Unfortunately, the wings were cooked far beyond extra crispy--they were so hard that I could barely eat them. I only managed to eat three wings and still have seven left because they were simply too tough to enjoy. It was a long day, so I didn't call the restaurant until the following day. When I called, I asked to speak with a manager and ended up speaking with the assistant manager. After explaining the situation, I was initially told I could receive a credit. However, that quickly changed to an offer of only 10% off a future purchase. On a $16 order, that's about $1.60. Considering that I was unable to eat most of my meal and had to purchase food elsewhere afterward, I don't feel that a 10% discount is an appropriate resolution. I still have the remaining wings and am willing to bring them back to show that the issue was legitimate. As a loyal customer, I wasn't looking for anything unreasonable--simply a replacement order prepared correctly. I'm hoping to speak with the store manager and get this resolved. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes is what keeps customers coming back.

I understand this isn't a five-star restaurant, but there should still be a basic standard of customer service and respect. Unfortunately, this location falls far below that expectation. During my visit, chairs were stacked throughout the dining area in the middle of the day, making the restaurant appear unwelcoming and poorly managed. What was most disappointing / disgusting was the overall attitude from the staff. Customer concerns seemed to be treated as an inconvenience rather than part of their job. Employees openly expressed their frustrations where customers could hear them and, in some cases, directly to customers themselves. As I'm in line... just walked in. Management and corporate leadership should seriously consider reviewing this location's operations, customer service standards, and employee training.
