Needless to say I couldn't take off the hitch cover that I had on my truck, I tried to order a second set of keys from the company I bought the hitch cover from but not all keys are the same apparently. I was driving down Miller when I noticed the locksmith sign over on my right hand side, I pulled over and went inside and the very friendly and attentive young lady told me that she would call me as the locksmith was out at the moment. She did call me and said that the locksmith had arrived and I jumped in my car and went right over. He took off my lock hitch and my problem got solved in a matter of five minutes. After trouble shooting with my safe's customer service, they informed me that my safe was inoperable and I would have to drill it open. So, I called Ariel safe to have them drill my safe open. I spoke with Miki, who instead of simply coming out and charging hundreds of dollars for his expertise and time, did his own trouble shooting with me over the phone. I will spare you details, suffice to say after installing a new battery the problem was solved. Miki didn't have to spend his time helping me but because of his kindness he saved me hundreds of dollars and the hassle of buying a new safe. I called two companies on Yelp and A&O was the first to respond and to date... the only one. (I'm leaving a review for the other company also.) A&O connected me to a locksmith who was polite and quick. He showed up when he said he would and created a new key. The key worked perfectly and my uncle was happy. The next day, that key gave him some issues (it happens..) , so I called back. This is where A&O shined. They apologized and we immediately scheduled for the tech to come back out at a time of our convenience. They created a new key that has passed every test. My uncle is happy, my aunt is out of the hospital (to be fair...probably unrelated to the key issue...) and the car is working fine.
