Charging $.20 for cream for coffee is such a stupid business decision. That stuff gets you one star reviews, and makes old people really mad. Work it into the price of the coffee. The girl asked me what kind of toast I wanted, pumpernickel, some sort of grain bread or I can't remember what the third one was. Why are you charging me for toast? It's supposed to come with my food. Was the pumpernickel toast more money? Why didn't you say that? Why do I have to scour the menu for all these little hidden charges? It's stupid you need to fix that. Overall, I think the place is good, but it certainly needs some tweaking the people running around the dining room with the exception of the girl who is our waitress with the braids just looks lost. One thing I noticed was an additional charge for sauces. I asked about it, and they explained that all their sauces are made in-house, which is why they charge $1 per sauce. Honestly, that makes sense when they're homemade. Now the star of the show for me was actually the drink. After looking over the menu a bit more, I decided to try the LA Metro coffee drink with almond milk. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but for $5.99, I have to say it was really good. Definitely something I'd order again. I also want to mention the customer service. The girl working at the counter was extremely nice -- probably some of the best customer service I've had in a while.
