Do not order from Papa John's. Twice I have tried to use their reward system and it says it is applying and doesn't. I talked to five people today and the store management kept sending me to online management and vice versa. No one could resolve it. How hard is it to "refund", and I say that in quotes because I earned the discount, $12. I worked as GM for one of top restaurants in America for 10 years. I know this is not how a customer should be treated. Go order from Marcos, better pizza and definitely better and smarter customer service. Beth Pierce was name of manager in store. I ordered a delivery mwdium pizza and cinnamon pull apart on Nov. 27. The pizza was cold, misshapen, and looked like a small pizza. I filled out the survey. The store manager, Beth Pierce contacted me via email and then she called me. She apologized, stated that she would issue a refund, and offered me a replacement pizza. That sounded wonderful... On Dec. 1, I called Papa John's and spoke with Beth Pierce. I ordered a replacement. After waiting over an hour, I called the store to see how much longer it was going to take to get my order. The boy who answered the phone started that my pizza has been ready and that I have to pick it up. Beth never told me that I have to pick up the order. I asked to speak with her, but was told that she was out of the store. I asked for a manager. He told me the same thing. I told him that I do not want a cold pizza. He stated that it would take 10 minutes. I live 5 minutes away. When I got there, my pizza was on the shelf. Beth had returned from Burger King , she had the bag in her hand. So, I introduced myself to her. We started arguing because she didn't tell me that I had to pick up the order. She stated that she did tell me and Door Dash doesn't pick up free orders. Even though she didn't tell that I had to pick it up, I would have been ok, IF she apologized for the confusion. As stated before, I live 5 minutes from the store. My pizza was COLD! I will call the store, if I don't get my refund by Tuesday. I don't know when I'm going to order a pizza from them again. read more

Now it's improvement. The food looks great hands down. I did have some issues in the past with burnt and skinny breadsticks. At the time there was only two people in that store but now it was a full house. The service was great very communicative hopefully it goes up from here read more

Wife and I were stopping at Publix to pick up some groceries and decided to first stop at Papa John's to order a pizza for dinner for the two of us. Our plan was to go in and order, do our quick shopping at Publix, and then pick up the pizza and go home. All walking distance. We went in and stood there for at least 5 minutes with nobody saying a word to us. As we were patiently waiting, we happen to notice an employee behind the counter in the process of making two pizzas. This guy, with no gloves, was using his bare hands to pick up every ingredient and throw them on the pizza. My wife and I silently looked at each other in disgust. As we turned back to look at him again, he was in the process of wiping his face and then he started scratching his head, with his bare hands. He then continued to pick up ingredients and throw them on the pizzas. Again, with his bare hands. At that point, my wife and I pretty much lost our appetite and quickly decided to leave. Turns out that we are glad we were ignored for 5 minutes as it gave us time to observe the disgusting and unsanitary procedure this Papa John's uses to make a pizza. We did what we normally do and went home and cooked dinner. There is no way we will ever buy a pizza from this place. Totally unsanitary and gross. read more

There were lots of workers on the Friday night that i visited. Only one was taking orders, but it looked like they should be able to create something quickly. I waited about 5 minutes while the person behind the counter was taking a phone order. When i finally was able to order another call came in so that interrupted. I was told it would be about 30 minutes which seemed excessive since it doesn't take that long to bake a pizza. My wife checked on it about 25 minutes later and was told it might be about 10 to 15 minutes more. Had they even started working on it? I went in again 10 minutes later and it still wasn't ready, this time i waited inside for it. I was a little torqued and told them it shouldn't take 45 minutes, i was right, it took 50 minutes. Even after the wait the order wasn't right, close but not right. It must have confused them when i said hold the olives on half, they just left off the olives. Close enough. Some parts of the pizza had almost no toppings so maybe they purposely made it like that, or maybe it's a low quality place and they always make pizzas like that. For some reason they haven't charged me for it so maybe the incompetent order taker lost the credit card info. I learned my lesson, don't do a walk-in on a Friday night. read more

Worst Papa Johns I have ever dealt with. My wife called and was on hold for 25 minutes and finally hung up after nobody would answer so I physically went to the location to place the order. In person I told them I wanted it to be delivered and after an hour without a delivery I called to get a status of the delivery and they stated that because I was a walk in it didn't save my address that I listed and couldn't contact me.. Even though I gave them my number, name, and address. Paxton who is the manager on charge there didn't handle this situation like she cared at all and just blew it off... 2.5 hours after our first initial call and we still don't have dinner for my wife and 2 kids. She did apologize, and stated that they will remake it and deliver it within the next 30 minutes. At this point we will be 3 hours in so whats another 30 minutes of waiting. DON'T Shop at this Papa Johns. They're an embarrassment to the brand. read more

Ordered five pizzas two of the pizzas were completely burnt. The manager at the time offered to give me two free pizzas the next time I order. Called in six days later the general manager was completely rude and completely inappropriate and completely did not honor their word. I will not get pizza from this location again read more

Normally our experience at this location is stellar. However with the new staff, not so much. I ordered pizza online and drove to this location to pick up. Normally the pizza is coming out of the oven by the time I arrive. I let the employee know the name and that I was picking up. It took them 20 minutes to realize that the order had not even been started, as they failed to pickup the online order printout form. They then inform me that it will be about 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I am still waiting. Horrible service. I am not happy with the service at this location. Over 5 groups of customers are still waiting on their orders that should have been fixed/ready 30+ minutes ago. This place needs to get it together! read more
