Food was left outside with no one knocking to let me know the pizza was outside. So I got delivered a COLD pizza regardless it being as hot as it is outside. My Pepsi was hot as well like never came out of a fridge to begin with. I called management just put me on hold IF that was even management! These people lie about the whole process and it's NOT difficult to deliver a freakin pizza and KNOCK! With low ratings why hasn't corporate came to resolve any issues within the company! This store represents yall and noone cares! File bankruptcy already like all failing companies. Just like Genghis. This place has gone to crap as I've been ordering here for the past 4 years living in the area. Ambiance is ridiculous! The rating's of this store and yet it's still open! I really don't understand how the quality of this store went down so bad. Last night I ordered the same thing as the very first time I ordered and the EXACT same thing happened. I did not receive my 2 drinks or the sides of peppers. I was very upset and I called the store this time and I was reassured that they would tell the driver and it would be delivered. I waited and nothing occurred no drinks or sides. Might as well take the sides and drinks options since it can't be delivered and I still have not received a refund. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Without a doubt 90% of the time that I order from this particular establishment they get the order wrong! It's like the employees do not know how to read. I ordered a pizza two weeks ago and when I got home I saw it was wrong again. I called the manager on duty and he told me he would go ahead and put a Papa Johns Quality Guarantee on my account where I would get my next pizza made correctly and free. Well I called today and spoke with the managers Christy & Emily and they advised me that the quality guarantee has been removed from the system so I called Ryan Darrell who is the director of operations and she told me they haven't removed the quality guarantee they just will no longer be giving ME free pizzas. It's like she's blaming me for her employees making the product incorrectly. I politely said "why are you blaming me for something your employees continue to do wrong?" "Are you going to retrain them on how to read?" She then accused me of being rude. Listen, it's rude of you to take the money of a customer and deliver the wrong product then refuse a refund or correction of that order. Absolutely disgusted with this business practice and the employees that work here. read more

The worst place EVER! Do yourself a favor and order from any other pizza joint but this one. My husband called to order a pizza, not only did they take long to take his order but the charged him 4 times! We didn't realize they charged him 4 times until after the fact. we waited over an hour for this pizza while calling to check the status they would leave us on hold, once time was over 20 minute. Once I called they finally answered and told me they cancelled our order! They didn't give us and could 't explain why or should I say they didn't care to give us an explanation as to why. When asked about the 4 charges they told us to call corporate and when we called for the phone number they told us to "google it". read more

Ok so this is the last time I'm dealing with Papa Johns. We spent 55$ on two pizzas and wings and one pizza showed up. Delivery dude gave us a pizza from another order and both were cold as s&$@. No sauce with the chicken either. Whatever Papa Johns. You guys skimp on toppings, show up with cold pizza (again), and charge 30-40% more than Domino's. Lesson learned. read more

Had my last pizza from Papa Johns. The only consistency is that consistently, no 2 pizzas taste the same and that they consistently scrimp on the toppings. I order the Any Way You Want It 5-topping pizza but only have 3 toppings because I ask them to double up on 2 of them just to get a reasonable amount of toppings. That doesn't work. 90% of the pizza is cheese without toppings. Papa John's, you have let me down far too many times. My recommendation is to avoid wasting your money on this pizza joint and go somewhere else! read more

Guess customer service has gone out the window and nobody cares anymore. Placed my order and confirmation showed 70 minute delivery. It's been an hour and a half. So I call and whoever answered the phone decides to get in argument with me. Says the delivery time is between hour and a half and 2 hours. Apparently doesn't know how many hours are 70 minutes. I'm looking right at my app and it says 70 mins. The delivery status had been on "on the way" for over 20 mins and the location is 10 mins from my house. This is ridiculous. Ordered 2 large pizzas (cheese and pepperoni) on a Friday night, waited the full hour for them to arrive. They arrived luke cold, not impressed but workable. However when my son pulled a 13" hair out of his slice of pepperoni, the family lost their appetite. Upon calling to invoke the "Quality Guarantee" I was advised it would be another hour. When I inquired about that meeting the intent of Quality Guarantee of Papa Johns and would appreciate being moved to the front of the line for a cheese and pepperoni. The manager advised me that it was just not that simple. You're telling me that Papa Johns doesn't make several cheese and pepperoni pizzas on a Friday night. YES IT IS THAT EASY. The manager finally agreed to "prioritize" our order but that would still be 45-60 mins. Oh that's so much better. Steer clear of this place unless you prefer cold pizzas with a little extra DNA as a second topping. read more

This is my favorite place to order pizza from. The crust is always so soft and yummy and the taste is amazing in my book. I love Papa John's Pizza so much i order from here at least 3-4 times a week. Which is bad but i dont care this place will always get my money! read more
