Had a tune up, didn't ride the bike for a year, got on it and the SRAM hub shifter doesn't shift - next time I will take on test ride before I leave. The person at front desk was not familiar with bikes and a bike mechanic was not present. She tried to sell me a $50 tune up on a kids $70 bike. I had a loose chain and she said they might not have a smaller chain in stock...obviously not familiar with concept of removing links. So be wary of upcharges and talk to someone that knows bikes. She said the mechanic would call back with an estimate, but never did.. The ended up being fixed at a reasonable price and only what was needed. Henry, the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an injured shoulder and he helped me load my bike in my vehicle. I am purchasing an electric bike and will probably continue to use this shop because it specializes in e-bikes and it is close. I would recommend this shop for people who live nearby and know enough to check the work and an idea of what is wrong.

I was surprised to find a mobile bike mechanic so close. We were able to take the bike to him since he was so close to home. Within an hour of the phone call, I took the bike to his house where he was able to diagnose and fix the issue. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and why. He was also quick and efficient. He really knew what he was doing and had pretty much everything he needed in his work van. Whatever he didn't have, he ordered on the spot and prices are very reasonable if not cheap. So convenient and the customer service was amazing. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be using them from now on.

When he called me to let me know the bikes were ready he said one bike was $75 and the other was $30. However, when I went to pick them up I was charged an additional service and wash $40 for one of the bicycles that wasn't mentioned ahead of time. The employee had even told me ahead of time that if it was more than $100 to just get a new bike. I would have preferred they were more transparent with the cost, as I asked several times. I thought the first employee was extremely nice and helpful, I wish I could recommend the place but I'm feeling a little off put by hidden costs.
