they could fix it for me and some rude girl on the phone got an attitude with me. Use to be my go-to for delivery but now I think I'll just stick to my local family owned pizza place. read more

Put in order at 6. App said 16 min wait. Arrived 636. Signed for pizza. Was told in oven and be another 5 min. Went inside 649. Was told there's no order and they have no pizza. I told them I already signed for it. Was then told order went to another papa John's. Finally found order and refunded it. Offer to make food but didn't want to wait for another 20 min being already waited an hour at that point. Was told the app is inaccurate and can't be trusted. Was rude. Will never go back. Lost a 7 year customer. read more

My wife and I found pubic hair in our pizza last time we ordered (last week). That is just disgusting. She found it after we both ate some. I have deleted my App. We will never eat at Papa Johns again anywhere. It is time to stop eating "industrial food" anyway I guess. It isn't healthy at all even without the pubic hair toppings Papa Johns put on our pizza. read more

I hate getting pizza delivered because it usually just takes to long, and the food gets cold, but that's not the case with this Papa John's store. The manager takes pride in his work, and the product that he serves. Great guy with a smile always on his face! This pizza always comes hot and fresh with all the details just right. Couldn't be happier with Papa Johns, especially this store in particular!!! read more

Growing up as a kid, I was always a fan of Pizza Hut. After stepping into this amazing facility, I have parted ways. The level of richness and freshness in the ingredients of this establishment is through the roof. The management and customer care that this papa johns team Provides makes it feel as though you are eating at your home. I really wish the same management would open up more stores across the Carolinas. I am looking forward to trying the new Subs papa johns has to offer. read more

Can't even get a single pizza order correct, and even after corrected I've just come to realize how pitiful Papa John's has become. I've had frozen pizzas that taste better. Just pitiful pizza for the money. read more

Great pizza! Great service! This papa johns does it right and I'll be a repeat customer.

This Papa John's experience has converted me over from a Pizza Hut fan! I ordered 7 pizzas for my nephews bday party and they were delivered on time, hot, and ready! The manager even reached out to me after the delivery was made to make sure every pizza was exactly how I wanted them! You can't pay for service like that nowadays! AMAZING! read more

I called up therefor a delivery, and i accidentally left my card in the car, I said I called back, lady on the phone had an attitude and slammed the phone down, love papa johns but the lady on the phone who said her name was Elizabeth was extremely rude for no reason. read more

I have had several satisfying experiences at this Papa John's. Pizza is the most frequently consumed meal of my life. Domino's and Pizza Hut are no longer viable options for me. The staff and service of this Papa John's exceed the quality of Chick fil a. The owner/manager is an amazing guy. Forget Chick fil a and Popeyes. This Papa John's store is best fast food option in the area. read more

They were too busy to even take my order over the phone! I called twice the second time that they try to put me on hold. I said miss I was previously on hold will you please take my order. She throws the phone down and says can someone come get this. All I could hear in the background was I'm too busy.... So I hung up the phone and will not be calling back. Btw I used to love there pizza. However when it becomes an inconvenience to take an order there's a problem ! they're good people out there who need jobs hire some of them! read more

I went to this location about a week or so ago. Went in there was greeted by multiple people that's was not the problem at all. I had to wait for and additional 45 minutes over what the quoted me. Every time I asked about my pizza this young blonde girl kept saying she didn't know where it was then I was finally told by a person that Was also waiting that the pick up orders get made last so they can get deliveries out. I think that is the most messed up thing ever so carry out customers have to wait but delivery doesn't that doesn't sit well with me. Got my food home it was cold I mean really cold. Didn't even call back up to the store cause I knew they would just try and justify what happened with more lies. read more

This is a rural community and the driver has to drive 7 miles to deliver my pizza. I did not expect it to be hot. I was not disappointed. I ordered 3 toppings, bacon, mushrooms & black olives. It arrived in 40 minutes which is the time frame I was told. The pizza was supposed by $12 plus change for large 3 topping pizza. It was $17 and change. I gave the delivery person $23. Opened the pizza and no bacon. It was pepperoni, mushroom & black olives. 3 toppings. How can you get that wrong? I called PJs and the person that took the order put me on hold for the manager. The manager said "we'll make another pizza for you and the delivery person can bring it to you when he gets back in. That would have taken at least another 40 minutes which would have put eating at 9:30-9:45. A little late for Sunday night dinner. Manager did not offer future replacement, only replacement later that night. That would have meant the driver probably would have expected another tip. Not his fault unless he also makes the pies. So we were very disappointed. Pulled the pepperonis off and ate the not so hot pizza. I will never order from that PJs again. read more
