Juan Carlos went around the shop cutting off pieces of leather as color samples to for my wife to choose from. I've never worked with an upholsterer before so I don't know what the norm is. I had my first chair back in two days and 4 days later I had all 3. I'm really happy with the product and especially the service. The owner always took my calls and let me know about process.
