The chips hold up, as they are the perfect thickness for a corn chip. I consistently order 2 tacos, one pollo (chicken) and the meat is tender and flavored. The chicken is solid (unlike the shredded style). The pork is a nice change, for the other "white meat". The steak tacos are not ground meat. It's chopped-by-handsteak. The guacamole is fantastic and not goo from a powder & water combo like some taquerias offer. The guac is freshly made and scrumptious. I never leave leftovers as the quac is great the day after. The woman who greets, and is the main waitress is warm and friendly. The other staff members are quick to grab something to make your visit a great experience. In other authentic Mexican taquerias, Coke is the beverage typically consimedl. I have found the water is a refreshing change and helps the taste buds really pick up on all the food's notes.
