3 months back I bought the sip pass. Because of this, I've been coming in to this store very frequently to "get my moneys worth". For being more of a "fast-food" stop, the service is incredible and much more reflects fine dining experience. The staff constantly comes around offering to clear up empty plates and checks in to ask if anyone would like refills. came to this panera for dinner last night and the worker named "irelyn" seemed, from a customer perspective, to be flirting with her male managers. she was talking to them the whole time she was taking my order (a manager was not needed as i was putting in a regular order) and made me very uncomfortable. seemed as if she made her manager uncomfortable as well because one of them was wearing a wedding band and looked absolutely disgusted by her. this situation made the whole place seem trashy. they need to fire her for misconduct and sexual harassment or have a serious talk with her. either way be more careful who you place at the front register as that plays a huge part in experience for customer. read more

So I am disturbed by Panera Bread. Why did you do this? Why would you put bread in a paper bag without any wrapping?! I just don't understand. How am I to be sure it wasn't touched or gazed upon? I live down the street from this location and this review is years worth of bad experiences. I'm pretty positive that one of the biggest problems of this location is employee turnover, but even the managers that I've encountered are unfriendly. It's truly one of the worst Panera locations that I've ever been to. The food takes way too long, even if you're just ordering things from the bakery that just need to be bagged. They consistently miss items in your order. The quality is poor, everyone is unfriendly. It's just a disaster. It makes me sad that I can think of one positive thing to say about this place. If you can avoid it, I would. I wasn't surprised to see that so many others have had bad experiences at this place. At this point, it needs a complete overhaul. read more

They have messed up my order from here 3 times, all I get is broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl. They fail to put the bread bowl in the bag every time. We order Panera Bread often because my son loves their macaroni and cheese, however after tonight we may never order Panera Bread again! We ordered two pick-two meals and a children's macaroni and cheese. Our sandwiches were mediocre at best, but it was our macaroni and cheese that was just simply terrible! Three bowls that were barely full and two that looked and tasted like they had been cooking in a pot all day, burnt to a crisp. This Panera is always friendly and delicious. It's very spacious and there is a nice space, not secluded, for a larger group. If you need seclusion to study this Panera offers that in the back. There is also outdoor seating when the weather is nice. read more

When out food was ready we were then informed that they are out of flatbread for one of our sandwiches. How does happen aside from completely poor management??!! The food is made there as if NO ONE takes pride in the product they are putting out. They don't even make their soup there! It's shipped to each one from who knows where and was actually cooked who knows when. The staff at this location (including management) have to be the most unfriendly people in this area. They do not greet you, they do not ask what they can get started for you, they just stand there behind a register and wait for you to start ordering. With the portion sizes smaller and ENORMOUS price increases, I'll be going elsewhere for lunch. What happened to the Panera from 10 years ago that was actually good and the staff were friendly? Couldn't believe the number of problems we had tonight at Panera. Went in around 8pm and ordered two sandwiches and then the bagel pack (13 bagels and two cream cheese tubs). The first issue was that the bagels were thrown into a bag. I have gotten the bagel pack in the past and they always put them into a nice box. These were just thrown into an open bag. It didn't seem very sanitary. Then when I got home and opened up my sandwich there was nothing on it. Half a slice of cheese, a few small slices of salami and some arugula. I also asked for mayo on the side and that was apparently the one thing they actually did put on the sandwich. My boyfriend asked for his sandwich with no onions and sure enough there were onions on it. I understand it was around 8pm when we went in so it was a little bit later but if this is the kind of service that is offered they might as well not stay open past prime time. If I would have realized all of these issues before we left I certainly would have asked for my money back and gone elsewhere. I won't be back any time soon. read more
