They don't have tofu. That sucks! Immediately lost a star for that. What are the vegetarians and vegans supposed to eat??????? The food was lacking overall. It was the blandest Chinese food ever. It had zero flavor. The cream cheese wontons were disgraceful. They tasted horrible. Where was the saltiness? And the crunch? The cheese tasted sweet inside- what the heck. The Wor Wonton Soup lacked flavor too. The broth was not full of flavor like it should be. The shrimp fried rice was such a disappointment. The fried rice has no flavor at all. I drenched that in soy sauce and that helped a tiny bit? But it was still just not good. The shrimp in it was good and cooked well. The rice was not great though. Overall, the food was super mediocre. It tasted bland and lackluster. I wouldn't come back.

You're simply in for a good time with PanPanWok, nestled between an AT&T and WabaGrill Chinese cuisine doesn't get better than this. Fast attentive service and serving sizes which almost feel illegal. It's hot, it's bold, it's in your face how Chinese food should be. It's got character, for what the establishment might lack in terms of aesthetics it makes up for in raw unfiltered charm and emotion. You have to come in here with expectations set at a solid 56% but once that tangy forkful of rice and chicken hits your tongue you're gonna want to savor every bite. A meal for for a king and the quality never disappoints. What the restaurant lacks in an understanding of English or decor the warm memories and full stomach remain.

Good food, good portions, good service I recommend to try the broccoli beef and chow mein. The orange chicken was ok, should've gotten jalapeño chicken.

Wanted a quick bite to eat. Payed for food. Everything in a Togo plate. Service is great. But this food is horrible. Everything is super salty. I couldn't eat it. Worst Chinese food place I have ever been at.

Our go to spot for dirty Chinese food and/or their wonton soup (I'm a sucker for soup). We love it here because they give you so much for an affordable price! My husband and I usually get their wonton soup ($9.50) which has a lot of veggies, pork, wonton, and shrimp! We also get their #1 Combo A ($8.35) which we get their noodles, substitute with veggies instead of their rice, and an entree. For entree we get their orange chicken or mushroom chicken. Overall, food is not amazing but for the amount of food they give you and the price for it it's pretty good to satisfy our cravings.

Ok, so I know I said I doubt I'll be back, but honestly those words aged like milk lol It's a bit of a guilty pleasure for my wife and I, but PanPan is some excellent Chinese take-out. Wife and I have never seen a place that does their jalapeno chicken and black pepper chicken the way they do. It's very similar to a Cantonese restaurant my parents used to go to. They also have these pretty meaty spicy ribs that are unique too (in comparison to most take-out joints). Neither of us expected to like this place as much as we do. The chow mein is still bland ahhhh hell, but we always take it to-go and I fix it up at home anyway. Usually I make rice before we go order. That way when by the time we get home, the rice is ready (pressure cooker hell ya) and we have a big plate of chow mein to share and white rice. And yeah, portions are massive too. Wife and I do a 2 and 3 item combo and it ends up being like 2.5 meals. Great value!!

In the mood for Orange Chicken and decided to upgrade to a combo after seeing the variety they had. A friend I've known for more than 25 years used to live close to this location and I still remember coming to this plaza for Hometown Buffet and the Chinese takeout that used to be here. Positives: -They PACK the takeout box so you get a lot of what you order, definitely hook you up. -Because it's all pre-made it's super fast, you are in and out faster than going to McDonalds. -The family who own this place is super sweet and kind. Negatives: -The fried fish is spicier than normal, I was not expecting that but liked it a lot, unfortunately a bit too much for my kid. -Orange Chicken was 50% breading. -Fried Rice, just consider it plain rice. Barely any carrots, peas, and egg. It's brown from the soy sauce but tastes plain. No wok/fire taste.

    Sooo bomb!!!

I looove this place!! PANPAN WOK is def my go to Chinese spot. The reason why is because I love their CHOW MEIN the noodles are thick and have an amazing taste. I usually get ORANGE CHICKEN (which is my personal favorite) and STRING BEAN CHICKEN the string beans are always soo crunchy. The MUSHROOM CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI BEEF here is super bomb too!! And I always got to have my EGG ROLLS they are a good size and always perfectly fried. They give you HUGE PORTIONS :pp which is another reason why this is my spot. Cuz who doesn't love left overs. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is always GREAT here I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you try it out!!

Parking was easy, no wait to be seated on a Thursday evening and service was prompt and also checked up on us throughout the meal. Szechuan eggplant - so yum, arrived piping hot, it was coated in a super thin breading first before being fried and then coated in the Szechuan sauce. Slightly spicy, tangy and sweet, the classic Szechuan eggplant. Fish with veggies - loved how light but flavorful this dish was. Tender fish filet with garlic and a bunch of veggies, doesn't look very flavorful but it was very good! Would get again as a lighter dish compared to the others. Garlic pork - 魚香肉絲 this is typically my favorite dish in Chinese restaurants and saw it titled similarly in the menu but realized it's not cut into 絲 and it included celery, which the dish typically does not include. Not complaining though, the flavor was still great and I loved the dish, just different than what I expected. Sesame chicken - similar to orange chicken but without the orange flavor. Came piping hot and had good pieces of chicken within the breading. Sweet and sour, liked the flavor alot. The dishes came with rice! Would totally come back again to try the other dishes. Happy to find a local spot where I can get Chinese food as there are not too many options around here.

My husband ordered the seafood boil style shrimp. We also ordered extra egg rolls for appetizers. The egg rolls came out instantly! They were soggy and cold. Did not come with any dipping sauce either. The chow mein had a shrimp taste to it, a strong shrimp taste! Very turned off by that. The kung pao chicken was "ok" there were more vegetables than chicken. The seafood boil style shrimp was TERRIBLE! Had very little seasoning, hardly any sauce and came lukewarm. Yuck on many levels. The service was just as bad as the food. Never checked on us ONCE or even spoke to us for that matter, after taking our order, other than to give us the bill. Rude as hell. Really pissed at the friend that recommended this place. Hoping I can spare some of you the trouble and wasted money. It's trash. Would never come back.

I apparently have emotional support soup. They're open late, which automatically earns bonus points for me. Sometimes a hot and sour soup craving crashes into my evening at 9 PM with the urgency of a medical emergency, and it's deeply reassuring to know that Lantern Garden is standing by to answer the call. The auntie working behind the counter was incredibly kind and patiently explained the entree options when I asked whether they came with rice. When I learned that a side bowl was $3, I briefly slipped into my "back in the day" era and held a tiny memorial service for the days when rice practically came free. Then I remembered it's 2026, sighed dramatically, and accepted my fate. I ordered the one bowl special with country style tofu, and of course, the hot and sour soup. The soup arrived at approximately the temperature of the earth's molten core. Did that stop me from taking an immediate bite? Of course not. I nearly sacrificed my taste buds because patience has never been one of my defining traits. It was worth every poor life decision. The soup was everything I'd been craving- tangy, savory, deeply comforting, and gloriously vinegar-forward. Every spoonful felt like my sinuses were receiving a warm hug while my soul quietly unclenched. If this soup had a loyalty program, I'd already be working toward platinum status. The country style tofu was equally delightful. The tofu was soft, fluffy, and wonderfully sponge-like, happily soaking up every drop of the savory sauce. Onions, serrrano peppers, carrots, and mushrooms, rounded everything out, creating a dish that somehow tasted both hearty and comforting, like something my childhood would have loved, even if it had never actually eaten it. The biggest plot twist was the portion size. What I assumed would be dinner turned into dinner and tomorrow's lunch. A few things spark as much joy as realizing future me has already been fed by past me's questionable ability to estimate portion sizes. Between the generous servings, genuinely warm service, late night hours, and a hot and sour soup that has already claimed permanent residency in my brain, I'll absolutely be back. At this point, it's less a question of if and more a question of when the next soup craving comes knocking.

They had around 10 ready-made dishes to choose from, but if I remember correctly, about 8 or 9 of them were chicken dishes. The only other option I noticed was something like tofu, so the selection was very limited. For around $15, you can get three items, and the portion is pretty large. However, the food was just average, very oily, and there wasn't much variety. They also have additional dishes listed on the wall that you can order separately. I ordered the Mongolian beef. The portion was much smaller than I expected, it did not come with rice, and it was also very oily. Overall, the portions of the ready-made food are decent for the price, but the limited selection, average taste, and excessive oil make it hard for me to give this place 3 stars.

We ordered combo C while making a few substitutions to our order along with a few additions. This combo fed 4 people and there was plenty of food left over. We did have a slight language barrier with our server who unfortunately brought out our meal incorrect multiple times. Our server however was quick to correct his mistakes and very apologetic. Good customer service in spite of mistakes goes a long way. The atmosphere is casual, and low playing 80's rock echoed throughout the dining area. The restaurant had a relatively small dining room which wasn't overly crowded at 6pm-ish on a Friday night. The bar counter hosted a couple guests as well. The honey walnut shrimp was arguably my favorite meat, while the house chow mein was my favorite side. The restaurant provided complimentary fried wonton crisps complimented by sweet and sour dipping sauce. This was the perfect starter prior to our food coming out. Looks like a converted bar with plenty of booths. Our no nonsense server warmed up to us as lunch progressed. We ordered sweet and sour and king pao chicken from the somewhat (?) lunch menu, both very inexpensive. My wife liked the hot n sour soup. My egg flower soup was a STAR! Not too thick, great flavor and nice and hot! Some large egg rolls were included. A little oily for my taste but again, Irene liked hers. You can ask for some S&S/mustard dipping sauce. A slightly different take on how they prepared the mustard. The sweet and sour was decent breaded chicken with good homemade sauce, chopped onions and peppers. No pineapple darn it. My Kung Pao could have been called Kung zucchini! That was okay as the portion was huge and I shared some. Plenty of peanuts too (I wished they had been cooked inside the wok..). More than enough fried rice (we took some home. I always ask myself would we come back? A resounding yes as I have to try their egg foo young! I admit I was disappointed that the tea is in a single serve bag instead of a pot.
