This Panera is located in a shopping area. I have visited here two times for lunch after my nearby morning business meetings. I was pleased both times with my meals and the service here. This time I had the half Italian combo sandwich for $5.79, a soda for $1.99 and chips. My total bill was only $8.37 for lunch. I called his Panera four times in a row with 10 minutes between each call. Each and every time I pressed five to speak to a manager- I had a simple quick question about breakfast being served. Panera is vary in what time they stop serving breakfast from 1030-11am. Calling to verify was a quick simple question I couldn't get answered online. Every time I called I had somebody pick up the phone and hang up. I heard the phone being hung up every time. By the third or fourth time I called just to make sure I wasn't crazy and sure enough the phone continued to be picked up and hung up. I go to Panera Bread multiple times a week for it's healthier option, quick meals! I always get the "Pick-two" option and switch it up between soup and salad or salad and sandwich! My favorite is the Asian chicken salad or you can't go wrong with their classic Caesar salad. Without a doubt their broccoli cheddar soup is my go to and you can get it in a bread bowl with the pick two with no extra charge. I highly recommend doing the bread bowl unless you want to be scraping the bowl for more!! It is to die for. If you're still hungry after your meal (highly doubtful) id recommend indulging in one of their fresh bakery items. If I'm there early enough, I take home bagels for breakfast for the week or if I'm on my way out, I score of their chocolate chipper cookies. So yummy! read more

I stared eating here more after Atlanta Bread Company closed its doors. This particular Panera is very close to my job and is very convenient for a quick bite to eat. The service is good but some menu options throw me for a little loop. One day I ordered my favorite dish (Mac and cheese) and notice that it is served from a sealed plastic bag. I was stunned to see how it was prepared and how they just pour it into a bowl. It didn't disturb me at all and I still enjoy the Mac and cheese and still order it to this day but I felt that it was kind of weird. I have been a fan and loyal customer of Panera for years. I used to get up at the crack of dawn and would be one of the first to partake in their fresh pastries and breads. The Panera brand has always reflected quality to me and I take my relationship seriously with them- as a customer, I expect that they will continue their good customer service and quality of food no matter what location that I patronize. I recently moved to the area and decided to try out this location. I ordered my food online with the My Panera App and thought that I was good to go. I found the food waiting for me and rushed out of the store, no problem... Until I went to eat my Green Goddess Cobb Salad around lunchtime and realized that the dressing was not Green Goddess. So, I returned to the store with bag in hand. I waited in line and then explained that I believed that they had given me a plain (old fashioned) cobb salad like the one that they used to have. The lady looked perplexed and essentially barked at me that the new Green Goddess salad was the same salad as the original only with different dressing... I was baffled. The gentleman (anything but) who was working next to her peeped through the cellophane window of my carton and told me that it was the right salad (wrong answer). I again asked them to check the salad and told them that the salad dressing WAS NOT green goddess dressing. This seemed to pique their interest since it seems neither of them knew what green goddess dressing looks like (I'll give you a hint, it's not CLEAR) When I went to hand back the salad, the man puts both of his hands up and tells me that they are not allowed to take the salad back(?) but that he will just get me some green goddess dressing. This was as the lady at the counter kept saying to me "but, it's the same salad..." to everything that I had to say. I was completely annoyied and felt disrespected. Newsflash, guys, it was NOT the same salad as the original cobb. There were several variations made to the salad and it needed to be checked. The employees should know the changes on the menu... especially for new offerings and these were fairly big changes. I work in a customer service driven industry and the golden rule is that "The customer is ALWAYS right" Had these employees taken the time to CAREFULLY listen, possibly apologize for the inconvenience and then simply check my salad and offer the dressing, this interaction would have gone a lot smoother and I would have more confidence in this particular Panera. However, it didn't. I ended up calling corporate and filing a complaint. This Panera is off my list. In all my years as a customer, I have never had such rude and ineffective service. I will not be going back again. If you want a side of frustration and disrespect with your ill prepared meal, then this is the place for you! read more

Had a awesome Cobb salad there. We ordered online and I went to pick it up. Timing was flawless. They had all the necessary things in the bag. I didn't have to ask for the basics like utensils there. Pan era is a super go to for the bread. It's crispy and dry on the outside. And chewy gooey and moist on the inside. They have a great technique. read more

One of my favorite places to eat healthy. Lots of choices from sandwiches to salads to broth bowls and I've tried them all! Their teas are wonderful too. The food is very good except all of the receptacles don't work well, and the ones that do are fire hazards in the two Panera Bread locations that I ate at because I plugged my electronic device in would stop charging and then start charging every time I bumped it. So the receptacles are loose when you plug them in and that's why it's a fire hazard. The same electricians that installed the receptacles in one of the Panera locations also installed them in another Panera location. So, if you have any electronic devices to use such as a laptop or phone, you risk getting shocked, starting a fire or damaging your electronic device! read more

I just moved here from Columbus Ohio- where I would work out of Panera's all throughout Columbus- I have started coming here recently. It always seems like there are just dirty tables everywhere. As many know Panera is a 5 star favorite of mine. For a national chain it is amazing. Yeah one could criticize this or that with regards to some of the food items, but overall super and casual place to dine. Scones and muffins are phenomenal. Breakfast sandwiches are A+. This is the worst Panera in Tallahassee kitchen wise. I went there today on my lunch break and got my food to go. The cashier was nice, but the guy that made my food was sloppy. He wasn't paying attention to what he was doing and made me the sloppiest sandwich I have ever had. Soup was dripping all down the side of my cup. The even the bag that he put my food in had food or whatever it was on the outside. I had to ask for another bag. I should have known then. When I got back to work and took the food out of the bag It looked so un presentable that I didn't eat the sandwich I just threw, it away and had to pray really hard before I ate the soup. My friend asked for hers to be heated and the server immediately took it and replaced it with a fresh bowl. I didn't, because I hadn't yet tasted mine. When I realized mine was not warm, I decided not to bother because we were going somewhere else. It probably would not have made a difference. Came here for my birthday brunch. We ordered 2 bowls of broccoli and cheese soup and a bagel before getting back on the road to head home. The soup was extremely hot and fresh, and so was the bread- I am a regular at Panera in my hometown and it's hardly ever this fresh. Also had a free pastry and they gave us 2 additional cookies as well! There was a lady double-checking each order as they were prepared. I was extremely impressed with this location!
