The food is top notch and they aim to please with special requests. The homemade root beer keeps you coming back for more (although rumor has it the root beer will be leaving soon). Burgers, tenderloins, and fish are top notch and the fries are crispy and salty. Make sure to do yourself a favor and get some custard or root beer float while you're here. What can I say? It's a burger joint. I ordered a plain cheese burger with onion rings, no complaints. Ice cream is good and fresh. They have a special flavor offered as well. They offer soft serve as well which I guess is a new addition. Service was good as they brought the food to your table or they offer to go and drive thru. Hello! Saw a commercial. It looked and sounded so good we had to try it at 10 PM. I loved the drive-thru greeting, "what can we make for you fresh?" We tried the double cheeseburger, single cheeseburger, regular fries, cheese balls, chocolate shake, etc. Loved that the cashier made them into combos to save us money. After a short wait in the car, we brought the food back to the hotel, and holy cow! Burgers were just as good as Shake Shack's at half the price, and everything else was simply awesome! I feel food is good, but I do think very pricey. Place is clean and generally they are friendly. when getting the frozen yogurt through the drive thru.. it is like a shake, melts so fast and not served with any cap over it, so might as well serve a straw with it. We have started ordering online for curbside pickup on Sunday evenings. The first time we did this we thought WOW awesome...and we really liked the Cod. The process is so easy even us old timers can do it. My only complaint about ordering online is you can't add your coupon. Saddly the last 3 out of 4 orders now have been wrong. Tonight my husbands shake was not in the bag at all. I called and told the Goshen store immediately. They offered me a coupon yet online coupons don't work for that. I said just credit the card. after speaking with 2 people who claim to be management they said they had to call the real manager. They did call me back and all they could do is send a coupon for a shake in the mail. This is not a good solution and time will tell if they even do this. We ate at the Goshen store by Menards and we walked in and the place was so packed. We only had to wait about five minutes even though there was like ten people ahead of us. Our food took maybe another five minutes to get to us and it was fresh and hot!! We were missing our dinner roll but Kylee on staff walked by and when we asked about it she brought it right out too! Went through the drive thru. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich basket. I thought that meant it comes with fries, evidently not! Food came out quick! Problem was I was parked in for like 5 minutes by the other 2 rows of cars waiting for food. The sandwich could use some sauce. This is one of the best fast food places I've probably ever eaten at. I was pleasantly surprised, the food was very good. I wish I could go back again. I thought the staff I felt with were very nice there was only a couple ladies who I got bad vibes from but n I wasn't going to let them ruin my lunch, maybe they were just having a bad dad. There is no such thing as perfect. I used to rate that 5 was perfect though that is not obtainable. However, this is not only a phenomenal place to receive quality food in a very clean environment, but it also has a very strong and diverse team that can handle anything thrown at them with a good and humble owner who aim to please. The guest is the priority, truly, while endorsing a strong environment for employee growth. If you are the 1% that has something wrong with your order or simply didnt like the food, go talk to a manager and they will make up for it and then some by just simply bringing it up the issue because they legitimately care. This is the worst Culvers ever! I've been there several times since it's opened, spacing my visits out to see if they get any better and disappointingly they don't. I went last night and got a hamburger a malt and onion rings and all three items were terrible. The Malt was the consistency of water the onion rings were burnt and the hamburger was tasteless. The servings of custard are disgustingly big, the music is terrible, and the food is very pricey yet often mediocre. I enjoy their custard but have to order minis. The music is some satellite radio station that only plays awful acoustic versions of songs. And that's all it plays. The music alone makes the place lose a star. read more
