Excellent service!! Great staff, great food and awesome delivery time! Definitely worth every dollar. This is my new go to place! Thank all of you at Jimmy John's for being amazing! read more

This location was not honoring the Turkey sandwich special that's on the app for $5.99. The staff seem to be nice. As a company this add shouldn't be in the app if all the location is not doing the promotion. Waisted my time and most importantly my gas. A one star as a company not necessarily this location. read more

Very good sandwiches excellent service I always get the number one and the meat tastes like ham. Nice clean store would recommend to anyone read more

They stopped delivering to my house after 4 years of continuous service. Their excuse was I am out of their area. Strange that it happened right after one of their employees got our order wrong and called me twice to tell me I was wrong. Miranda made her employee tell me the news and lied about leaving a voice mail and calling me. Good luck. read more

First time to eat at JJ's was today. Very disappointed in the sandwich and probably won't be going back. My wive ordered a slim#1 and I ordered a slim #2. The order was to go. When we got home we both were surprised that the sandwiches had no lettuce, tomato or Mayo. Just meat, cheese and bread. It was dry as Sahara desert. Needless to say that the price was high for 2 sandwiches with meat, bread and cheese. Should have gone to H‑E‑B and bought a loaf of bread, half pound of meat and quarter pound of cheese. Probably would have been more satisfying! read more

Jimmy John's - Lettuce wrap.... they literally just put one leaf of lettuce .... whole thing is falling a part .... gross ..... it's a shame - Sandwiches Near Me - Waxahachie, Texas

Went in and t gave the man standing at the register my order. Told him I didn't want lettuce or tomato's. He then turns around to go make it. I get home and there's lettuce and tomato's on it. I'm so confused how you can literally have a conversation with someone about how to make something and they do it wrong anyways. Blows my mind. I feel as if I lost a few brain cells from this location. It's a sad world that jimmy johns is now getting food wrong just like Taco Bell read more

I cannot express how "freaky fast" my experience was at Jimmy John's in Waxahachie. In and out in 5 minutes, quality food exactly as I ordered, as well as kind and welcoming employees. Will absolutely eat here again! read more

This place is horrible! East Marvin is their cut off for deliveries. I wonder why. They might as well put "we don't deliver to the hood" on their menus, website, and windows. That's okay. There are plenty of places with better food that do deliver to this area. read more

Every single time I come to this place there's something wrong I get a completely different sandwich, there's residue from a different sandwich on the outside of the bread with a hair in it, and they never actually rectify the situation I'm never coming back to this place read more

I love JJs but this location is absolutely terrible. We use delivery but it's a 50/50 shot if my order shows up correct. Also they are stingy with ingredients, if I ask for mustard, I shouldn't have to search for the tiny stripe down the center of my sandwich. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. read more

Very disappointed with multiple workers not wearing masks, especially the workers preparing the sandwich. Do you guys not realize we are in a pandemic? I get that there's a good portion of people that believe that covid is a hoax, until you or someone you know catches it and suffers permanent health consequences or dies. There's no excuse why you shouldn't wear a mask. I've worked in non air-conditioned rooms at schools for 8 hours a day while wearing a mask, and I have asthma and I was fine. Truly disappointing that you guys care so little about customers/other people. read more

This is the worse JJ I've ever been too. Extremely poor service. Store empty. Sandwich was entirely wrong. Employees act as if they do t have a clue! Ridiculous. Y'all must do better!!! read more

If I could rate 0/5 I would. Guy on the phone took about 15mins just to take our order. THEN Took a hour for delivery when I was less than a mile away! The food got here and my partner almost choked on the sour tasting "sandwhich" IF you could even call it one! Ended up throwing the foul food away and WASTING $40. DO NOT order from this establishment. read more

Would give 0 stars. Over an hour to deliver a sandwich is freaky slow. Add to that when I called to ask where it was I was told it was sent out with 5 other orders and the driver had already been gone for over 30 minutes....nothing like tuna setting on bread riding around in a car for 40-50 minutes. It was trash when I got it. Threw it away. read more

My sandwich is always perfect. I have no issues with this location ., I have had it delivered or picked up and my experience with both have been pleasant . I appreciate your staff .I am glad you are open for business. Thank you ! You are Great! read more

Great customer service. Great sandwiches. Even used them for catering my sons birthday party. Thanks!

I have eaten Jimmy John's for a long time and love the sandwiches. The service in the waxahachie location is just the worst I have seen. It is staffed with uncaring and inconsiderate associates. I like to give the benefit of the doubt so tried twice to give them a chance..never again. read more

It's their customer appreciation day $1 subs 11-3pm it's 2:50 and I'm being turned down. Employee says manager say's it went by bread count... Some customer appreciation day they're having. Won't be back. read more

They stiffed me 2$ it was only 2$ so I brushed it off. But then the lettuce was old, and the list goes on. I am not sure why this store is so bad! But they really need to get it together. read more

This location was extremely rude and unprofessional. We called to place an order for delivery to our business and were told they don't deliver "that far." We are 4 miles away. Ok, so we'll go pick it up. We placed the order, with sandwiches on wheat bread, expecting 8" subs. The entire time I was on the phone, the person talking to me kept holding the phone down to ask someone else the questions and then answering me, but with a terrible tone and very abrupt and rude. Not a good person to have on the phone at all. We finally get the sandwiches (they didn't put a name on the order, so it was trial and error to find the right one - "Oh, the big one?"), and get back to the office. The sandwiches are NOT 8'' subs, they are regular square sandwiches on wheat bread. If you look VERY closely at their website, in small print randomly somewhere it says that they serve wheat sandwiches on smaller bread (for 50 cents more!), but no picture shows that anywhere and we were not warned that on the phone. Everyone was expecting large subs and was disappointed to get a dinky sandwich - that was NOT worth $5.29 (I could buy a loaf of bread and container of lunch meat for that price!). We also did not have the chips we ordered. When I called the store to complain, I got a manager on the phone. First, the address that was typed on our receipt was NOT the address that I gave them, it was about 5000 blocks off (and doesn't exist!), so it's no wonder that they don't deliver "that far!" Second, the manager told me that the person coming to pick up the order is supposed to get the chips at the register. No one ever said anything about that when our employee went to go get lunch - she didn't place the order, so how would she know to get them herself? They offered to deliver the two bags of chips to me. Oh, so you wouldn't deliver $43 worth of sandwiches, but you'll deliver $3 worth of chips? I think not. The manager did not offer any compensation or even an apology of any sorts. The food was barely so-so and the service was incredibly terrible. I'll eat here again - only if every other restaurant and grocery store in town burns down and they are the only place left. And even then, I'll shove the workers out of the way and make my own sandwich. I'm better at it than them, that's for sure. read more

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!!! They will not deliver fast and will not deliver complete order. I will not order from you ever again. If I can rate zero stars I would. Then called location and they had the audacity to ask if I still wanted what was missing. Lisa the manager was very rude and hung up on me because I called to ask about my 2nd delivery. What a SISSY!!! Stated he left over 1 hour ago. Not Cool. My friends and family will no longer order or eat at Jimmy John's. read more

Walk in to first see workers sitting down, then greeted with mediocre customer service, but the worst part is the workers don't change their gloves after touching face, trash can, etc. Do not eat here Mansfield location or Subway is better bet at getting quality service. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service and HORRIBLE management! One of their delivery drivers almost smashed into my car when they tried to change lanes right in the middle of a turn! I posted to their Facebook page about my upset with the incident, and instead of handling the situation, I was BLOCKED from the Facebook page. :/ I wasn't going to make a huge deal out of it, but because they refused to address what had happened and instead chose to ignore my concerns, I messaged the main Jimmy John's location. My message was responded to with one of their generic, "your concern have been forwarded to blah blah blah thanks for your service blah blah" messages (was forwarded to the manager for the Waxahachie location. Figures as to why I never heard back from them). I have not ordered from them since and I will never order from them again. This whole experience ruined me on the whole franchise. :/ read more

Great customer service. They are very friendly and quick. Food is always good and fresh. The store is clean. Prices are not bad compared to other places. My daughter and I enjoy going there. We drive about 20 minutes just to go there. I recommend it if you like good, fresh subs and friendly people. And of course the pickle, which they cut how you want. read more
