Took an old friend for supper there tonight. Two girls in front didn't know almost anything about any of the dishes we asked about and the one at the cash register didn't even attempt to answer our questions and was comfortable ignoring our questions even though we were less than two feet from her. When I picked up our food I regretted that I saw over the kitchen counter. Gross. Dirty. Garbage overflowing. Cooks left something to be desired. Had sandwiches and soup. Soup was so salty couldn't finish it. I used to think Panera was a step above. Now have they gone downhill and are worse than fast food. I will not visit this location again. read more

The food here made me sick! I ate the salad with poppyseed dressing and fruit with cold sliced chicken. Unfortunately within 1 hour of eating it I had very bad stomach cramps, 24 hour virus, gastrointestinal infection / food poisoning. Fever , nausea, and diarrhea. I think this place needs to get cleaned up or inspected for sanitary reasons. I think the cold chicken on top of the salad was the most likely culprit. It was slimy, cold, and disgusting. read more

Went through the drive thru BIG MISTAKE. Sat at the box for at least 5 minutes if not more, pull to the window to pay, paid, she said she would be back with order, we wait an additional 15 minutes just for soup which we all know is already ready to go, a salad likely still ready to go and a grilled cheese.. ALSO they all weren't wearing gloves including the lady at the window whom touched our card then food. Might be time for some new employees and management. read more

first of all, we couldn't get anyone to take our order. The girl that finally came up was talking to a coworker who was eating. The girl who took our order had been staring at us the whole time before she decided to walk up to take our order. She was less than thrilled to take our order. She asked if we wanted chips, baguette, or with our meal. We asked for the baguette. she then proceeded to tell us that they were out . Isn't Panera bread known for their bread? workers were slow and extremely rude. i come here ALL the time and this time me and my mom went through the drive through just to sit there for 10 minutes. a younger lady made my food and set it down near the drive thru then proceeded to walk away. another 6 minutes go by before we knock on the drive thru window in which an older lady who i'm pretty sure was the manager (which i was also 99% sure she was just sitting on her ass next to the window) threw the window open with a disgusted look on her face, then proceeded to practically throw the change and food into the car followed by slamming the door shut. extremely dissatisfied and disappointed, food was great though but the service was NOT it. will be sticking to door dash read more

I went through the drive-through and ordered a whole sized green goddess Cobb salad. 1) When I opened my salad it was only a half size, despite paying $12 for whole size. 2) Instead of coming with green goddess dressing as described, it came with poppy seed. 3) found a pea size, gelatinous substance that is squishy and rubbery- similar to a water bead or Orbeez. I will NOT be returning to this Panera bread as I expect to get what I pay for and $12 for a drive thru salad compares to sit down restaurant prices. Went by three times this week at 7 am. Noone manned the drive through so I sat there waiting with no answer. Called and was told only one person was working on one of the days. Im not going to continue to go there, three strikes is enough. read more

Food was great. Service was terrible. I pre-ordered sandwiches and soup for my wife and I ahead of time. Even with the pre order it was over 30 minutes late and then I had to wait another 10 in the drive through lane to pick it up. I will not be getting food at this location again. read more

This is by far the WORST Panera I have ever been to. Twice now I have been waiting patiently in the drive they for over ten minutes with no one greeting me, asking me to hold, or taking my order. Ridiculous. The staff is quite rude also and the food is usually thrown together sloppily. I've given this place several chances, but I won't be coming back to this particular Panera. read more

I LOVE PANERA BREAD! The Southwest Chicken Flatbreads are delicious! Chicken Noodle soup in a bread bowl or simply a bowl is perfect too! Cinnamon Crunch bagels are quite amazing too! Pass the location and drive on by... poor service, out of several menu items EVERY TIME I go there. Sad, because it is a convenient location for me. Today drive thru was closed. I parked and went inside to order and was told "sorry, we are out if that item".....so I picked another item...again told "sorry we are out of that item too." So I turned around and walked out. It was 11:30am. Guess it's Pita Pit for lunch today! Needless to say, I won't be back to this Panera. Not only because of continual bad experiences, but I doubt it will stay open!! read more

So me and my wife we come here from time to time but every time we come we order online they never update the app so you will never get what you're supposed to get there constantly running out of things and they have bad service. The last time I was in we ordered salads. Neither of them came with dressing. No problem we just went to ask for some and the kitchen manager had the nerve to try and fight with me about it. Her words " You know we toss all of our salads in dressing." I don't know why she thought this was a good idea to point out because I wouldn't have asked for dressing if there was any on my salad. $7.29 for a standard grilled cheese you can make at home?!?! The creamy tomato soup was very good. That's the best I can say. So, for two grilled cheese sandwiches, a bowl of soup & two fountain drinks, $25.55 + tax. Overpriced would be an under statement. 3 stars for food quality. 1 star for value. read more

Panera is basically a sit in or order ahead and pick up joint. They have a drive thru, but it's ridiculous because your order takes forever. They might have been having a rough day, but we sat at the window for at least 10-15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. The food was ok, but not worth the cost. Panera is incredibly overpriced and the only exceptional thing about them is the bread, of which half a little loaf came with one of our meals. However, it looked terrible because it had just been savagely ripped in half rather than cut nicely with a knife. It looked cheap and unappetizing. One of the sandwiches ordered was haphazardly put together. Instead of slices of avocado, the pieces were huge and kept falling out. The turkey in it was a huge big chunk of meat that was too bulky to eat properly. The whole sandwich just completely fell apart and it certainly didn't look like it had been prepared with any standards. Two sandwiches and a soup for like $25, I would have expected better quality.
