I haven't ordered a pizza since I moved to this house. First pizza delivery experience in SO MANY years. I had never had Papa Johns Pizza before but I see cars delivering their pizza to my neighbors. I ordered a large "Works" pizza. https://www.papajohns.com/order/menu/pizza/the-works I added green olives and banana peppers. I added on an order of 15 piece boneless Buffalo wings. The pizza could not have been better. Perfect. The wings were great but I got "boneless" because I felt lazy. LoL. They are good but they are like "nuggets." I appreciate that they sent Ranch Dressing without me asking. The pizza came to my door in 20 minutes. I was a bit surprised when the doorbell rang. I ordered a pizza from here and well I wasn't paying attention to the time and didn't get my pizza so I called and they were so understanding I felt so terrible. They do an absolute amazing job whenever I order from here and they made sure I got my money back. The manager was very kind and the driver definitely deserves a raise for putting up with my terrible time attentiveness. Thank yall for being so kinda and putting up with everything yall do! This place is going down hill. Two weeks ago my pizza was not even cut and tonight this what I received(please look at photo below). What a joke. Obviously my pizza was dropped and they just delivered it anyway. Their prices keep going up but their service sucks. Ordered pie for pick up 6:45 pm, arrive 6:40 and they said a couple minutes, 5 min nothing 10 min nothing, they told manager and he remade, nobody said sorry no nothing. So walk out with pie at 7:05 This has happened before and I let it slide but not again. read more

We haven't ordered papa John's in years, and after the order we received tonight, we won't be ordering from them again. We ordered the Double Cheese burger papadia, and it doesn't have enough toppings to be a single papadia. The jalapeño bites are over cooked, and dry since you can't find any cream cheese on them. We ordered our pizza on Halloween, they advised us that due to how busy it was it would take approximately 90 minutes to receive our order. After 2 hours we called the store and they informed us that they had run out of dough and would have to cancel our order. To make matter worse, it was going to take them 7 days to refund the money we paid for a product not received. The staff was rude, and absolutely nothing was offered for our inconvenience. This is the second time we've had a problem with this store, I'll never order here again. Looks like dominos will get my future business. read more

I ordered a pizza for delivery to be delivered by 7:30PM. I called this location to ask where our pizza was at 8PM. The woman who answered said "its on the way right now." A simple "I'm sorry we didn't have enough people working today and I apologize" is sometimes all a customer needs to hear to understand why their order is late. Instead we got a very cold statement with no explanation at all or even an apology. My pizza that was on its way arrived at 8:25. Almost an entire hour after we requested. It took 2 hours and some for our food to get to our home. We called 4 (over the spake of 2 hours) times before our food got delivered and each time the told us our food was 15 minutes. They also told us they were short drivers which I understand, but for us to call FOUR times and get no food I think 2 star is generous. I have ordered form them before and it has been okay service but this is beyond ridiculous. I ordered from PapaJohns today , as I do every other week but this time I paid cash for my delivery. The driver arrives, with less change than expected for my order which was 29.60 , I paid with $50, which leaves $20.40 for change, she tells me I ONLY HAVE $15. We have so many different pizza places within a 5 mile radius. But I have to say papa John's is good. Believe it or not everytime my food gets delivered they are quick, food is hot and my order is correct everytime. For having teenage drivers they are very polite and respectful. Even when I go in and pickup my order is always hot and ready with no issues. read more

Last night we ordered a single large pizza for delivery from this establishment, and they told us it would take about an hour to prepare and deliver it. Unbelievably, it took over two hours to be delivered. No one called to warn us it was that late, and we were about to go out to eat when the delivery came. Won't use this place again. read more

We order at pizza on Tuesday night at 6:20 and was told it should arrive within 25-35 minutes. At around 7:28 I called to inquire and was told that it's out for delivery and they may have another stop before ours. They didn't offer any follow up plans or reset expectations. After I inquired about the future action plan the lady said to call back"I guess" if I don't see it within the next 30 minutes. You would think they would have a protocol and all he trained on it. The pizza arrive around 7:58 and it wasn't even warm. This is not the norm from past experience but if it's the same the next time, it will be my last time. read more

We frequent this store often and usually do not have issues. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas and expected it to be awhile due to it being a Friday night and Mother's Day weekend. Our pizza tracker stated it would be 50-60 minutes, as expected. After an hour and a half of the tracker not moving, we decided to stop in and see if it was possibly done and the app wasn't working. They told us it would be at least another 20-25 min before they could get us our pizza. An additional wait for food on a weekend is no big deal in my opinion, but what was terrible about this experience was the crowded lobby full of angry people that no one waited on for several minutes. And when we finally did get our food, we were missing several extra items we ordered and paid for so we had to go back in and get those after another 15 minute wait in the lobby. read more

Terrible service! They delivered one of the pizzas burned on bottom crust, couldn't even chew it. We called to tell them the problem, the girl on the phone had an attitude and unprofessional tone, after an awkward silence, she went on to say "Well, I mean, we can give you like a credit". We didn't want a credit, we obviously wanted another pizza.....an edible pizza! After letting her know this is what we preferred, she left me on hold for 3 minutes, then told me in her "eye rolling attitude" tone, that they'd send another one, but we'd have to wait another 40 minutes. I said, "Sure, that's fine, thank you very much". She answered, "......yea y'r welcome". Not very friendly. Papa Johns needs to improve in training their employees, or hiring nicer folks. read more

Tried Papa John's for the first time in quite some time. Ordered online carry out. Ordered a large pizza, garlic knots and cookie. Overall, very good. The staff was super polite and attentive. Worst pizza joint on planet earth! We are visiting from outta town and ordered pizza for a large group and after waiting almost two hours, the pizza never arrived. Not only that, but when we called back to ask what happened the manager, named derrick, hung up on us after telling us he would not deliver the pizza at all! I wouldnt eat a free papa johns pizza ever again no matter what now, but especially from this location because of how horrible the managment dealt with us. read more

Compared to the other papa johns franchises in the area of powder springs and kennesaw, this location is be far my favorite. They give plenty of cheese and do not mess around when you want a half and half pizza. read more

The pizza is good, consistent, and ready on time. One caveat, we always get carry out. Loss of one star because they NEVER have the same people working there...and we order about once a week. Holy turnover, batman! read more
