They accidentally made a mistake on my pizza but corrected it immediately the manager was helpful and easy to deal with.

Ordered pizza at 7:55 pm. Order estimated 32-42 min. About 8:20 status showed preparing for delivery. At approximately 8:45 the status showed out for delivery. An hour later, no pizza. I finally called and while not at all apologetic, they explained they were short staffed. I cancelled my order and 15 min later (10 pm) my pizza arrived. The young man felt horrible. I explained it wasn't his fault but he confirmed my pizza had been riding in his car for an hour. This owner does not care about customer service or his employees (2 in the store and one delivery driver on a Friday night). Don't give this owner your money!! read more

We ordered a pizza, wings, and pepperoni jalapeño rolls. Our order was 20 minutes late, we received popcorn chicken instead of wings, and jalapeño poppers instead of the pepperoni jalapeño rolls. We called three times and were hung up on twice before we managed to get someone to speak with us. They offered to remake our wrong items, but they had no driver available, so we either had to drive to the store to pick them up or accept one free pizza. I said I would drive in to get our corrected items, but they needed to give us a 2-liter as well. I understand that they are busy and likely understaffed, but you don't hang up on customers when they call in! Ordering is super easy and the deliver service and tracking was great. The quality of the pizza, however was terrible. Instead of "Where's the beef?" We're left asking, where's the cheese, bacon, and onion in this sausage/bacon/onion pizza? It's also overcooked and you can tell it sat way too long before delivery. This is by far the worst Papa John's pizza we've ever had consistently. Sometimes the pizza is made without cheese, and just a couple days ago, the pizza came without sauce on it. The bread that supports the toppings is many times thin in areas that look like baked strings, very dry and powdery, along with over baked and poorly made. Super sad. Our family needed a go-to pizza delivery joint and we keep hoping it will get better. For the past year though, it hasn't. read more

Awful experience. We have ordered for several weeks now and they always forget our additional sauces that we paid for. They don't bother to verify the order before they head out to their customers home. I called last week when this happened and the manager said she would give me $5 off my next order. So we ordered again last night. I also used some free points for bread sticks. They take such a long time to deliver and they forgot our cheese sauce again. We had the driver open it to verify and he saw that it was wrong. We told him we are not going to accept this and to have the manager call us. He was polite and left. We never heard back from her. Ordered pizza over the phone as usual was told 25-35 minutes for pizza to be delivered. An HOUR later called and was told the delivery was on its way. 20 minutes later the delivery finally showed up. While waiting we had called and the lady on the phone was quite rude put us on hold before asking us if she could and told us to just wait our pizza would be there. When pizza did arrive it was some what warm, barely warm enough to eat. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT order from this place unless you are willing to wait over an hour for the pizza. The worst experience I've ever had hands down. Seriously sad that the staff can't keep it together. I ordered a pizza for delivery online and realized the pricing was for pick up only.. I call explaining my big goof and apologized obviously accepting the extra charge. Papa johns on Main Street is terrible. The quality of food is very poor and the customer service is also quite bad. When you go into the store, employees look as if they are unkept and unsanitary. Man Papa Johns is on one today. We ordered pizza and when it arrived it was cold. I called the store to complain and the manager was nothing but rude. She tried defending themselves saying it's taking 2 hours for pizza to be made and delivered blah blah blah. My pizza had been done for over an hour by the time it was delivered. She then argued and said it was delivered within two hours so it's fine. I explained I order pizza expecting it to be fresh and hot, not cold. She then hung up on me. Horrible service. Ordered on line last night thinking it would be quick and easy. 2 hours later we received food that was cold. A call to the store was almost 10 minutes on hold for a manager who could care less that it took that long to get my order. I stay at the Hampton Inn in Goshen about 10 times a year. I've tried this Papa Johns 3 times now and not once have they delivered a pizza in under an hour and a half and each time it has been cold and this is the first time they actually delivered everything I ordered. I wouldn't have given them 2 more chances of I had a papa johns near my house. I strongly advise ordering anything delivered from here. Btw I only come here mid-week and it's never a big sports night so there is no excuse of being busy. read more

Ordered online from this location for delivery, the email confirmation showed the correct order but we received a different pizza. No big deal, I call the store and get put on hold for 10 mins and get "Monica". She tells me we will have to order another pizza and be charged for the first. While I wouldn't have minded to do this, it was the rude manner in which she reported this that bothered me. I informed her that my wife had the confirmation email that showed a different pizza. She went on to say "I'm not giving you free food" (of which I never asked for). Against everything that is chill about me, I decided to go down to the location to speak to the manager. When I arrived "Monica" very curtly informed me she was the manager so there was no one for me to talk to. Very surprised to see the bad reviews for this location. I've been ordering pizza from them every couple of months for the last couple of years, and have only had one time that the pizza *might* have been a little undercooked. Tonight I was getting on here to give them kudos for delivering my pizza 45 minutes earlier than my email confirmation promised it. Yes, you read that right. My pizza was EARLY. And fully cooked. And quite tasty. I've been inside the location a few times when we did carry out, and while it was a big of the cluttered kind of messy, it wasn't the disgusting kind of dirty. The young lady who answered the phone asked me to hold a minute after 6 minutes someone else asked for my order and when I said where I wanted it delivered to I was told we don't deliver to inmates. We have tried with this place three times now. Our pizza has never been delivered in under two hours. We've talked to the manager and gotten no better explanation than that the confirmation email they send when you order online says it will be two hours so that's how long they have. We ordered 4 large pizzas last night and every one of them were horrible. The crust tasted ok, but we ordered 5 toppings and all together on the four pizzas we probably got 1 cup of ingredients. How can they give us a total but yet not have our order. they said they can make the pizza yet, I asked about a discount and the manager told me to leave she does not have to serve me as I was rude. I asked how I was rude when I just asked about a discount as they screwed up not me - so she called the cops on me...I left - won't be back to this Papa Johns...They have very UNFRIENDLY service.
