And let's talk about the "professional" service they claim to offer--it's anything but. The detailing was sloppy, looked like it was done in a rush without any care for quality. Seriously, I've seen better work done in a drive-through car wash. Don't bother with this place unless you want to throw your money away for substandard work and get a headache from dealing with their awful attitude. You might have been there 1 hour before your opening hours but it was two days after the original appointment. To continue on misinformation provided from your FAQS on your website you do not in fact provide electricity or water for your details. I am going to give you some advice from one business manager to another, when your company is in the wrong it is better to accept that and do what you can to make it better. Many times an apology goes a long way. What many people will gather from this interaction is not that I was "crappy consumer" but that you are not a very good business owner. Our car still looks great (it would be even better if we had time to wash it). :) The agreement was that DFW Storm Solutions would repair our car at no cost to us. But suddenly, several months later, I am receiving a bill from Hertz for a car rental fee for $240, which I was told I wouldn't be charged for. Hertz is saying that they didn't get paid so we are responsible for what is owed to them. I disagree! I called DFW Storm Solutions. I left messages in 3 mailboxes. I will keep you up-to-date on how this is handled. UPDATE: DFW Storm Solutions comes through again. In fact, my husband and I jumped the gun in assuming this was their issue, as it seems that Hertz is the company that did not handle things correctly. Within 10 minutes of leaving the voicemail messages, we got a call from Paul who told us that this was definitely a paperwork error and Hertz should never have billed us. He assured us that he would have the payment taken care of same day - and he did. On top of that, someone else contacted us through our FB post and kept us informed.
