    Half of what I ordered

I ordered a sandwich to go from here, paid in full, grabbed the bag, drove all the way home, and found only HALF of a sandwich in the bag. When I called the store to ask whether I should drive back or if they could give me a refund, their phone rang for 2:43 before their system picked back up and told me they couldn't talk. THANK YOU, Panera!

Thanks saddest bowl of chicken noodle soup ever.

Most of the time, Panera is fine and I enjoy my meal. Although I rarely find menu items to be anything exceptional. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup with very little chicken. Or noodles. Or carrots even. So basically chicken broth. And the broth was only okay.

The service was quick and our food arrived hot and tasty. The tables and restroom were clean. Unfortunately they seem to be doing what many establishments are now doing which is decreasing the portion sizes and increasing the prices. I like the convenience of being able to walk in, order, eat, and get out without waiting for a table or service, but it's getting to the point where I don't know if it's worth the money.

The service made me sad. I'm feeling sad right now. Very sad. Due to the service. The service just made me upset. I'm upsetted by the service. I'm frowning. Why? The service. Don't ask for a cup. Or this will be you.

My daughter and I decided to stop in at Panera on the way back home. I had the onion soup in a bred bowl and a teaser salad. This was the first time I have ever gone to a Panera Bread, The soup was really good and the salad as well. I would say Panera is in the fast food category as you order and pay upfront and then you pick up your food yourself. The food was delicious and I would definitely go again. I thought the food was a little pricey considering no waiter or waitresses. I would definitely recommend Panera Bread if you are in the area.

Like any other Panera you go to this place has the freshest of breads and salad greens, the best tasting flavored aqua fresca type drinks (especially the hibiscus flavors), and also higher quality chicken and turkey that is juicy, flavorful, moist, lean and soft. Some of the customer service at this particular Panera, however, is lacking from what it could be. I asked the cashier what she likes to order and without hesitation she suggested the Avocado Turkey BLT so I went with her recommendation. Unlike other Paneras, she never asked what side I would like and just gave me chips without informing me. My experience with Panera is that they always ask if you want an apple or slice of bread instead of chips. Since I am not a big fan of chips it would have been nice to be offered another side. She did however ask if I would like to add a pastry to my meal for 99 cents and she was able to list all of the pastries available by memory and was clearly proud of the pastries Panera had to offer. I got the lemon cookie which was honestly too sweet with all the white chocolate chips they added to it although I did like how soft and lemony it was. She also forgot to give me the cup for the fountain drink I ordered and when I informed the man at the counter about this later on he was annoyed instead of apologetic. I did enjoy the sandwich and hibiscus drink of course but the chips really were too salty and the cookie really was too sweet. I also feel that they could have done more with the sandwich with how expensive it was even though I enjoyed it. There was a lot of bacon but not enough lettuce or tomato. The bacon was also cold, hard and chewy instead of hot, soft, and crispy. Panera needs to learn a lesson or two from Einstein's when it comes to serving bacon in its full glory. The turkey was extra delicious however even though it was served cold (I don't think it would have been a big deal for them to ask me if I want the turkey or bacon meat served hot or cold, right? - they do that at most other fast serve places like Subway). There was a good amount of avocado and it was close enough to being ripe for me but it was still a little on the harder side and so it kept slipping out of the sandwich. If it was sliced into smaller pieces and a tad bit softer it would have helped make a more cohesive sandwich where everything wasn't falling out. The mayo could have also been more evenly spread over the entirety of the bread to add more consistency to each bite. My friend ordered a salad which she loved but when she asked for more dressing the man at the counter was annoyed again. We got there at 7 pm (a normal time to have dinner - right?) and yet they already put our food in "to go" containers when we arrived and it wasn't even that close to 8 yet (this place apparently closes at 8pm instead of 9pm like other Paneras) so I ended up finishing up my little sandwich in the car. My experience with Panera prior to this is that they have always been upbeat, friendly and welcoming so this experience really felt like the exception to the rule. I suggest going to another Panera close by if you can.

I love Panera but this particular one is really lacking in outlets for electronics. I had to go to Starbucks instead.

They messed up my food again. I am a very simple person but they can't seem to get it. Maybe they need hospitality training too.

The wide selection of Asian dishes is unique and wonderful. We ordered the Miso Ramen, Crab Rangoon, and Seaweed Salad. The last time I was able to find Seaweed Salad was when I was in Jeju-si. Everything was yummy! I really enjoyed listening to the music selection they had playing, as it was like they knew what I was listening to in the car from my own playlist! It was nice being able to watch a show about a restaurant in Japan instead of the news or sports. The decor is tasteful and modern, and everything is clean and bright. Being Asian myself, I wish we had a place like this in our home town. Well done, overall! 감사합니다 / ありがとうございます

This restaurant is located right on McKnight Road somewhat near the intersection with Siebert. The inside is fairly large with seating in an L-shaped configuration around the kitchen. We were seated near the back on one side where the lighting was styled like lanterns and there was also a fun mural on the wall in an almost manga style. For dinner on this evening I decided to go with the Golden Katsu Curry Ramen while my wife went with the tonkotsu ramen and my kids split a happy cat noodles. My ramen was described as served with house-made curry broth simmered with tender potato and carrot chunks, wavy noodles and topped with a crispy cutlet, half marinated egg, sweet corn and scallions. My wife's was described as pork broth with thin noodles, pork belly chashu, nori, bamboo shoots, fish cake, kikurage mushroom, half marinated egg, sweet corn and scallions. My kids' meal was described as chicken nuggets, soy sauce-based plain noodles, assorted vegetables, half marinated egg and one piece of mochi ice cream. They first brought out the wrong item for my kids but once we mentioned it they quickly corrected it and brought out the right dish. My curry ended up being really good. The chicken cutlet was crispy, the noodles were bouncy and I enjoyed the sweetness from the corn. The star of the show for me though was the Japanese curry which had a rich flavor with warm and inviting spices. My wife loved her ramen as well and we were all impressed with the quality of the kids' meal, especially the chicken and the flavor of the noodles. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. Everyone in my family enjoyed their food and we appreciated that it felt both fun and family friendly.

The menu had many of the expected food items as well as others not so common. On Saturday and Sunday there are many, many more. I always start with vegetable spring rolls. These were especially good. Also had the tasty pancake beef rolls. Will stop again next time we are near the McCandless Ross Townships border. The restaurant is bright, cheery, and clean. No dim sum carts however. We ordered takeout this time, and the overall experience was great. We placed an order online, and everything was very neatly packaged and ready to go when expected. The food even travelled fairly well, such that it was still in good shape after traveling home. The restaurant itself is in a bit of a drab strip mall, but it's generally nicely decorated with colorful signage and a nicely kept interior. In terms of the food, the shrimp spinach dumplings were really nicely done, with lots of flavor and texture. My partner especially enjoyed the barbecue pork bao, which were nicely steamed with a very flavorful filling. The egg tart was good, but not really my thing. It had a bit of a caramelized sugar flavor reminiscent of waffles with syrup. The spicy oil splashed noodles, one of the noodle dishes on the menu, was generally lacking: some nice toppings, but not much flavor. Overall, this is a nice little place that seems to be fairly well run. I suggest going for the dim sum and giving up on expectations for anything on the menu that isn't dim sum. Find another restaurant for your main course.
