We don't have a single Del Taco location in Indiana so I take advantage of the Georgia locations when I travel south. I love the bean and cheese burritos. They are simple, and the beans are so flavorful. Fairly amazing for a fast casual restaurant. Del Taco's bean and cheese burrito is just my perfect burrito. Truly Del Taco beans are better and more full of flavor than many sit down Mexican restaurants I visit. The guacamole is made fresh in house and it is excellent too. Service is always friendly. Hey Del Taco, please consider adding a few Indiana locations.

You sit down and they immediately bring you a nice basket of warm chips and salsa . Delicious. Then you have the option to order something off the menu or go to the quick service line. We opted for quick and we both got a bowl. One with steak and the other chicken. They have a nice variety of fresh toppings. The portion is very generous so bring your appetite. We really enjoyed the meal. Clean and friendly service!

Operation is also very slow, about 10 minutes per car. However, they gave us an extra fry with our food, and at least it was warm this time. Better, but more change could still be beneficial.

0 Star - The Nastiest Krystal's I've Ever Seen This place…read morewas a disaster from the jump. It took the cashier almost 15 minutes to ring up my $18.05 order because she had no clue what she was doing. I went to the restroom while waiting and instantly wished I hadn't -- DIRT on top of dirt. Absolutely filthy. Then it got worse. I come out and see the same cashier making my chili cheese fries with her bare hands. No gloves. And as if that wasn't enough, she literally wiped the leftover cheese onto the floor. I stood there in shock with my mouth open, waiting for her to notice, but nope -- business as usual. At that point, I told my husband we weren't eating there and we left. A drive-thru worker actually chased us down asking why we were leaving. I explained, and she said informed me that no refund would be given and basically I shouldn't be offended. Like this was a regular thing for them. Then after our back and forth she finally said I'll get the manager. Fine. The manager was out of her office when I got back in the restaurant and instead of apologizing or offering a refund, she hits me with: "We don't do refunds... you want some apple pies?" Apple pies?? After watching your staff barehand my food and wipe cheese on the floor? That's your solution?? Needless to say, I left without the food OR the pies. Called once I got to the truck to speak to the GM...... no answer.(Go figure) Krystal's corporate needs to see what's going on here because this location is beyond unacceptable. A refund would have prevented this situation fully, but they say they care about their customers. Laughable. Wish I could rate ZERO STARS
