Panera bread has a hole has gone down recently, but this location is great. The food was really good, prepared nicely, and taste great. Everyone was so incredibly nice and kind. The restaurant was extremely clean and while taking care of. Just a wonderful place. Can't wait to go back.

Dry and dusty bagel- Cinnamon Crunch Bagel(not correctly made)

I drove up to order and was greeted kindly. I was then told I couldn't use more than one reward at a time as I had two. I also was told the order had to be made through order online pickup in drive through. To not hold up others I drove around and parked and placed my order. I went on the app and ordered a meal and additional soup along with bagels. All are products we order regularly. I was actually able to use both discount codes in the same transaction- I don't think the employees know customers can do that. I waited for about ten minutes for the pickup time that was given. As I waited I noticed the parking lot is maintained well and the area is neat and clean. There were not many customers in the parking lot at all. When I got home and opened my bags I see this bagel. HUGE FAIL! I've been eating this bagel for years. This is the smallest and worst presentation I've seen from a Panera location. The bagel had no crunch! I was a smaller size and they simply dusted it with cinnamon sugar like a basic donut hole. I tried it and it was terrible. I spat it out. Really disappointed in this bagel.

Stopped in to test the Sip Club membership that we have. It's a great membership allowing free drinks daily as long as you're a member. This location is a nice one. Always clean, staff was very helpful. Sandwiches are always good and fresh. Definitely worth the stop.

I never had Panera bread, and maybe other locations are better, but this experience scarred me. Starting at the window they announced that they were "Out of bread" which was strange for a place literally named 'Panera Bread'. Luckily, I didn't want anything with bread; I got the Baja Bowl requesting the Salsa on the side amongst a few other things... They repeated the order and still I got a baby amount of food with the salsa including as if they had pre made the bowl. On top of that, there was a hard brick piece of bread just sitting in the bag (after they said they didn't have bread). For the price, it's definitely not worth trying ever again. Not this location at least... Do better.

no French baguettes, no tomatoes and they're out of ham????? this is the sandwich place that doesn't have tomatoes or ham and they're out of bread that they make a sandwich with what exactly do they do. Add to that every exterior sign at 7:41 at night is turned off. There's no discount on what I just ordered ordered for three people most of the ingredients they didn't have and it's still $58. Why is this place still open? How does it get any good reviews at all

This was supposed to be a large and it's not even half.

Today was the first time ever that we got barely what we ordered. I ordered a large Greek salad and it was basically half of the large. I should have gone back but the weather was bad. My wife's salad looked the same as well and sandwich barely had anything on it. This is not acceptable especially with the rising prices on everything. If I am going to get food from your company, I should get what I paid for.

Paying $1.70 for a cream cheese is ridiculous! And the croissant I received was burnt and smashed.

They weren't busy and so I didn't feel like I had to rush. The only issue was the girl at the register. Idk what her issue was but I asked "do you guys just have turkey sandwich " which she just looked at me sideways and points at the menu. Then got annoyed because I "didn't see it ". It literally took me a minute to even see that it was under "classic subs". Like damn. My bad. Anywho. She the goes "is that what you want ?" With an attitude. Ma'am calm down. Then I told her my toppings and I asked if they could put pickles in it. When I got my sandwich it had no pickles. I had the pickle spear but I also wanted the diced pickles. I mean am I going to flip out about pickles? I mean I caaaaann since I freaking love pickles but I wasn't. The sandwich was good though. Can't complain much about that. It's the service that I had an issue with. They weren't very welcoming to begin with. The restaurant was clean though so I give them that.

On our drive back to Austin, we decided to stop here based on the stellar ratings - easily the best decision of our trip. Our table ordered quite the spread: crispy mozzarella sticks with that perfect cheese pull, golden onion rings with just the right crunch, two juicy burgers cooked to perfection, and two kids' chicken nugget meals that disappeared in minutes. But the star of the show? The Philly cheesesteak sandwich - an absolute masterpiece with tender, flavorful steak, melted cheese, and perfectly sautéed peppers and onions that had us fighting over the last bite. Here's how good it was: I literally ordered another Philly cheesesteak to go before we left. I couldn't bear the thought of not having one for later! Every single item exceeded expectations. The portions were generous, everything arrived hot and fresh, and the quality was restaurant-level despite being a roadside stop. This is the kind of place that turns a routine road trip into a memorable experience. If you're passing through, don't think twice - pull over and treat yourself. Your taste buds will thank you!

From the moment we walked in, the two employees working didn't greet us or acknowledge us, and their demeanor made it feel like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. There's a big difference between basic customer service and true hospitality and this place missed both. There were also some frustrations with how orders are handled. The business charges an extra $2.50 for maybe a tablespoon of gluten-free granola, but doesn't adjust pricing if ingredients are removed or unavailable. I understand most businesses don't do this but it sometimes evens out when items are removed and unavailable. For example, I was told after ordering that they were out of coconut, which was supposed to come on my item. I was asked if that was okay, but realistically, what's the alternative in that moment? It just felt like another instance of paying for something I didn't receive. At one point, the employee preparing our order walked past us multiple times without acknowledgment to speak with her coworker, which added to the overall feeling of being ignored. A place inspired by Hawaiian culture should carry some sense of "aloha", warmth, welcome, and care. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. We won't be returning, and that's disappointing because the concept has so much potential.
