I needed a key made for my wife's Ford Expedition. She only had one key and it broke. Lucky Locks came to my house and managed to program and clone a new key using the broken key. Didn't want somebody with a bunch of skeleton keys and a lock pick who would take 2 hours to go through every key and still not be able to get me in without calling a back-up friend to meet him and help out ( can you tell I've been here before?) yeah.. I wanted a professional. Drama free. They have 24/7 emergency service and beyond just getting you into your house when you lock yourself out- (as an example, not that anyone here would do such a thing ::cough cough::) but, they can actually re-key everything. Even the high security locks. Even the I-just-kicked-my-slimy-no-good-boyfriend out and need to change the locks on my house and car with a quickness, locks. Yep, those too. My first time dealing with them- but apparently they've been in business for almost 40 years. Located in the warehouse district near BJs. The service is Super-nice, efficient, fairly priced, skilled- give them a try. (I wonder if they have a frequent user program ::sigh::)

Avi reached out shortly after and was able to provide a quote with just a few details and photos. He showed up the next day on time and ready to work. He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. We accrued an additional cost when he advised that our back door locked should also be changed (so we wouldn't need different keys). This cost was justifiable and it didn't feel like an upsell at all. I think the value paid for his time and effort was very well worth it. I plan to use him again.

I contacted their corporate office, but all I got was crickets. At first, I figured the key fob just needed a new battery, but that wasn't the issue. By the time I realized there was a bigger problem, going back after the fact could have easily been interpreted as me trying to scam them, so I decided to handle it myself. Fast forward to needing a new key fob programmed. I watched YouTube videos, searched Google, and even asked ChatGPT for guidance. Eventually, I decided to find a professional and came across this guy; Will. Best decision I could have made. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and had everything working in no time. No games, no upselling, just excellent service and expertise. If you need a key fob replaced or programmed, I highly recommend him. Finding honest professionals isn't always easy these days, but this is definitely one of them.
