I've got the sip club membership. Which means I get a free drink every day, so I come here for that. It's quick and easy - painless. The place is clean the staff is quick. I've gotten soups and sandwiches too. They've all been good. Ordered some food for a grad party from here though. And that was a whole fiasco. It was supposed to be picked up in Roseville at 11 o'clock. It wasn't here at 11 o'clock and it wasn't ever coming here. Had to go pick it up at the Highland Park location

Great study spot. They have wonderful tables to study at with plenty of chargers and comfortable seating. The soups never disappoint, always a favorite. I got the turkey bravo and a pecan twist and both were delicious and fairly priced. The staff were friendly and inviting. Will definitely be back. Being a part of the sip club is wonderful and definitely worth the benefits.

Fell off a cliff a few years ago but the Mac and cheese and tomato soup is still pretty solid.

I was here last week for lunch and they messed up my order. Thought I'd try it again, but for breakfast. They messed up my order again, and this time said I ordered it wrong. I showed them my receipt that I did in fact order it correctly, and they gave me the wrong item. Not impressed.

    bad food

This panera used to be connected to Rosedale Mall. Since Seperating, it has turned to shit. I ate there today and Got a Chicken Sandwich with Chicken Wild Rice soup. The soup looked like apple sause and had no flavor at all. The turkey sandwich was mid. And once again was very dry and bland. the manager whose name is Keith was staring at me inappropriately and made me very uncomfortable while eating at this restaurant. After all of that I do not think I will be returning here considering that the food was not worth the harassment.

Slow down and make my stuff right please. No sausage in my sandwich. So egg and bread? Alright man

I haven't been to a Panera for myself in years. I do try to avoid chain restaurants but my kids like the Mac n cheese here. We skip the kid's meal because the portion is too small for my 9 year old daughter. She loves the cheesy sauce and dipping the baguette in the cheese sauce. The automatic ordering system worked well though the food took a little longer than expected as the restaurant was pretty sparse when we ate at 4p. The waiter hand delivered the Mac to our table but forgot the baguette. He brought one promptly recognizing his mistake.

It took a total of 45 minutes to get this food because they lost this order in their computer!!!???

I lived in the Houston and Garland Texas area all my life where there is a large vietnamese population... and for the past 5 months, I have just been exploring Minnesota and Wisconsin and Illinois for vietnamese food. This evening... I was just craving pho. lets start with the ambiance. Its a pretty hip place once you get inside. I do like the cultural blend of modern and old school, and you see it with the different type people that come in. The staff there was prompt, and unlike my old school favorite in Richardson Texas... the staff to customer ratio was high. So the service was quick and attentive. Now for the pho. I went with the Dac Biet because I never know sometimes if I will get tough precut preprocessed meats... not in this case. I felt that all the ingrediants were fresh...and catered toward the old school viet palette, which I thank you. I understand a lot of pho house have to stay in business and cater to the local palette but this one was spot on. You can just breath in the right mixture of ingrediants. The bowl was reasonably priced, and the portions were similar to what I am used to having in Houston. It was fantastic as I scarfed it down to quick and forgot to take a picture. However, all the pictures that I have seen associated with this location are accurate. Overall, I would come back here. I am interested in trying their Stone pho next time as th emenu advertisement made it look tasty.

Service staff was as expected for a busy day and we kept getting the wrong items sent out but they were nice and apologetic, it was just a busy day and had newer staff. Parking is limited, be sure to pay attention to where you're parking since certain spots are meant for businesses nearby. They have patio seating but I don't know if they actually provide food service outside. Bathrooms are currently out of service so they have two port-o-potties outside. It's a nice space and gets lots of natural sunlight, I do wish they had some tint or blinds though because we were seated next to a window and it was a bit blinding especially with the sun reflecting off the metal cups and laminated menus. I've heard great things about their food but for me it was a miss. We all had pho but the amount of herbs and fresh toppings wasn't sufficient for 6 phos. They were accommodating and gave us additional items we asked for. The calamari was on the greasier end and was bigger than expected. For my palate both the banh mi and pho were lacking in flavor. I put a lot of things into my pho but it just didn't taste like anything to me except for pho powder. The ribeye pho had a generous portion of broth but only like 5 slices of meat. The oxtail stone bowl pho one looked hot and didn't have enough space to add everything in without it overflowing while the other didn't look like the broth was hot enough to cook the noodles. I will say though their ordered drink cups and to-go containers game was top notch. I received a reusable bag with my two banh mis to go instead of a plastic bag. It's probably not somewhere I'd return to unless someone else absolutely had to have it but to each their own.

The restaurant itself is really beautiful and it's also very big. I guessed 200 seats plus patio. The space is very elegant, and clearly a lot of attention went into the design. I would describe it as kind of modern steakhouse vibe. Dark wood, faux fur and leather finishes, etc. Elegant. We were seated at a booth by the bar with a big window view of the patio and parking lot. We were immediately slightly offput because the marble ledge separating the booth from the window was dirty - grease and little food crumbs. Not the best first impression. The booth and table were both clean though. Our waitress, Ash, did provide good service but I would say honestly she was a bit too attentive if that makes sense, and she was also too chatty for us. There were several times when she lingered at our table to tell us something we didn't inquire about or to just talk about something. It was a bit annoying honestly. But the service itself was good. We were also visited by a manager during our visit. We each got a mocktail (it was lunch) but they have an impressive drink menu. I got the Red Rose which was really tasty, and my husband got the pineapple drink, which he also said was good. -We ordered the chimichuri shrimp appetizer, which was pretty banging. Four really large shrimp, each on its own piece of bruschetta, doused in chimichuri sauce. Even for me, with a low spice tolerance, it was just the right amount of spice and it was really really good. -We also got a round of oysters. The oysters themselves were fresh - no complaints there. When they were delivered to our table, the person did not tell us which variety was which (pretty standard when serving oysters at any restaurant). Because we eat oysters a lot and one of the varieties was sweet petite, it was fairly easy to tell which was which. But in my opinion, there should have been information given when the oysters were served. The other big issue was the shucking. Some of the oysters hadn't been fully separated from the shell, and we both found ourselves picking bits of shell from our mouths. We actually had a little discussion about the $6 price tag. I felt it was reasonable, my husband felt it was high. But for $6 apiece, the oysters need to be shucked properly and these were not. Ash also made a point to tell us all kinds of information we didn't ask for about their happy hour, which includes $3 oysters. That would be a steal if they learn how to shuck them. -I got the half french dip sandwich, and I was really glad I just ordered the half because what I was served was totally a whole sandwich in my book. The accompanying fries were delicious, crispy, deep golden brown and hot. The au jus served with the sandwich was slightly on the salty side but not terrible. And I do realize it's au jus. In all it was a pretty decent sandwich. -Hubby got the sea bass sandwich, which was also pretty tasty. I'll be honest and say that I think the entree sea bass would have been better. The fish was so good that I don't honestly think you needed the bun. But it was really good and fresh and delicious. We skipped dessert. In all, a pretty solid dining experience and the food was very good. But it was the minor things mentioned that bothered us, so 3 stars with room for improvement upon our return.

The waitress the last time was tapping the table when my son was having a hard time deciding what to order. Not a good impression to leave. Also a small gripe as I am not a fan of restaurants that do not have soda from a fountain with free refills as 3 dollars for a can of pop is a bit much.
