Talked to a gentleman who said he'll get right back with us in an hour. Never called back! Three days went by and we called again the gentleman, Ishmael, said he would call us back in an hour. Never called back Call again and they put me on hold which actually went to somebody's voicemail. Left a message, and then I called back and said I was disconnected and connected to a voicemail Ishmael told me he was on the other line. Then I explained to him that we called three times now starting three weeks ago with a promise they would call us right back Never called us. Actually, they never dialed our number once I feel, since I am an established customer and spent thousands of dollars on a walk-in vault that they would at least have the respect enough to call us back and let us know that they're not able to do it or, at the very least, give us a recommendation of who can come out. They did not. But they did proceed to come up with all these excuses why they didn't call us back. Very unprofessional

I had 1 small problem with a wire I failed to connect, and the service tech "Blake" walked me through everything he could, I opted to bring it over to their shop ( I live about 2 hours from them ) and have them take a look, they immediately identified the missing wire and fixed it for me while I was at lunch, when I came back it was done, and they didn't charge me a thing!. I purchased printing filament and some more "Wolfbite" material while I was there, the front desk staff and Blake were wonderful !!!!, They really help the customer no matter the issue, they are prompt to answer emails and handle every question you might have. Since I started using 3D printers about 7 years ago I have owned a 3D Systems Cube (JUNK) and a Makerbot Replicator +, and a Makerbot Z18, both have very buggy printer heads that clog constantly, Got rid of them all and now I am happy with my Axiom Printer. There are a lot of Chinese junk printers out there that are cheap junk, and even expensive ones like Makerbot's that were once made in Brooklyn, New York that are still junk. (I Lost $10,000.00 + on Makerbots Junk and learned a lesson). The Axiom printer is made in California by Real People who are there and willing to help you and you won't be unhappy with your purchase.

NEVER bring a modern variable speed pump motor that is a "electronically commutated motor" (ECM) to…read morethis company. ECMs are brushless DC motors now being used for energy efficient pool pumps. De Ruiter technicians have no knowledge of these and will test them in a way that destroys the motor. The windings in these motors can only be tested after disconnecting the control board otherwise the traditional testing with a megger connected to the power input terminal will give a false sign of grounded windings and will destroy the control board. De Ruiter tested my Century Vgreen motor by standard methods and the entire motor had to be replaced. I am out the cost of a very expensive pump motor.
