The decor is truly unique, someone put some time and thought in to bringing everything in to visul order. The Authentic Wood Fire Oven can not be overlooked. It's a rarity in these parts. Notice the operation of the oven on our pictures, as the flames and temperatures are adjusted. The Pizza prep area is open for viewing and it was interesting to see our pie maker preparing our pie dough for the oven. We ordered and shared a 14" Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch Pizza. The pizza was very delicious, and bombarded our mouthes and taste buds with flavor. Our server was great, and attentive. We'll Be Back.

We had to add crushed red pepper flakes and salt just to make it somewhat edible. Even then, I have no idea how it can be called "favorite." Alfredo dipping sauce was bland and clumpy. The mozzarella sticks were just crap. 3 guests ordered the ribeye. ALL Ribeyes were fatty/gristly. One of the guests who ordered the "16 oz" ribeye emphasized to the waitress that it needed to be cooked rare. The first steak was nowhere near 16 ounces, was maybe 1/4 inch thick, very fatty/gristly and came out medium. Honestly, it looked like something you'd get at Waffle House. Frankly, the Waffle House steak would've been better and A LOT cheaper! We requested another steak, AGAIN asking that it be cooked rare. The owner personally brought it to the table, but unfortunately, it was just as disappointing. It didn't even look like a ribeye, was still maybe 1/4 inch thick, was even smaller than the first one & certainly didn't appear to be 16 ounces (MAYBE 10oz), was even more fatty/gristly, had no deep grill/char marks, and was gray in color--like it was boiled. Once again, it was cooked medium instead of rare. The guest took one bite of the remade steak after cutting away all the fat/gristle and literally packed the steak up to take home for the dog. We asked to have the $30 steak removed from the bill, but the owner refused, claiming it had been eaten. The guest then unpacked the steak and showed the waitress that only one bite had been taken. Even after the owner seeing this, the owner STILL refused to remove the charge. Absolutely poor customer service! I have never been to a restaurant where, when something was prepared incorrectly or a customer was clearly dissatisfied, the staff--let alone the owner--wouldn't at least attempt to make things right. This was especially frustrating after two disappointing steaks were prepared incorrectly and left virtually uneaten. Mistakes happen, and not every meal will be perfect. However, how a restaurant handles a problem says a lot about its customer service. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, and the owner's refusal to address the situation made it even worse. Word of mouth goes a LONG way, and our group has already shared this experience with others and advised them against visiting or recommending this establishment. Based on our experience, we certainly won't be returning. BTW, look on their website reviews, you'll see complaints of the poorly made 16oz ribeye, roaches in food & in restaurant & rude owner--I didn't see these reviews until after our awful experience here.

I did hit thr button multiple times for some ranch but it didn't seem to want to add it (I thought it did). The website takes a bit to figure out. I am not sure if i would order again will have to check out the other options in town. The thick crust is more of just a regular crust and their regular crust is closer to a thin. The pizzas were not bad and the seafood one had a nice little kick. I personally would order the thick crust. The website does give you many options of how you like your crust cooked and cut once you figure it out (probably easier on a computer vs phone).
