Since I'm having quite the summer - broke my ankle, surgery, PT, I decided to treat myself to some Crumbl. And by that I mean have my boyfriend hobble me into the car, go inside for me, order and bring me my cookies. It was my first time ever trying Crumbl and I know some people either love it or hate it but I love it. Count me in - decadent chewy cookies. Some people say they're "raw" in the middle. That's what I love most about them. I also loved that my boyfriend and I loved the opposites flavors so I got to enjoy my patriotic fruit sugar cookie on my own. That was probably my favorite flavor - delicious. The strawberry was a close second and of course the traditional chocolate. All around - yummm. Can you have a sugar overload on these bad boys? Absolutely. But if you have a little piece here and there it's the perfect treat. No ones telling you to eat a whole cookie and get sick. The staff was great from my boyfriend's experience, the store was beautiful and clean. Easy in and out. Since there's a location by me up north now I think I'll visit more often! read more

The cookies here are really good! The weekly flavors keep you coming back. In a great area too. I ordered 5 cookies on a Tuesday night and cookies came very fast. Surprising for me was the carrot cake! Probably my favorite of my 5 tonight. Will definitely be coming back. read more

Tried it for the first time. Decided to bring a dozen for work on valentine's day. I didnt realize the portion was huge. Total was $40.80 so $3.40 per cookie. Pretty pricey for a cookie. My coworkers did like it though. Self ordering on the tablets on the side. There's catering ordering as well but catering is in small cookie sizes. No seating inside. You can see them make the cookies. They had some ready in the fridge and were just picked out by the order. read more

It is designed to limit employee interaction. When asked questions, the employees have a certain attitude of disdain and are generally unhelpful. Additionally, there was a large advertising photo of a cookie and when asked to purchase that product we were told (with an attitude) that is does not exist and its only advertising. Why would the company advertise a product they do not sell? The product is not worth it! read more

Wow. Just wow. Not a great "wow" either. I recently had the (dis?)pleasure of having a few "crumbl" cookies during a work event, and I seriously do not understand the appeal. First off, for something that costs $4.80 EACH - that's right - PER COOKIE, you'd think they would be at least.. ya'know.. good? Biting into one of these things seriously just tasted like I was eating a sugar cube that was rolled in butter, then iced with additional sugar. Sure, they look really nice, and are somewhat large, I guess? - but that's about as far as the enjoyment factor goes here. I can't say anything as to the service, since I was not the one who went into the store - though I'm not sure anyone comes into a place like this for "ambiance". I'm just stunned. Gobsmacked. Bamboozled, that in a time where everything has gone through the roof in terms of cost - that anybody would fork over $15+ for a box of 4 cookies that don't even taste all that great. Has the world gone mad? With so many awesome little bakeries in the area that charge normal prices, it makes zero sense to throw $5 at a single, kinda gross cookie. No thanks. read more

This location went down hill very fast. Not too sure what happened but they used to have cookies open to close. Now, you go in at 7pm on a week day and they're all sold out and the workers are just standing in the kitchen laughing around not making cookies. It's a joke. Really disappointing to see what has happened. The crumbl in ocean township is 10x better. I say fire all these degenerates that don't like to do their job. When I went there at least 15 people came in and left since there were no cookies left. Awful experience. Losing so much money. It's really a shame. read more

I have gone to crumbl for over a year and this time I had crumbl delivered to my house and when I got the box I opened it....there was baby roaches in the box with the cookies. I contacted crumbl and they blamed doordash who delivered the box and took no responsibility that their box with their cookies had baby roaches in it! read more

Two thumbs down to Crumbl cookie in Brick. So I ordered my wife some cookies to be delivered today. Very upset with the order I had delivered for my wife. When she opened the box it had ants in it. When she called the store they told her that they'd offer a full refund (the right thing to do) BUT then called back and said the Regional Manager said the only thing they could do was to offer 10% off on our next order. The cookies are very bland & boring. I've been wanting to try Crumbl for a while & decided to give in. I ordered the basic chocolate chip, which was dry and flavorless. The cookies are always delicious. The staff are warm and welcoming and the store is clean.

It's a cookie experience entering this storefront as you can watch all the workers baking fresh ingredients and cracking eggs. The staff was friendly and explained every Sunday a new menu is released. This week 6 flavors were available and we chose to get 1 of each as a 6 pack for about $25.00, my opinion it is expensive but they were so fresh and unique... like I said it's an experience. read more

THIS store has disappointed me twice now. We've come here twice now and it was the only crumbl we had nearby. First time they didn't have TWO of the cookies we wanted so badly, and then today, we show up at 9:50 when they close at MIDNIGHT and they tell us that magically just today, THEYRE CLOSED... with the door open, the BIG OPEN SIGN ON, and they didn't have keys to lock the door. Offering a weekly changing variety of large cookies, they have become a big hit due to tic tok. The cookies are a bit larger then a closed fist in diameter and are presented to you in a box fresh out of the oven. From time of order to delivery had been quick (under a minute) in my experience. Orders are take out as the locations are small and do not offer seating, at least in the couple I've been to. Be prepared as they can be pricey, a single cookie is about 4.60 or so with a box of 4 going for about $15 . An occasional treat, not intended for a daily snack. read more
