Just, no. The manager mumbles rude comments when THEY mess up your order. We have eaten little caesars for a decade. We have never complained or returned items. The last two visits went very wrong. The first had a hair, (died because it was tri-colored. Brown blonde and a lighter brown) they did comp it for a future order and throw in some bread sticks. we picked up our comped pizza tonight and bought an additional pizza along with it. The pizza we bought was wrong, no big deal, but after calling and being on hold or having "phone issues" on their end, after the 40 minute ride at the end of a long work day we brought the un-touched wrong pizza back. (We brought it back UNTOUCHED Chase.
Why would we do that if we were creepy scammers?) Not only did he show us our order that we called in but told us he was the one who made it. I don't know what that has to do with the price of peas but whatever floats your boat. We were not angry or hostile customers but the same ol' people that pick up the same order of pizza once a week. That's 4 pizza a month and 4 nights I don't have to cook. He went back to make our order, mumbled something as he walked away and told someone behind the door "it's just easier to make another one". What?? I'm sorry buddy but this is the first time we have EVER come in there with an issue. we aren't being rude, so why are you? He offered no consolation(Or I don't know, a drink?) for now hour and a half we wasted of our very very short night. I get it, "don't feed the bears", but if you see the same couple there once a week you try to retain them. We are good, consistent customers?
I know this is long , and adding to my time away from my short night, but I am peeved. Mainly because this is my night off from cooking and after years of being with someone you know just how they will react. I know my husband will be in full protest about ever getting food there again and this being the only thing all of us (us and the kids) I will be back in the kitchen. Thanks Chase!
You just had to apologize without being defensive, not be a total noob by mumbling and walking away and maybe throwing the tired, hungry, and hard working man a 20oz soda. Even without the soda just being a decent human being would have been fine. By the way, this "phone issue" we had? The teenager was still on hold when we got back. It's a land line and in full operation. read more
