Low quality service and their membership is a complete and utter scam! Below is my story of getting scammed by this company so that you can avoid this company. On June 25th I went to get my car washed at the Midlothian location and was told about a special where only $0.01 was due for the first month of my membership and then I would be charged a monthly fee thereafter. On the 25th, one of the workers took my license plate and personal information to set me up with a "membership". On July 5th, thinking I had a membership, I went back to get my car washed. The service member at that time scanned my car and didn't find an associated membership so I was charged $11 for that wash. Since then I have was charged $21.99 on July 25th and then again $21.99 on August 25th, which have been disputed with my credit card. When I call Wash Masters to cancel this "membership", I can't talk to someone and it sends me a link to sign into my membership to cancel it and it doesn't recognize my phone number or email. Odd coincidence that neither my license plate or personal information match with this membership that your service members inputted making it basically impossible to cancel? I'm confident that the worker put in false information to make the cancellation process near impossible so that I would continue being charged a monthly fee. He likely thought I am a woman who rarely looks at my finances but little did the guy know I am a financial planner who is so disappointed in businesses like this one. We have been double charged since December of 2025. When I addressed the staff I was given a card with a phone number that takes you to an AI recording. And it tells you to send an email or talk to someone at the location, so a big circle. When I finally did receive a phone call back, he said he didn't see where we were double charged and would I send him my bank statement. I had screen shot the charges which shows the month and date of the charges. But they couldn't figure it out but yet they are still trying to charge me twice a month. Action must be taken against this Company. Although there washers did remove debris from my vehicle, my jaguar was left with damages that they tried to insist were already there. This is untrue. Again, zero accountability and little regard was given. I canceled my monthly Masters Plan due to the service. Please go elsewhere if you can or face the potential of an amoral company who takes no accountability for damages. I immediately noticed the damage to my vehicle. If you are faced with something like this follow, pursue justice and help put this company out of business. Its only a matter of time before this happens to you. #1 ____The first photo is a picture I took yesterday of my vehicle. A body shop glued my bumper down so that it would not cause further damage. #2 ____The second photo is from their video of what my vehicle looked like in attempt to somehow show damages that are not on my vehicle. #3______ The last photo is after my vehicle went through the wash. I sure hate to change my review rating, but I have a 5 star rating from a while back but unfortunately either today was an off day or their quality has dropped. Today I took my granddaughters Nissan Rouge in for the $75 wash and detail. They have done so good in the past, I really didn't look it over and just headed home..... Well, I should have....... As i was on the way home, I glanced at the passenger side window and noticed that it appeared no one had touched the front half of it. I just thought it was a miss and that I would clean it myself when i got home.... As i walked around the front it surprised me that the front of the hood, the grill, around the headlights, the front of the mirrors and the wheel wells were as if they did not go through the wash... I notice they don't scrub the front at all but holy smokes.... Not sure if they gave me a cheap car wash or thats the best they can do.... And usually an attendant or mgr. would see it and run it back through...So after spending the $75, i ended up scrubbing the front off and cleaning the window myself....I'm not suggesting not to go back, but I'm going to ask ahead of time about the grill and definitely going to look the car completely over before leaving and tipping....... Wash masters in midlothian is a great car wash and they have free vacuums. I use them regularly and always get a good clean truck.

Hands down this is the Best car wash in Midlothain! Great service and friendly staff.

Midlothian Location: Seems like there are less brushes and some brushes do not even touch your car. It can't even clean your windshield. The location in Waxahachie is getting to be as bad. The brushes that go over top of hood and windshield don't touch the car, Just kind of hop over. read more

This Spot is well worth the cost, it is kind of far away from where I live and a lil pricy but the wash, the customer service and the amenities too clean your car is better than all of the car washes in my area. There is a monthly plan if you live in the area and I probably would invest in it If it was near by. The free vacuum and air gun just sold me on cleaning the interior. The car wash tunnel did one of the best jobs on my vehicles and it doesn't leave a lot of residue. read more

My husband went through the Midlothian mash masters on 5/18/24 to have their equipment fail and dump hydraulic oil on every inch of our vehicle. While they attempted to hand wash and use a brush on a pole, it was not enough. They also put multiple scratches on the vehicle with the brush pole. They seemed to accept responsibility while we were there. They failed to call us back, then they denied they put any scratches on our vehicle and will not speak to us now. We had to file a claim with our insurance company and pay the deductible. We will never use them again! We have a video of our truck before you started washing. There were no scratches in this vehicle. We noticed the extra scratches after we got it home in different light. The video proved your staff put them on the truck. We also have oil down in the window tracks due to the oil. No, I will not give you a chance. This could happen to any vehicle on any given day at Wash Masters! read more

Worst experience ever at a car wash. Had the membership for a couple of weeks. After the third wash, car wash imminently stopped. As soon as the car wash started back up my wife heard scratching on the right side of the vehicle. She was in the car with my two crying kids. As soon as she got home she noticed the damage and called me. As soon as I got home I took the vehicle to the car wash and spoke to supervisor Matt. Matt checked the cameras and claimed that he did not see where the damage could have occurred. I asked if he checked the cameras before our vehicle went in, he claimed the lane our car went through, the camera couldn't see our vehicle very well. I asked to see the footage. He said he could not show me. I then mentioned that I was going to go through insurance and to cancel my membership. He said to give him a day "to get more information". He never called me back. I have called several times to speak with him but he's either busy or not there and leave messages. He never calls back. I even looked at my camera footage from home and that damage was not there before my wife left home to the car wash. DO NOT GO HERE! I understand accidents happen but to run a dishonest business is not ok. Take your business elsewhere. read more

This car wash sucks... I got such a bad impression from the place. The girl at the hut had such a stick face, It looked like she smelled shit. I would of turned around but was block in. They have so dame many options it's like yours ordering at a restaurant. I can easily say I'm never going back. I just hurried and got the basic wash. Then the wash,, didn't wash the suburban really good. I always wash all 5 cars at my house because I do such a much better job then these car washes. Started off great then the service went down hill!! I'm not sure what changed other than new people and maybe training. The last few months my car is still covered in bug guts after I drive through. They use to clean your front and back windshield along with grill before entering the wash. I also canceled both memberships over a month ago and received a confirmation email only to continue being charged. Trying to get reimbursed has also seemed to be a difficult process. Absolute worst experience both with a terrible wash for $18 and terrible interaction with the "manager" after an incident occurred in the car wash partially caused by their worker. Not only was the manager doing everything he could to dismiss blame he continued to spin the story and even fist bumped another worker when walking off. Zero ownership. Zero customer recovery when none of it would have happened had the worker guiding the car in front of me been more careful. And to top it off the wash was awful. On two different occasions, I bought the top package which includes buff and dry. My car is black so I have to have it. On both occasions, it didn't work. On the last visit, I said something to one of the attendants. His comment was "it never works". I just took my wife's car which is white, so I did the base wash. Let's begin with I was super excited for this place and I have sent multi cars to come here. A couple weeks ago I got my car wash. Which I have noticed it's gone downhill quickly. I noticed more staff standing around then actually working.... when I got my car back it was a 6/10. Then they somehow lost my BMW carpets. I went back and told them. The car wash destroyed my drivers mirror on my 2012 Tahoe. They sent us to a replace facility and after they got the quote they REFUSED to help in any way. I spoke to Nathan the managerseveral times and he said it could not have been his car wash. After pushing further he then claimed they do not repair mirrors on cars older than 3 years old. This was a real crappy way to handle this, he basically accused me of lying and making up the damage. FINALLY! A technologically current car wash south of Dallas. There was definitely a need for this business in the area.

The car wash busted my grill on January 5th and they told me they would replace it. Over and over, the supervisor I spoke with told me he'd order me a new one and I was very thankful and patient with that! COVID happened and there was delay but that was fine. Finally, TEN MONTHS LATER, I politely told him since they hadn't ordered it, I was going to order it myself and give them the invoice. After it had arrived, the supervisor got back in contact with me and said the most his boss agreed on giving me was a gift card to the car wash. Keep in mind, this was after TEN months of me being told they'd order me a new one and split cost and whatnot. He said my car was too old. My car is a 2015 and the sign says less than 5 years, which I understand, but this happened FIVE days after my car was too old... I could understand this under other circumstances, but why on EARTH was I told, over and over again for months, that they'd replace it? The five day difference was the reason they said they'd replace it, only to change their mind after delaying for almost a year. This place is awful. read more

The attendants no longer wash or scrub the front or back of vehicle before sending the car through the wash. This is a departure from what was done routinely when I first signed up for the unlimited car wash for their top package offered. Nor do I appreciate being sent in so close to the vehicle in front of me, so that if they don't immediately drive off, there is little room for error, as my car is being propelled forward on the track directly behind the car in front. I EXPLAINED to them why I was not going to continue to do business with them and they STILL didn't fix the problem so it wasn't a matter of money and me not working because of Covid-19 it was the lack of the owner and management REFUSING to fix the problem of there staff not doing there job even after I PAID the staff extra to do there job!
