Not even filled to the top and melting, this is supposed to be a "mango" smoothie...mango where??
Charlene E.

Ordered a smoothie for curbside pickup here. I called to make sure they were bringing it out as there was a notification that it was ready. The manager I spoke with told me it was busy and if I didn't select curbside and just wrote it in the notes that she suggests I come in. I tried to explain that curbside wasn't an option but I know this location does curbside and she cut me off rudely and said ok thank you and hung up. At that point I decided to go in to avoid any confusion. It hadn't been 3 mins from when I got the notification that my smoothie was ready and when I went to pick it up it was already melting and not even filled to the top. I was irritated and was ready to return this. First of all it did not look as advertised (brightly orange in the picture) and I questioned if there was even mango in this. It also was not properly blended because there was stuff floating around in the cup. When I went up to the cashier and expressed my frustration with the drink and told her I'd like to be refunded she also asked if I'd like a replacement in addition. I reluctantly accepted, but when brought to her manager, her manager offered for them to remake my drink. I told her I would like to be refunded for the drink and at that point she told one of the members of the staff not to remake the drink and to just refund me. Typically when establishments mess up on orders, it's nothing to remake an order AND refund the customer for their inconvenience so that really threw me off. It's not like the drink even tasted good and the fact that they called it a mango smoothie should be false advertisement because it's basically yogurt and milk. But I will never give my money to Panera bread again after this.

I visited this place in the morning and there was hardly any customers. Perhaps I was there too early. I ordered my breakfast and it was done very quickly to my surprise. The eggs and bacon were done right.

For the amount of money you pay for these sandwiches we would expect actually turkey on both sandwiches. This is repulsive. The avocado is also rotten. The service non existent because when I selected curb side and said I was here no one came out to give me my order. Panera has totally gone down hill. What an embarrassment!

Her great grandmother Bibi influenced her with delicious treats as a young girl, and eventually with handed down recipes. Fatine humbly informed me "Bibi would be happy to know this bakery has her name". My wife and I stopped here on a weekend and enjoyed a few treats and iced coffees. Fatine told me the coffee is roasted by a close friend of hers, who comes from Florida to roast. She feels that like most everything at Bibi, this Florida connection is serendipitous. She believes that life, like baking itself, tends to just happen the way it's meant to, if you follow your passions. I wish I could give them a better review because the service was good and the cafe itself is adorable, but I was not a fan of the coffee I had. I had a cinnamon latte that was extremely grainy, burnt, and overall just not a great latte. It was around $9 for the latte with tip and seemed far too expensive for the quality that I received.

Location is great, there were able 2 employees working the front. Not really sociable with us but very chatty with each other. Pricing is a bit on the higher end for the quality for sure, out of 7 dishes between a group of 4 and 2 were for sure pre-made items only 2 dishes were ok. As for the food itself, I can say it's more on a "cleaner" side vs the extra flavor and oily texture you'd get from a fast food chain. The ramen broth was subtle, the noodle perfect, but the flavor wasn't there. The Chef special roll was way over priced for what you get, especially only having 1 piece being the best out of the "assorted" fish. The hibachi wasn't good in my opinion, good portion though. Would not order that again. The chicken teriyaki flavor was great, chicken texture was more like grilled on a pan vs over flame. Loved the veggies though. The gyoza and takoyaki were good as well as the strawberry mochi icecream. Wish they were more friendly though, making us feel like we were inconvenient for them was a major turn off.

The food quality is above average, the execution is high, and the service is attentive. The space is clean and efficient, but lacks warmth. We visited the day after a large 1-2 foot snowstorm, and Ochi was one of the only restaurants open in town. I've eaten at Ochi 4x since it opened in 2023, although there's a lot more to explore on its expansive and prolific menu. On this visit, we tried a Tuna Poke Bowl, a Salmon Pome Bowl, a Katsu Ramen, a Mango Salad, and a Mochi desert. Regarding the Tuna Poke Bowl, Ochi took the liberty of substituting more expensive fatty tuna (Toro), for regular tuna (Maguro), a generous and appreciated gift as a thanks for dining on a very slow night due to the storm. Hence, I would recommend everything we tried: the Mango Salad, any of the Sushi, Sashimi and Maki choices, the Poke bowls and Ramen (especially the Spicy Miso Ramen, the chicken Katsu Ramen, and any of the traditional pork or beef Ramen choices). In addition, the deserts are especially worth trying, and are all well orchestrated. You can't really go wrong at Ochi.

I went with the grape leaves as my side and grabbed a Smartwater. Simple and a solid value. Let's start with the pita, because I'm a texture nut and this thing was perfect, slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The gyro itself was packed, literally spilling out with filling, and was super flavorful. I'll admit I went in expecting the typical lamb/beef, so the pork caught me off guard. Turns out after doing some reading on the inter-webs, pork is actually the authentic Greek preparation and the lamb/beef is the more Turkish/American take on it. Either way, one bite and I was a convert. The grape leaves were everything you want them to be; briny, punchy, and packed with filling. No complaints there. As for the ambiance, another reviewer put it best: "I wouldn't take my first date here." Fair enough. But for a quick, no-fuss lunch? It was perfect. Between 12 and 1 this place was absolutely jamming, with barely a seat to spare, which should tell you something. Not to mention I heard the staff greet many people by name. I'll be back, and next time I'm bringing my partner. She loves Greek food and this place deserves a proper visit.
