My husband always says hire the handicapped. I sent him with a detailed list of what I wanted. The burritos that he came home with not only had beans in them, which I had said I didn't want, but they didn't have the guacamole that I did order. I paid an extra $.60 for the guacamole to no avail. His burritos not only had the beans which were excluded but they did not have the double beef that he ordered. That was an additional $2.50. So not only did Taco Bell make extra money on our order so did the state, because the state earned tax on an artificial number! My husband was right; hire the handicapped! read more

This KFC was the worst establishment ever. This woman in the photo was absolutely the rudest person I have ever come across in the food industry. The kitchen was filthy! My husband and I placed an order and she this woman in the picture got the order wrong in the system. We ordered a 4 piece white meat, she gave us a 4 piece tender. We told her that it was not what we ordered. She proceeded to say oh well no refunds! Are you serious??? That is not how you treat customers. Then she began talking about us as if we were not standing there saying they ordered wrong. I clearly heard what my husband ordered. We continued to ask for a refund and finally after the poor treatment we received she agreed to refund our order and told us you have to give the drink back in order to give us a refund. I said Ok we were not looking to keep any of it. Then she repeated again and said I can't refund it without the drink. I said we don't want any of it take the drink we don't care about the drink. This is likely the worst taco bell I've ever visited, which is saying something. The shells and tortillas were unapologetically stale. The meat was terrible. The lettuce was wilted. The service was absolutely abysmal. I doubt that the staff are capable of feeling the full range of human emotions; they may have been lobotomized. I went there last night around 8 pm upon arriving I ordered my food the young guy at the window did not ask our drinks and just gave us random Pepsi. While at the window workers inside were screaming as I watching a younger lady jump over the counter at the front and everyone ran outside as the guy asks us to pull to a parking space all the worker except I think the manager an older man and a young guy stayed inside. The two workers proceeded to run around the building and we asked about our food he said"they're working on it and the other worker says "NO THEY NOT" and laughs. I proceeded to walk inside with my spouse and found everyone cursing and yelling talking about one of the workers wanted to fight the manager. The manager was crying and the young girl who jumped over the counters mother and brother came in and began threatening the manager telling her " and if I get my hands on you it will feel like you got jumped" still no one helping us and 2 other ppl come in for their food and ask for refunds. As we still wait the food the people that were yelling leave and the manager runs out to take pictures of their cars. The mother of the worker stops gets out of her car and approaches the manager and just so happens a police sled officer was there to stop any physical fight. Still haven't gotten food or help. And the workers except the young Hispanic guy were more interested in the drama than doing work. Finally we got food it was threw in the bag some of my items were falling out the packaging and they gave us free food we didn't order. I'm sure that was someone else's. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant and I'm so happy my kids were not with me or anything worse happened and no one was physically hurt. Every time you go through the drive thru past 8 o clock they try to talk you into leaving by saying it will be a 30 minute wait or they only have certain items. I should have known not to go there, but I did. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. Just for reference, I did set my stopwatch just to see if they had gotten any faster in their service. Nope. From drive thru to pulling off from the window with my food took over 30 minutes. It seemed that all of the workers were up in front cutting up and playing with each other. I don't think they've ever given me a correct order without me correcting them. Any order will gift you with at least a 10 minute wait, even if you're the only person there, and the food is still cold. There's photo evidence of how disgusting they keep the floor in the kitchen. It's almost as none of the employees care about their job. How does a restaurant get so bad? Everyone in Pelzer and Williamston know how bad this place is. This is one nasty place! Bathrooms were filthy with no soap or paper towels. I guess the employees don't wash their hands? Food was terrible. Tacos had nothing on them. Service was slow and they screwed up my order multiple times which made it worse. This is the ONLY TB that I have been to (and I eat there often at multiple locations) where the employees don't wear masks. This was our 1st and last time coming here. The lady Sandy who made our burritos put red fritos in all 6 of the burritos including the bean burritos along with red frito powder on the tortillas. None of the burritos we ordered should've had fritos in them. We went inside and let the cashier know the burritos where all wrong and that they had fritos in them, so he said they would make them again. Well Sandy rudely said "I know I messed up the 4 but the bean burritos are fine I'm not remaking those". So I told the cashier those have fritos in them too you're welcome to look.
