Just your typical Panera bread. Staff is nice, food is what they've always had. However I will say, I didn't see they had a French dip sandwich. I would love to try that next time I come in. You can beat a hot soup on a cold night so our meal hit the spot.

Half of Sandwich
Janelle S.

This Panera Bread has declined tremendously when it comes to food and quality as well as portions. I ordered a half of sandwich because I didn't want to get a whole because in my mind that would be enough. This wouldn't be enough for a child. Why are half sandwiches $8 plus dollars when a whole is $4 more and you only get less than 1/3 of a sandwich. This isn't half and I'm stirring forwards not even eating here anymore.

This is NOT what what you get.

Waited in line for 10 minutes before anyone noticed me, my order was wrong and they weren't really that friendly.

For as crowded as it gets, they process orders quickly and accurately. Food is great. Parking is a pain.

I usually avoid chain BBQ restaurants as they typically are not very good, but I did not realize…read morethis was one when I stopped. Not only is this one of the best chain BBQ restaurants I have eaten at but it is one of the better BBQ restaurants including non-chain I have eaten. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very attentive. The decor was a nice tribute to our military and first responders. I had a 3 meat sampler with beans and Mac & Cheese. The turkey was super moist and tender. The pulled pork was tender with a great smoke flavor and was possibly the second best I have ever had closely behind my brother's homemade. The sausage was a jalapeño cheddar which had good flavor but was a little greasy. Both sides were top notch with a creamy mac&cheese and nice Smokey baked beans. The cornbread was just okay as it was a little dry. If not for the greasy sausage and dry cornbread this is a 5 star meal. They also have a good variety of different sauces to try. This is one chain BBQ that I would definitely keep in mind in the future.

Came here on a whim while driving by, and I'm really glad I did. After some tough decision-making,…read moreI settled on the brisket sandwich with a side of brisket baked beans, plus a sweet tea. The brisket brought a no-holds-barred assault on my taste buds--in the best possible way. It was smoky, tender, juicy, and piled high on the bun. The beans were rich and packed with chunks of brisket, making them much more than just a side. If this was my first visit, it definitely won't be my last. Hospitality was every bit as impressive as the barbecue. Once they learned it was my first visit, they welcomed me with a return-visit card and a few complimentary treats. Little touches like that go a long way.

Absolutely the best Italian subs I have tried in A LONG TIME. Let's start by saying that I was born…read moreand lived most of my early youth in Philadelphia, but I was now living in Maryland. I go to Philly sometimes for sport events (Eagles and Phillies) and I always buy cheesesteaks and hoagies at different places to get a taste of who is the best among the many. This time I decided to find places in the Wilmington and New Castle area--after reading many reviews, Gaudiello's Italian Hoagies was the one spot that caught my attention so my wife and I went for it. When you walk in, the place was very clean, and the person at cash register taking the orders was extremely nice and went out of his way to accommodate our orders. I asked for (to take) four different cheesesteaks and one hoagie; all the subs were properly labeled with the ingredients we ordered on each separate order. When I tried my cheesesteak and my hoagie at home, I was blown away by the amazing taste and quality of the meat (cheesesteak was made with ribeye meat and the hoagie with prime Italian ham), and the bread was SUPERB! For next occasions going up north, I'm ONLY stoping at Gaudiello's.

Restaurants in Wilmington are subpar to say the least... personally has been the worst places I…read morehave eaten so far.. a buddy's relative recommended this place so went to check it out. Food wasn't bad at all and the staff were chilled. Reasonable priced. Place has couple tables for you to dine. Kinda hard to find as the complex around the area is designed very weird. This place has been best thus far out of nearly dozen places that I have tried in Wilmington..
