Beware of the owner Gabriel!…read more While I was traveling I encountered a severe hail storm in TX that did extensive damage to my truck.   I called around and spoke with Gabriel the owner about the repair process and decided to take my vehicle here.  My experience with this shop was filled with Lies, false promises,  and ended up costing me thousands of dollars.  The owner knew the situating going in but yet the 14 day estimate to repair the truck turned into 42 days.   They changed the scope of their work after receiving the money from my insurance, cost me weeks of additional accommodation costs,  told me 4 wrong dates that the truck would be ready (which cost me money because i planned around them), and promised to cover some of my expenses that they directly caused but ultimately dodged my phonecalls and never followed through. I will update this review with screenshots and photos of the deceipt after the case has been settled since now I am in the position where I must take the matter to court for a resolution. Take your vehicle anywhere else if you want honesty, transparency, or competence.
