The Boss was labeled as "very spicy", and it definitely delivered it that respect. Their homemade red sauce was amazing. The Hot Honey Pepperoni balanced sweet and heat perfectly. The only thing I'd change is the type of slice, since my childhood self was not quite accustomed to the triangular shape. Nice ambiance in here and the service from Karolyne was great. All in all, an awesome experience here at Parlour. Maybe even awesome enough to justify the loss of its predecessor establishment.
