    Messed up grilled cheese

it keeps getting worse! I'm a glutton for punishment I suppose. Also, this is the third time this week the restaurant has had NO CLEAN DISHES for eating in person. and no warning customers until they've made the food already.

Ok! Being single sometimes means I go out more often or don't feel like just cooking for myself. Out shopping at Target, is was getting late and I was hungry. This Panera Bread is located right off Rt1 in West Windsor, NJ, Nassau Park Shopping Center. You all know with all the changes, they accept mobile orders, in store pickup and I also believe they will still bring it to your car when you arrive, you may want to just double check that though. I went for my normal Fuji Apple Chicken Salad with extra chicken, extra avocado, extra onion, no tomatoes and extra dressing. Just as expected the order came out complete with all the extras I asked for. This Panera is clean, and food service was speedy!

Ok this is by far the worst Panera I've ever visited. It's filthy. The Asian Sesame Salad had dark meat chicken and was drenched in dressing. Literally I'm eating my bread. And so are the birds btw bc the exterior trash cans are overflowing with garbage. Embarrassing. Do better Panera Princeton.

Racism or pure laziness? After waiting 10 minutes in line behind one woman, the cashier gives me an attitude. But I let it slide, after all you're the one working for $8 an hour... not me. So After receiving my order which specifically said "no pickle" due to my allergy..... there's a pickle on my sandwich. This has happened 3 times at this location, so I go back in and ask to speak to the manager. The manager apologized and said he'll make it himself. So he "re-made" the sandwich......and left a nice little surprise in it. Not even bothering to go back for a complete refund which I should've gotten in the first place. If I was white this would've been handled much differently and I would've gotten an actual fresh sandwich lol. TAKE A LOOK AT THIS LOVELY PIC POSTED BELOW! Welcome to Princeton. Where the people who can actually afford to LIVE here get treated like the people who ONLY WORK HERE. Haha, simply ridiculous.

Half "Spicy Thai Chicken Salad" and half "Frontega Chicken Panini" with side of baguette (somewhat burnt)

I've been here several times in the past, but my Most recent visit was here for dinner with a friend. We came in around 8:30 PM for dinner. The cafe was fairly empty and quiet which was nice. I find that this specific Panera has a very nice ambiance and spacious seating accommodations. Both my friend and I placed our orders in the screens in the front of the cafe. I ordered a "You Pick Two" meal consisting of a half "Spicy Thai Chicken Salad" and a half "Frontega Chicken Panini." I switched out the chipotle mayo for white bean purée, which I an a huge fan of. I also ordered with a side of bread. Overall my meal was tasty, and I found that the sandwich portion was generous. I've had past issues where some sandwiches are made very inconsistently in size. However, this time my only issue was the taste and quality of the baguette. The baguette at Panera is a favorite of mine. However, this time the outside was very hard and tasted over cooked. Overall, my experience was good. The server who brought out our meals was friendly, and the orders were made accurately. I would recommend this specific Panera to anyone looking for a good cafe.

Not a fan of chain restaurants but this one is an exception. Fresh vibrant salads, healthy and tasty sandwiches. Kids adore the mac and cheese here. Fairly good customer service and beautiful outdoor seating during summers! And of course the bagels with the blueberry cream cheese is such a yummy start to the day :)

Probably the worst Panera I have visited. It's just a dump. So dirty you'd wonder how that are keeping their license! Never ever! They serve "For Here" food in go boxes, with no silverware (yes, for a soup) and you'd have to really beg for one. The person in the counter give an attitude that his kidney is asked. Restroom is unusable, probably never cleaned throughout the day! Never hot water or coffee! Most of them sate out of stock!

Other unique crackers , mustards jams and spread were amazing to look at but quite expensive. I may be able to buy some of these at. Slower price at Whole Foods or other specialty stores. Employee who first greeted us was very friendly and answered questions we had. Service was pretty quick although if you are paying by card, you have to pay at a kiosk outside and can only pay cash inside unless you are buying cheese or meats or anything else from the store. Not sure why you can't order food inside. Place was cute although very small.

This location opened I believe 1/21/25 so it is still fairly new. I have been here 4 times now,…read morethe first visit was a few days after they opened. Naturally, there was a new store glitch with the CC machine so I ordered online while in the store. And have ordered on the app since then just to have my sandwich ready or near ready when I get to the store. No issues for me & they have a frequent purchase program when you sign up. I have ordered the Classic Chicken club twice, the American Wagyu Club & most recently the Chicken Cheesesteak. The club sandwiches were quite stuffed & almost hard to eat (not something I'd eat in my car!). I did find the hand pulled turkey on the dry side though. I also stopped getting salt added as the first time it was a bit heavy handed with the bacon on the clubs. The Wagyu was good, may have to try it solo at some point. Also, my first club was the Medium 10" size & I couldn't finish it, all "Small" 8" sandwiches since then. I was disappointed with the Chicken Cheesesteak. It was not as "stuffed" as the cold sandy's. And the Chicken had an odd texture, a bit chewy. But cheesy as you can hopefully see in the pix. For dining in, they do have about 5 tables. So that's an option if desired. Will be going back to try a few of the other options & will update this review as needed. :)

We ordered dinner for the family and tried several dishes so we could sample a bit of everything…read more There were a couple bright spots (the onion rings and ranch were excellent), but overall the meal fell short of expectations. Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich - This was the biggest disappointment. The chicken breast was extremely thick and had a grainy texture that made me wonder if it was chicken breast with rib meat. If that's the case, it gives the impression that quality isn't a priority. The breading also fell off with almost every bite, and the sandwich wasn't well proportioned (one oversized tomato slice that wasn't cut evenly). Most importantly, it didn't taste like Nashville hot at all -- more like "Nashville not." Shrimp Po' Boy - Below average. The shrimp had a slightly fishy taste, and the bread didn't resemble proper po' boy bread. The greens were a spring mix, which felt like an odd choice. Traditional shredded lettuce would have worked much better. I've had po' boys in Louisiana, and while I wasn't expecting complete authenticity, I was expecting something closer to the spirit of the dish. This version missed the mark. Smash Burger - Probably the best of the three mains we ordered, but still just average. I've honestly had better smash burgers at chains like Shake Shack. Sides: The fries were great. We ordered the beer cheese sauce, which was fine but not necessary. The onion rings were the standout -- perfectly crispy with a clean bite. The homemade ranch served with them was excellent. Overall, I really wanted to like this place more, but the food didn't deliver enough for me to return.

The beer cheese was not the best and the pork roll a bit too chunky didn't make a perfect bite. As always they rock the chicken sandwiches out of the park. It's not the place I go to when looking for a life-altering culinary experience--I go there when looking to feed my face fast and move along with my mission. I usually get one of their savory pastries or a croissant, or perhaps a pain au chocolat if the urge hits me. They all taste okay, and they get the job done. The only thing I've had there that was a definite "Never Again" was the hot dog--a desiccated disaster in every way imaginable. On the flip side, the cheese quiche has been a winner those times I had it. It didn't take me back to the Alsace, but it was better than average. I had some cake from here recently. Visually, it looked fantastic, and the interior was moist (dry cake is a crime!), and it had all kinds of chocolate on it and in it, but the flavor was just "good". My socks remained on after tasting it. It was like they left the something special out that would have taken it from good to memorable. It looked great, but the taste didn't quite live up to the visuals. I'd eat it again, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it for someone's birthday. The people working there are nice, but it can be a bit slow sometimes to make it through the register during the breakfast or lunch hours, especially if there's an indecisive person in front of you who changes their mind every fifteen seconds while picking up some pastries for the office, and she's oblivious to the five people waiting in line behind her. Although it's not the sort of place that's going to me primary destination, I'll keep on going here when I'm starving and need something to get me through my trip to the Home Depot. It gets the job done.
