I would highly recommend Daydream Floral!…read more Mitali and her team provided beautiful flower arrangements for my wedding (back in Dec 2023)! But what I really appreciated was the planning process. She was so considerate and made the planning so easy. I really had no idea what kind of flowers I wanted and only had vague ideas/pictures for her, but she really did all the work to make the venue look beautiful! From the consultations to the booking and the wedding day, she was really transparent and reliable about everything. I felt she keenly listened to what I wanted and respected my vision for the wedding but also provided her expertise and advice. Even when I was very stressed from the wedding planning, I always felt assured about Mitali. (I constantly complained about other vendors and planning processes to my fiance, but I constantly told him how booking Daydream Floral was the best decision for our wedding planning cuz how helpful and easy Mitali made it). And as seen in photos, the flowers were beautiful.

Let's start off with my daughters…read morebouquet.. horrible, the flowers were old and wilted, my bouquet, same( I was matron of honor) The church arrangements could not have been worse. She place a vase of ugly wilted flowers. I wanted arch with eucalyptus and flowers. I have no idea why she would pick an arrangement that did not match the theme of wedding . The flowers for the venue were equally bad. I think for the money, not worth it...I paid close to $5000, I only had 67 people. When my first daughter got married she paid 4000, she had 200 people and they were stunning. They lasted for days. These were all garbage the next day. Her excuse was because it was hot. My friend's daughter got married in Florida last week and her flowers were stunning and her ceremony was outside. The only reason I picked Mitali was because she had good reviews and my daughters vision were garlands. When I called her for an explanation she said she had Multiple events and she got somebody else to do it..Maybe she used to be good not anymore. For Mitali to say that she tried to rectify the problem by sending my daughter a bouquet of flowers after the wedding was ridiculous. She ruined the vision I had for my her wedding .I paid a lot of money to be ripped off. I am making everybody aware that they were terrible and the pictures prove it. The idea that she blaming the condition of her flowers on the weather is absurd I'm considering taking her to court. Also, I have proof from our emails of what I wanted for the church.I did not realize Mitali's only been in business two years. She made sure to tell me she's had perfect reviews for the past two years. She obviously needs a lot more experience.. In my opinion Mitali used old flowers. There's no way those flowers were fresh.

The wedding arch, with columns, lighting and crystals was magnificent. The draping was neat and professional. Everything was absolutely beautiful. Rawan…read moreagreed to give a refund by "the end of the week" for the garland (but would not admit it wasn't present), but has never sent the money and has left my emails unanswered and my refund unpaid for over a month until I informed her of my decision to report her business to BBB. That email she replied in 20min, telling me to stop "threatening" her, that I was not being patient enough, and CRITICIZING ME FOR NOT TIPPING HER. My bridal party and family picked up the florals at the end of the night, even myself (the bride). I made it very clear when the breakdown period would be to prevent the venue from charging overtime, and I was told that they would clean up. Rawan herself was not even at the wedding setting up, just two people whom she hired, and I thought they were strangers coming into the wedding until I noticed them with supplies (which I was informed later were also never collected from the venue). Another issue is that my bridal bouquet had a lot of flowers with the stamens of pollen left on, and it stained my dress before the wedding even started. In all of my photos I'm holding the bouquet away from me to prevent my bouquet from further staining my dress. I luckily was able to put my hair in front of the yellow stain for the rest of the wedding so it wouldn't be seen. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received. The arrangements that were present came out how I wanted, but I have to warn people especially seeing that I am not the only client she owes money to. UPDATE: Refund was received 6 weeks later. If you would like any installation, use caution because it seems that so long as she pays for the materials, even if you do not receive the service, she does not feel she is obligated to refund you for the money you paid to have the installation present at your wedding (see reply below).

She worked with us to stay within our budget and after sharing a bunch of inspiration images and talking about the vibe of the wedding, she somehow transformed what was in my imagination into the most magnificent display of flowers I have ever seen. Like totally nailed it. My bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were GORGEOUS; she was so creative with the florals for the ceremony and the tablescapes (as well as the candles to go with it), it was STUNNING. Our venue had a big blank wall and she created the most incredible floral installation that was utterly breathtaking. Guests were raving about how beautiful it all was and it really made the whole scene magical. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was working with Aurora Botanica!

I shared what kind of a day it was and that the bouquet had to look beautiful and to stand out. I was specific about the flowers looking full, white or pink preferably. She made sure to let me know that wasn't possible since she was getting her shipment the next day. Totally understandable. Any light color flowers are okay as long as it looks full. She said she has some peonies so I okay'ed it, all pleasant, no problems at all. When I picked up my bouquet, I was very disappointed but I just simply didn't have the time for her to fix it since I was in a hurry. It definitely wasn't worth my $50. I felt embarrassed to give this bouquet to my friend. It was poorly executed? A bit amateur looking. I'm sure Marina is a wonderful person but I didn't like the bouquet.

This is an overdue review for the most phenomenal floral design & delivery!…read more I needed to send flowers as a "small thank you" to a fashion designer during NYFW and I was anxious about getting the tone right (without spending too much) but had no idea what I wanted to send. I found Alma Floral on Yelp and gave her a call towards the end of a work day. She sounded genuinely happy to chat (a nice change) and her website made it easy to place my order online. (Bonus - Alma's also happy to communicate via iMessage and email.) Alma sent pics of the bouquet with and without the final touches and I was blown away by her choice of flowers/vase, the artful arrangement, and the perfectly chic, understated wrapping... Alma's taste and skill is exquisite: For well-under $100 she hit the mark on a complicated request and surpassed my expectations. (The designer I sent the flowers to agreed and posted the flowers on IG.) ++ Did I mention there was NO delivery fee?! ++ Bottom line, Alma is a major catch and I recommend her without any hesitation.

The flowers she delivered: a) were not what we agreed on in her proposal, b) were far less robust than had been agreed on and paid for, c) included several partially dead or dying flowers and d) were constructed poorly, creating several logistical challenges, including my planner having to run to a local bodega for extra flowers since so many were dead and having to get vases from florist doing a wedding at the venue next door. Her work was so far from the mark before you even take into account the dead flowers, which I have ample photo evidence of. My day of coordinator and photographer (who had recommended Alma to me, was horrified to have done so seeing her work product, and has advised her other clients to cancel their contracts with her) said that the flowers delivered looked like they were worth only half the amount I had paid her. After my wedding, I contacted Melissa to share my feedback (dismay, really) and that I wanted financial restitution, she did not respond to several outreaches. When I booked Melissa, I knew from reviews that she had some issues with responsiveness; though she assured me that she had hired an office manager to support her, I never saw evidence of this - emails were often unreturned and deliverables late. Needless to say, I would strongly advise any bride from booking Melissa. I'm still struggling to look at my wedding photos without crying at how much she screwed up. Her work, communication style, and total avoidance of addressing these issues ipso facto were far from professional.

Could tell right away after the 1st visit to the flower district that not only is she a delightful vendor to work with but she is herself such a great customer - she has great relationships with the flower shops. The final products blew my mind away. The personal flowers (bouquets) were absolutely gorgeous and bountiful (she doesn't skimp on the flowers!) My centerpieces were cherry blossom branches (wedding was in May) and she did such a gorgeous job that some guests actually asked me if they could take a branch or two home.
