I really want to like Pantry Pizza. It is incredibly convenient to my house, and the owners and staff are always nice. That kindness is the only reason I've given them so many chances. The ingredients taste like the cheapest options available from the distributor (nothing is homemade I'm convinced), and the assembly feels slapped together with zero pride. With better competition moving into the neighborhood, Pantry needs to understand that convenience isn't enough anymore. You have to actually try. Here is the breakdown of our disappointment: - Cheese Pizza (2/10): It is baffling how a pizza can have absolutely no flavor; the sauce is bland, the cheese bland, and the dough bland! - Calzone (1/10): I live a five minute walk from the shop, yet this was already a soggy mess by the time I got home. - The Gobbler Sub & Boneless Wings (6/10): These are the only redeeming items on the menu and only things I recommend. And my god the tomatoes they use!!! Please stop using these. They are the unripe, flavorless, watery stereotype of bad sub shop vegetable. Just leave out if you can't get better ones. Literally no idea how this place stays in business. I live next door and only come here when DoorDash messes up my delivery from another restaurant and I'm forced to order something in a pinch. They use the lowest quality ingredients and the pizza is always super undercooked and soggy. It's really a shame because the previous owners actually delivered a product to be proud of. We ordered an XL pizza with banana peppers and mushrooms. The banana peppers were gray, and overall the pizza was bland. Crust didn't taste like anything, only flavor we could identify was vinegar from the sad banana peppers. It's so disappointing that the ingredients are such low quality. read more

The Cobb salad is to die for! If you're a salad lover, you absolutely have to check out this gem! This is more of a 3.5/5 than a 4/5, but as it's definitely better than a 3/5, I'm giving it a 4/5 since half points aren't possible on Yelp. The bottom line is that the pizza here is good - not great, but good. It's certainly not bad. It's above average but nothing too impressive. That being said, I did have a pretty plain order, and there are no complaints. 1/2 Cheese pizza: This was above average - the crust was crunchy, but a bit too crunchy for me. It had some chew but not enough for my preference, and it didn't really have that much taste (though at least it wasn't burnt). The cheese and sauce ratios were on point, and the sauce had a nice, deep flavor that puts it above plain marinara sauce. A solid cheese pizza that could have had a better crust, but it wasn't terrible. 1/2 Cheese and basil pizza: The basil did a lot of work here and it felt like an entirely different pizza from the cheese half. Maybe it was the mix of the basil and the sauce, but this really had a deeper flavor that tasted distinctly Italian. The crust was the same however, and it let this pizza down a bit, but I'd highly recommend adding basil to your pizza here. When it comes down to it, this was an above average pizza. There weren't too many substantial complaints, but there wasn't anything super distinctive that would make this a pizza I'd travel for. Very disappointed in my order today. Food came on time and order was correct. However, for a $11 steak and cheese sub (with extra cheese) I was extremely upset with what we received!!! Photo attached. Can't even see anything resembling cheese, and from the second I picked up the sandwich before unwrapping it I could tell something was off. There's hardly ANY MEAT!! And my pizza didn't have ANY of the toppings I ordered and PAID FOR! Just a plain old cheese pizza. Tried to call back but no answer. I used to love this place! My usuals: Astrid's creation on a sub grilled (8.5) my first time trying it was amazing! The last few times has been underwhelming. Essentially it has a "healthy" feel to it compared to a traditional steak and cheese sub. I'm a really picky eater but when I hear grilled teriyaki chicken, avocados, spinach and honey mustard; I go crazy! Those are the few things I chose to eat. I took a chance and ordered an Italian sub from this business. I left instructions for them in the detail box. They didn't follow them. Left out the mayo. When I called the establishment the woman said "well Italians usually don't have mayo. They have oil. " Needless to say, both were missing on the sandwich, and the attitude was not appreciated at all. The filling was kinda old, specifically, the tomatoes. She informed me that that they would deliver a new one. I wasn't happy about that, particularly when she said "save the old one and we'll switch it out." I had already put my own mayo on it. On top of which the driver called me from the wrong address on the first attempt. Had to wait another 10 minutes before he could find my address. After reading good reviews, I had hoped for a much better experience, especially since Pantry is located very close to my home and would be a convenient spot for regular take out. I ordered a chicken parm sub and a Caesar salad. I specially asked for the bun to be crispy and not soggy. When it arrived, the bun was super soggy, only 2 barely visible slices of cheese (under the chicken?), soggy breaking on the chicken, and the chicken was extremely dry and stringy. On top of all of this, I paid $24.00 for this crappy sub and tiny bowl of lettuce, only to also have it take over an hour and a half to be delivered. Extremely disappointed. read more

We order wings/subs/salads/pizza a few times a month and have rarely been disappointed (except today when we got a sausage parm sub instead of the meatball parm sub we ordered.) The wings have stayed consistently good even with the new ownership. If you can eat them hot, that's when they are the best. Very large, crunchy, good simple seasoning on the original (we always get Buffalo sauce on the side). The salads are also very large and fresh. I've gotten the west coast a few times and only recently felt like there wasn't enough chicken... Pizza is good, also best when eaten hot. It's good reheated too. The only thing that has bothered us is the inconsistency with packing us ketchup. Take today for example, we got (the wrong) sub but also did not receive any ketchup to go with the side of fries we ordered. It's gotten pretty bad especially because when we call it in we specially ask for ketchup. So overall, we will continue to order food from pantry but will also make sure to always have ketchup at home. read more

I love pantry pizza formerly Pattys Pantry! This place has been a staple my entire life! When they revamped things a few years ago and turned into Pantry Pizza it changed for the better! This place has amazing food! I've tried most of the menu items and the favorites are the pizza particularly we love the hamburger pizza! My dad loves the steak and cheese and my niece is a fan of the buffalo wings. When no one wants to cook we go to pantry pizza! If you are a new user make sure you order online they give you five dollars off of your order. The prices are pretty reasonable as is so that's an added bonus! The delivery is also super fast! The food always arrives warm and I've never had a mistake when it comes to an order. They are very nice and accommodating. I'm giving them another star. The quality of their pizza has improved tremendously since we first ordered. It gets better every time. The last two times we ordered, it was simply delicious. The place is super convenient, but the pizza is not really good... there just isn't a lot of flavor. They usually have slices if you want to stop in quick. The chicken is dry and not seasoned so it's not great on the pizza. Also they don't have chicken bacon ranch available on their online ordering BUT they always have it in the slices. When you order a CBR it's super expensive because they charge per topping. The sandwiches are alright depending on what you get, I usually get the renzo which is good and they have tons of toppings you can add. read more
