I was waited on by Ja'noria, who was pleasant, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. Their gourmet burgers let you choose your protein(beef, turkey, veggie, or chicken breast). I ordered the ChoriBurger, a blend of beef and chorizo topped with queso, avocado, lettuce, tomato, onion, chipotle mayo, and pickles. It was served with a side of seasoned fries. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. The burger had incredible flavor with crispy edges, and the combination of toppings complemented the beef and chorizo perfectly. The fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu. If you're looking for a great burger this place is definitely worth a visit.

It was a beautiful Fall day in Indiana. We were celebrating "Dolly Parton or 9-2-5" day on 9/25 as Bru advertised the vodka based Dolly Partini, with half the proceeds going to her Imagination Library foundation. The drinks were good, but quite sweet. For dessert, we ordered the Peach White Chocolate Bread Pudding to share. It was decadent, topped with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream on the side. It was a perfect ending to a good meal. The restaurant has a nice bar and dining area as well as the cool patio. If you are in the area, give it a try!

The lady who answered the phone said she would bring our food out. After waiting another 15 minutes, I went inside and found my food waiting at the pick up desk but Noone was there. The food itself was just ok. Two of my kids have eaten here before and had high expectations but both agreed it wasn't as good. I got the garlic burger with onion rings. I removed the cheddar on the burger and it seems they added more Swiss cheese instead so the whole top burger patty was overwhelmed with cheese. The onion rings were OK but the batter on the was too cakey and they weren't crispy.

I decided on the Medium Smokin Honey Melt Steak Sandwich, and I'm so glad I did! The caramelized onions, bell peppers, provolone cheese, tomato, and lettuce complemented everything perfectly and made this an exceptional sandwich. However, I've been making regular visits out to my family in Putnam County and this has allowed me to drive by the Avon location of Raising Cane's. Today, I finally got a chance to check it out. Raising Cane's is a growing chain that specializes in chicken fingers (or tenders). That's it. That's their gig. When founder Todd Graves proposed the idea in a business class, he received one of the lowest grades because his professor said it wouldn't work. Graves persevered. Named after his labrador (literally named Raising Cane), this chain is growing with three Central Indiana locations currently (Avon, Carmel, Noblesville). As noted, Raising Cane's is based around chicken tenders/fingers in a handful of different combos. They have multiple sides, serve Coke products, and have both sweet and unsweetened iced tea. They have a two-sided drive-thru, though only one side was open at my time of arrival. You can dine inside, however, on this visit I did not. I could tell the curb cuts were appropriate, however, I won't speak to accessibility on the inside. The employees I met were friendly and helpful. I was able to upsize my drink, always a plus, and my order was accurate. I tend to prefer barbecue sauce with my tenders, however, I opted to try their Raising Cane sauce. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Raising Cane's is community minded with six areas of focus - education, feeding the hungry, active lifestyles, pet welfare, entrepreneurship, and "other" (meaning they enjoy supporting community organizations and will consider "other" ideas). While I'm not quite ready to go 5 stars here, I enjoyed the tenders quite a bit and I enjoyed the small order of crinkle-cut fries. The food quality was good and the quantity was a solid meal. Employees were great, the drive-thru went pretty darn quickly, and I have no issues with calling this a solid 4-star experience. I'll definitely be back.
