Sad - because a spot like this has the potential to do some really good business if they changed up their recipe and got some people who were a little more welcoming and friendly to their customers. The online order system is super simple and quick. The order said about 30 minutes and it was ready in about 25. The three gentleman working when I went to pickup were super friendly. The shop was super clean and smelled like fresh herbs (really good). The first test was plain cheese, which was really good. It wasn't greasy or too cheesy, it was perfectly done. Next, we tried the bread. There was a small pile of Parmesan cheese on top and it smelled amazing. The bread was crisp on the outside, but pillowy on the inside. I tried with both the ranch and pizza sauce, while both good, sauce is not entirely necessary. Last, but not least, was the thin crust BLT pizza. It was amazing, and definitely worth more than they are charging. The thin crust was crispy, but still had a little chew. All of the toppings were perfectly cool for veggies and crispy for the bacon. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. We are so happy to have an independent pizza spot just down the road. We look forward to trying more of what they have to offer.
