If zero stars were an option, I'd choose that as I will never return to this Panera. First, I was ignored by the staff (2 staff and the manager) when trying to place an order. Then, I was told they cannot guarantee safety with my child's food allergy (despite being accommodated by many other Paneras in the past). Then, they got our order wrong and bagged it up as a takeout even though I said we were dining in. The finale was the manager policing the tables and interrupting our conversation to shame me in front of my children when I let them have a splash of lemonade in their water cups. Wow- 8 dollars Extra to swap out a dressing for a different kind! We ordered as usual the worker has know idea what was going on and was very rude! We asked if we can get a different dressing for our salads and she said yes. We sat down waiting to be called to get our food and a worker following my daughter and I to the table and asked if we can head back up to the register. Once we got to the register AGIAN they told me they have to charge a EXTRA 8 dollars to change a pinky size of dressing! I'm sorry but first 8 dollars!! Maybe 1 dollar I'll pay but 8!!!! The manger came out and began to basically call me cheap!! I cancelled the order and got refunded ( not for the tip though )! Not to mention we subbed a different kind of dressing before and never had a problem! Lastly even before this we've done pick up and they got the sandwich's wrong! I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to say something. I ordered mac & cheese and when I got it, it was cold. Not lukewarm -- cold. I told a worker and asked for a fresh one, which I figured would be a quick fix. Nope. It took them 15 minutes to bring me another one, and they didn't even apologize for the wait. It wasn't busy, so I have no idea what the holdup was. When you mess up an order, the least you can do is fix it fast and with some basic courtesy. Really disappointing service. Stood in line while 5 other customers were waited on at the counter by the one and only cashier. When my turn finally occurred the cashier started working on kiosk orders. The kiosk customer had just walked in, while I had patiently waited for over8 minutes. Panera, you food is decent, very expensive and you can not afford to treat customers poorly. I ordered online to be picked up. The order was ready on time. When I got home the order was all wrong. Three items were ordered. The flat bread pizza was missing the soup was wrong and the chicken bowl was correct. I called and got passed around and finally wound up talking to a younger man. I explained the problem and he said do you want to come back in. No offer was made to offer an apology. I did not want to come back. The only way for a refund is to come back in. Food was delicious as always but we got the you pick two for takeout. I had turkey chili which was great! I also got the Caesar salad which was disappointing in the it was very small. My husband got the you pick two with the new pepperoni and cheese sandwich. It had tomato sauce on it and we both loved it! It was surprisingly bigger than the other sandwiches, so he was very happy with that. He too got the same salad and was sorry he didn't get the soup instead. read more

The person who complained about plastic utensils is ignorant to the fact that it's a recent change across most Panera stores because there's literally a global pandemic. So that was nonsense. Well once again another great Panera experience. I had the pick 2 with Southwest chili lime ranch with chicken salad and the Italian sandwich my wife. The strawberry poppyseed salad and a chicken salad sandwich,pick 2 also. It was all fresh and great tasting. They were very generous with the portions as they always seem to be here. A side note to add neat the Joe the manager on duty was the one to take our order and was very friendly and polite. He also made rounds on the floor to see how everyone was and if they needed anything.they were also happy to offer the 99cent bakery item to us as part of meal,then allow us to come back after eating ti order and pay and decide what we wanted. I've met my boss at Panera several times for brief meetings. I don't get the hype around this place. The coffee is over priced, often times the pots are empty on the floor. The staff is always very nice and accommodating but I couldn't see myself stopping in here just for a cup of coffee or food. I've had a couple sandwhiches here and they were just ok. The one thing in common they all shared was that they were over priced and small. To me its just another big business over charging for everything. I love my mom and pop shops and Panera Bread won't be the one to change that train of thought. Friendly staff and WIFI are the only things that excite me about Panera. read more

Yep. Panera bread. Be warned: if you are going there for the free wi-fi, there are not a ton of outlets to plug in the laptop when the battery gets low. The seating areas with little arm chairs seem to be the only places with outlets. They get an extra star for the free wi-fi. They get 3 stars just because they serve Dr. Pepper. read more

It was inedible, & I was forced to throw the sandwich & its $10,00 cost away. Ever since its take-over by a German-based company, the food and service has taken a severe nose-dive. Went here this morning to pick up an order for work. Girl behind counter had her back to me and didn't greet me. She finally turned around to say she'd be with me in a minute, with the personality of someone going for a colonoscopy. I told her what the order was under, she tells me o.k. Can't find the order, finds it, then has to take more time to ask her fellow employee if the order is complete. When the employee says yes, she has me sign the receipt. But wait there's more. After signing the receipt, she then has to ask the same employee what copy I get- unbelievable! I know Panera is part of the trendy, supposedly better for you, fast-casual family, but instead of spending all that money on those damn commercials touting their clean salads, put some money into training the incompetent staff. Pretty standard fare in terms of food and drink. Panera always hits that soup/salad/sandwich spot when you can't think of anywhere else you'd like to go. This one was nice, big, clean, and in a good location. Can't really go wrong! read more

Finally, the cat is out of the bag and a Panera employee disclosed that all Panera food is made by boiling plastic bags of frozen food (Yikes!). That makes it worse than the supermarket's frozen food. I never liked their mediocre food and rarely ate there; only if I had to meet someone. read more

AWEFUL!!!! I go to this Panera Bread frequently for lunch and EVERY TIME they mess something up! EVERY TIME! I am very specific about what I order and they have messed up mine and my coworkers orders every single time. I call and they will replace or refund me, often with another screw up. Take a second to look things over and get it right. How hard is it to read instructions??? I mean, they have pictures on the wall!?! I am just about fed up with this place. read more
