Dairy Freeze is one of those iconic neighborhood establishments that has been putting smiles on people's faces for decades. Great ice cream, friendly service, and a little dose of nostalgia made this an unexpected highlight of our evening. I'm so glad we stumbled across it, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Quincy looking for a sweet treat.

I ended up ordering a two scoop cone with some form of cookie monster style ice cream as well as a scoop of double chocolate (or something like that). I was expecting two regular size scoops, but no, this cone was massive and dripping all over my hand (luckily, they offered a little bowl in case it melted to much) and I went to work on this thing. Both of the ice cream flavours were super rich, tasty, and really hit the spot (not of hunger, but of being cold) on a hot and humid New England day. Overall, Crescent Ridge is in the perfect location for grabbing some desert after eating at the food hall. The prices were reasonable, the kids working were great, and the ice cream gets a big thumbs up.

I ordered from here today for the first tiand got cheese Ravioli and pasta for my mom. As well as a Tiramisu cake (which was frozen) and peanut butter cake. My mom liked what she got but I am very disappointed with what I got. The peanut butter cake cost $5-6 each and I got a very thin slice while the tiramisu which was the same price was a much bigger size and worth the $5-6. The ravioli is not only watery and flavorless but you get like 5-6 of them and a pan filled with melted shredded cheese that peels right off when you try to get a Ravioli. I understand that it is cheese Ravioli but for what I paid, this is so disrespectful. The ravioli is barely filled on the inside and the pan is filled mostly with the shredded cheese and this watery red sauce. It has no flavor and I ate only one ravioli and I think I'm going to just throw it out. Not happy at all. UPDATE: A day later (today) I got a call from the manager who was very nice and read my review. He asked me if I would like to order something different and apologized for the inconvenience. I order a chicken finger dinner which I got free of charge, as well as some Frozen yogurt that I didn't even ask for(which was great!) The food all came perfect this time and in a timely manner. I have to say thanks to the manager because it really is good customer when they reach out to you willingly and offer you something different. The food is overpriced and the quality is low grade. The garden burger didn't really taste like anything at all, it was like eating a lettuce sandwich with tomatoes and onions. Those fries are the crappy battered ones that a-lot of pizza shops sell, so I don't understand why it cost me $17 for this $#!+. They need to consider preparing black bean burgers, hand cut fries and making it a combo instead of making people pay for them individually. This spot sucks, this was my 1st and last time ordering from here. The extra star is for my delivery being on time...btw why were there 2 guys in the car when I went outside to get my food? Went to Boston Pizza and grill originally we thought about getting the Froyo but we ended up sitting down and having sandwiches steak and cheese subs and cheeseburger. The steak and cheese sandwiches were great well done shaved steak lots of fresh vegetables thick slices of tomatoes and cheese a really good place for a quick bite with lots of space to sit down and eat very well lit . Excellent! What a wonderful place to take my kids. I was in rush as I was juggling working and being with my kids on a hot day. I was prepared for the typical pizza & sub shop. On the contrary, the place was spectacular, the food and service was perfect and how about the kids getting some free samples of frozen yogurt!
